MOMS GIFT at the intimate Langdon Theater in Port Charlotte was a real delight. My friend Kathy had invited me to this and even though I was reluctant because she said we would have to wear masks throughout, Im still happy that I went.WENDI SCIANNA pretty much carried this show as the daughter Kat, in my opinion. GLORIA BANDY was a great ghost-mother, JIM MANNS was wonderful as the Dad, MARILYN BARTON was hilarious as Mrs. Nordquist, BRITTANY CAMPBELL did an outstanding job as Trish, TRISH CAMPBELL made an excellent Brittney whereas HENRY REISINGER JR. (now called BARRE) did a great portrayal of Kevin. Cute show and well acted.Directed by RIC GOODWIN.

Werent sure what to expect at this little community playhouse but our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed Driving Miss Daisy...each character performed their role to a T...it had comical as well as very touching scenes..theater is small so recommend getting tickets ahead either online or calling the playhouse..they do a variety of shows which you can find by googling Charlotte Players.

Comfortable seating, easy to hear and see from any seat. Small facility with great entertainment and hometown hospitality.

Nice theatre inside and out. Comfortable seating. Talented actors. You can buy tickets online . Snacks and drinks available for purchase. It is a playhouse which is good. I prefer plays over musicals.

Its very small, the concession stand is very limited, and the actors constantly forgot their lines. However, it was fairly humorous and not a bad way to spend a few hours for entertainment.

Really impressed, they do such a great job and very comfortable and intimate theater experience. Hope everyone turns out in numbers to support their excellent shows!

There is nothing as pleasurable as local theatre. And here you can get drinks for a donation, not $5 for a beer. And the acting is good. We are season members even if we cant make all the shows.
