This Mobile Home Park is Beautiful! Very Well Maintained! Love the People here! Lots to do! We are Snowbirds for the last 2 years. We Love it So Much in this Beautiful Village that we came back to Illinois this last month & we are selling our house here, where we have lived for over 49 years, & are moving to PCV! So happy we are going to make PCV our Permanent Home!!

Very friendly residents. Nice pool and club house area. Clean park. Conveniently located just off of the interstate. Short drives to grocery store, gas station, shopping center, restaurants. Only downfall is traffic noise from interstate.

This is a very well maintained village for those 55 and older. They have a pool. they also have a lot of activities
