Calibrate your expectations, and there is no reason not to love this place. Is it no frills? Yup. Is it reasonably priced? Gently used? Low priced (with attendant quality) snack bar? Full of unsupervised teenagers? Yup x4. All that and a blast for all ages. My 10 and 8 year old daughters love it, as does my 14 year old neighbor and my 40(+) year old self. Check the hours closely (theyre limited) and be prepared for a simple good old fashioned fun night out.

This place is called Sk8 World now. My daughter and her friend had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the glowing decor especially the carpet. There was a nice crowd of all ages. We had Fun its a nice place to skate.

Sk8 World is the name now! Best roller rink in four states by far!!! All new floor, skates, lights, sound system, and great new ownership and management, since the grand reopening about 6 months ago!! I am there almost every weekend, and I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU VISIT AT LEAST ONCE!!!

R way has been around since before i started going as a teen. Im now 35 years old and still enjoy R way. Ive introduced my daughter to rollerskating there. Im quite saddened to hear they will be closing for good. It was always a good safe spot for kids to hang out and just have fun!

I am 23 and I used to go here when I was a kid with my best friend Hanna and her mom who wed help sweep the floors before the night started. Always skating to another one bites the dust by Queen. My mom used to date the owner as well. I will be coming back very soon to revisit the place I loved as a kid and I will bring my kids here.

I LOVE skating and dont mind the fact that they charge so much for the floor being all tore up. What I DO mind is the fact you cant bring in WATER, or any other kind of healthy snack. I dont eat any of the horrific junk food they serve. People want to be healthy, we are coming in to get a good workout. If you dont want people bringing in water and food, offer some healthy choices. I had to pay the price of a soft drink for a cup of water that they filled from their pop machine. Not even a bottle. Not acceptable. I guess if you dont mind eating toxic chemicals and GMO laden food, this place is perfect. I dont eat that crap and dont allow my child to neither. SELL SOME FRUIT!

We had fun skating! Ive been skating for 40 years...since I was a little kid. I would go every week with my family but the condition of the floor scares me. Im shocked the insurance company allows it to remain in the condition its in and still insures R-Way. Please fix your floor, you would have soooo much more business!

I have had a great time skating here, Im not sure why some reviews are stating that the staff is rude, they are absolutely not rude, they were accommodating and it was a very pleasant experience. i think some people expect a little too much, the admission fee is more than fair for 3 or 4 hours of skating, the concessions are fairly priced and are the same as any other rink i have been to. the staff was pleasant and they try keep the younger kids in line and safe. I am 40 years old and have spent years on skates and been to every roller dome in NWI. this is my new favorite spot! Keep up the good work over there and thank you for keeping the skating rink alive, some of us REALLY appreciate your efforts! and we know that keeping the skating rink open is not making any of you rich, so thanks for keeping it going, and keep up the good work. maybe you could play a little more of the old school rap/skating songs though. :D just a suggestion lol

So far, this place has not made a good impression w its failure to display holiday hours. I called, checked the website, facebook, and even walked up to the door. This place according to its business hours was SUPPOSED to be opened. Its a bit of an inconvenience to expect a BUSINESS to be open then it isnt. Please do a better job of listing holiday hours on the doors of your building, at least so that people can see.

Bogus I wont come here again. I looked R-way up online and it said it was open from 630-11pm. We drove clear from North Judson get there and they are closed! Ruined my daughters birthday! Not to mention my wasted over an hour drive. Update your information online ppl!!!! Will never come here ever again!

I love R-Way, I may only be 14 right now but Ive been going there since I was like 5. The people may not really seem like the nicest, but I mean really, if you had to deal with a lot of aggravating people and children from 2-4 & 7-11 then youd have to say you wouldnt really be all that nice. All I can say is dont aggravate the,, &they wont be like that. I love the place, I literally go every Saturday that I can. &Ill remain going there to skate and socialize with my friends I done go to school with, until the place shuts down.

Weve been here a few times, we all (adults and kids skated) have had a blast..never thought it was too expensive...kids keep begging to go back..staff has always been helpful and friendly with the kids.

This place is a great place to hang out. The food is ok, but expensive. One thing they need to work on is controling their kids, they have many kids that help out there but some make people get hurt. I have seen on mutiple occasions a kid throwing a necklace on the rick and tripping people. I have also had a ball thrown at my head by the same child. 2 stars

Rway is a great place to just go hangout with old friends and kids to skate..Skating is a good healthly fun family activity . Some ppl complained think they dont get it should be greatful we still have one in our community for us and our kids. So get off high horse learn to just enjoy it . For being rude i dont see that i see kids being put in place when acting a fool on or off the floor called Common Courtesy if they had it they wouldnt be getting yelled at i go Friday Nights Saturday afternoons evenings & Sundays so i have spent enough time to witness it.. Now for out dated Love the time hop reminds me of the good times i had in the 80s skating at The Hammond Roller Dome. Made may friends skating when growing up I still skate with them to this day

Im writing this review 10 min after leaving Rway. I arrived at 9:25 pm by 9:30 pm I was on the floor. I went around the floor twice and felt a lot of bumps,I almost fell,this floor is damaged(I have been skating over 20 years). After getting off the floor I asked one of the representatives what was wrong with the floor and I was told they had a bad flood and the floor needs to be replaced again. I understand the situation but I paid 7.50 for the session and I asked for my money back.The young lady that was assisting me at first went to get the manage that clearly is a METH head. She was rude and nasty at that point I told her to keep the money and I was going to write a review about my experience. By the time I made it to my car I noticed her coming behide me and she took a picture of my car and plates. Really Really....Rway take pride in your building clearly the condition of your building is an on going issue. I would never go there again.

Ive been here a couple times and sum staff are rude..The lady told us that we have to have i believe 9 skaters in order to skate.My kids looked forward to it all day..I do agree that it is a lil expensive..But we all have to make a living..I believe in second chances but wen the issue continues to happen then u need to look for new staff..

I fell more than 10 times but thats because Im bad at skating I love it their and Id go their every weekend if I could.But it cost a lot and it was 9 dollars when I went but then I came back and you had to pay to stay longer

They are amazing the workers are nice well a least they were to me but remember they have alot of bad kids that go there and that gets stressful
