Michaels

I have been trying with difficulty to get Lion Brand Heartland Yarn for a project I am working on. A friend suggested Michaels in Port Chester. My first time there and I have no regrets. A clean store with items neatly placed. The young lady at the check out desk was very polite, patient and helpful. I certainly will return when I need more items. Thank you

Absolutely the best place to get your creativity on!

I love this michaels. Its larger, has a great variety, and much neater. Than the Pelham location. I will drive here just to have a better experience.

This is one of the biggest and cleanest Michaels I have been to. Great selection of yarn!

Very nice associates!

This location is my favorite spot to shop for crafts..and the staff are very helpful and polite always

Found some excellent buys in the clearance area!!! Made my day!

It’s a medium size store, very clean and tidy. Sometimes they are short staffed but it’s well stocked so it’s worth the short wait.

Its good if you know what you want great for artists but a lot of what they advertise is not in stock they seem to be short staffed but otherwise its a good place to go for certain things

Absolutely horrible and rude staff.Manager cussed at me while I respectfully attempted to explain that I had an exemption from the mask mandate for health reasons.

Always fun to go here .. lots of good choices and fun ideas for projects...

Very, very expensive store.. Thats ridiculous

Not a craft person needed some foam for a quick repair. Not a good selection and pricey.

Love the merchandise here. Great selection of decor and frames. Ample parking. Its a bit of an heir to AI Friedmans, which recently closed. There to be sales run frequently. Nice place for therapy shopping.

The cashiers and customer service people are nice and helpful. One cashier even offered to make and made cupcakes for a benefit I told her about. There are a lot of art supplies and holiday decorations. The supplies range from spray paint to yarn to sharpies, which can be tested. There are tips all over on how to perform art tasks, and samples of what the finished product looks like. They also have many wood supplies and decoratory items. Many sections also have themed magazines to go with them. Overall, a great place!

This store is a great size but there are times when you you have to search for 10 minutes to find an employee to help locate items. Also the lines to check out can be ridiculous, only 1 register open. The employees themselves are very nice

Staff is ok but everything is there that I need.

Great for Christmas decorations

One of the few places left for quality custom framing. Just had my Dental diplomas and licenses beautifully framed there as part of my dental office total renovation. Very helpful staff at the back of this well stocked crafts store.

The store was well organized but for 3 cashiers it was ridiculous. They were more worried about their conversations then working.

Excellent selection of yarn.

Michaels is a very nice craft store for the occasional crafter or teacher who needs supplies for projects. Not the best for specialty items. Lines are always long with very snow moving cashiers. Since in Port Chester it is the only game in town you have no choice but to go there. Plenty of parking.

Clean organized and well staffed. Parking is easy.

Catherine was very friendly and helpful through my entire visit.

I went to buy some ribbon for my daughters costume. They always have coupons available.

Its Michaels, of course youre going to walk out with even more tchotchke crafting materials and art supplies No, I dont have a problem.

This place is rip off on the prices order online way cheaper

Beautiful, bright, clean store with ample (free!) parking. The staff are friendly, helpful, and patient. My 4 year old daughter really enjoyed the Saturday morning craft that they have for kids (only $2)

My favorite craft store. They always have what I want.

Ordered frames online they came broken was not told until I arrived at the store. Instead of taking the frames and sending them back to the warehouse they put them on the floor so that another customer would possibly buy them

We going to this Michaels for years. Love to go there for my craft supplies.

Lots of fun merchandise. Great customer service!

Love this place especially around Halloween!! So many cute decorations!!

Alot of arts n craft items great for painters or school projects need a few more registers open though.

Always a great store, well stocked, neat in appearance and everyone is friendly.

Love it. Is hughe. I went crazy there. Found more than I needed.

So many cute things!! Such a great selection!! Its also clean and well organized. Im definitely going back

Great supplies, has everything youll ever need.

Big store, was so amazing found a lot of things to handcrafts. Was ideal to my little store.

Love this store! The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

A very clean store with friendly helpful staff.

Nice place, good items for crafts

Prices are awesome, so many ideas, colorful, everything and anything for all season creations.

They are sooooo nice and helpful at this store. I went in not even knowing how to accomplish what I wanted to do and they helped me figure it out.

Best place to buy your essentials for an artistic person - love it . Always deals and price match and accept competitors coupons - great !

Lots of great art supplies. Do be aware though that this store is on the second floor of this shopping complex in the very back of the parking lot from the ramp. A bit hard to find if you dont know that. Worth the look though!

Terrific

Always have What l am looking for

Christmas

I shouldnt be allowed in here, I always buy way too much!

Amazing customer service, Eve is amazing!!!!!She was so kind and patient and honestly made my day. You guys HAVE to keep her around, I have been to several Michaels locations and the employees are usually so cold and uncaring but Eve isnt. Great selection and now is my favorite Micheals location.

Good deals, decent selection.

Pretty terrible service.. always a long line ughhh but pretty good stuff especially when its on sale

I just like it

Great place for arts and crafts materials as well as home decor items and novelty items.

Everytime I go they never have the color yarn I need and end up seeing other yarns and spend more that I intended to .. Caron Soft Pink n White they never have enough.

Bright, spacious, tidy with friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent Customer Service, great selection and very organized.

Wow! Fully stocked! Helpful staff! Great place to go!

Really nice home decor!

I like this store. Nicely organized. Nice cashier but not enough at 4pm.

Went in for some balloons . Luckily, pretty easy to find on my own, there was no staff in sight.

Place never has enough staff to help you on the floor or at the register. I wish there was better Michaels in the area. I dread going to this one.

The staff is very courtesy and professional store is clean and they help you through best of their knowledge . great place

Loved it

Good selection of crafting supplies.

My favorite place for..

I love this store Im always shopping there for my art supplies its a great place for everything.

Customer service is great! Rico, the framing manager is very helpful and a nice person!

Very expressive lines too long

Nice clean store, amazing assortment and very friendly service.

Great craft store! Dont forget to use your coupon! So worth it.

Amazing sticker collection

This is a nice michaels. not too crowded parking lot with handicapped accessible parking available

Selection was meh, workers were nice when you could get a hold of one.

This was the only store that still had the Christmas Tree I wanted & the sweetheart Debra held it for me until I got there .

Good selection and decent prices, but non existent help staff.

Assistance and services are great and anything with art and paintings are all there.

This store has a large selection of craft materials. I can almost always find what Im looking for

The store is on top of a parking garage. A weird spot, but a well stocked and staffed store.

It’s a Michael’s ...except without the employees. Every time I go here there is a very long line to check out and -no one- in the rest of the store to help you, except maybe the custom framing people who keep to themselves. And, of course, never come here without coupons!

Just a great store for hobbies from children to adults, great deals also.

Not enough staff. still my fav store. and whats with the non working elavators. ..I came there to be creative not lose 100 pounds

As an artist, great selection for whatever your heart desires.

Always able to find a deal of some type

Prices are reasonable and have great sales.

Customer service could definitely use some umprovement.

Nice store. Staff is friendly

I went there for this wood sign with a pig on it that I saw online, found it, but then I ended up getting a bigger sign and bunch of other things, the sales are amazing and everything didnt cost alot

Great place to shop and great classes!

The employees are very helpful!

Really good

Love it I could be here all day

Lots of stuff-but some stuff you have to only get online

Fair prices well stocked store

Very disappointing, never has items in stock when needed, made many trips to the store and left empty handed

Had a picture framed pricey

Perfect shopping experience

Great selections and helpfull employees

Saturday classes for kids is entertaining.
