I grew up in this neighborhood as a kid. Prior to the formation of the nature preserve. We as kids always played in the woods here and caught frogs in the creek, and turtles in the pond. We had so many trails cut in this property that it is shocking to hear other reviewers talk about them putting official trails in. Sad to think that kids dont get out and experience nature in the way that we used to. There was a trail that basically followed the entire creek. As well as a trail that cut through the meadow area up to the pond. Some of the earliest memories of my life were at this property glad to see that it is preserved!

Nice place to check out in town, hopefully the addition of trails doesnt distract from the serene location.
