What a lovely, healthy and extremely clean and vibrant community. My guess is 90/% retirees who are enjoying the endless amounts of activities. Great golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, multiple heated pools and much more. Also, something in the lot deeds that keeps monthly dues very very low in comparison to other communities. Five stars for its non luxury pricing.

Great little golf course. Conditions were primo. We had some extremely slow foursomes ahead of us but one let us play through and the other quit after nine holes so it all worked out eventually. Ranger Bob was excellent. Pro shop attendant wasnt friendly, but also wasnt the worst Ive ever met either. Interesting community. We would go back and play here again.

Well kept course. Rate of play was good. Challenging executive course.

Really a well kept manufacturing home park.

Its longer than an Executive course and shorter than a regulation length par 72. Youre able to use a driver on many of the holes and every iron in your bag. There is water to contend with and bunkers both on the fairway and around the slick greens, which were in fine shape. The starter was alternating groups off the 1st and 10th tee which helped speed up play. All in all, a great layout with enough tee positions to make it challenging enough for various handicap levels.

My name is Matt from Greenwood home improvement and I did some pressure washing and some screen work in Maple leaf trailer park I love the layout I love the cleanliness the organization the golf course I love the speed limits they do a wonderful job with the set up I think the outside vendor list is very important I think the way this place is design in set up for all the trailers they look wonderful theyre able to move around the place safely and golf cartsTo have safety to be their number one concern with outside vendors is huge and I think that alone deserves an a plus I think a lot of the people At/m a belief are very trusted amongst each other and work very close together to make sure that their save that they get taken care of land stick up for each other watch out for each other it is a very tight communityIf I was gonna buy a mobile home this would be the park I would do it in

Fantastic course. It’s a private establishment. And the country club food is nothing to shy away from.

A LOT of restrictions that dont work well for families with kids or kids still living at home. Not very pet friendly, you have to be in certain areas to stay with a pet. Many rules for a place to live or snowbird

The area is beautiful and I see a lot of the residents were returning from up north.

We are only here only for a short visit but are loving it. So many things to do would never let you get lonely. Hope to come stay for a longer time in the future.

This is a wonderful place to retire and I do want to go here when I retire. They have over 70 clubs pickleball tennis shuffleboard bocce ball and a great atmosphere.

Rude flying a Canadian flag next to an American flag at same height only thing they got right was Canadian flags on right.

Small community but very nice people. About 50/50 US citizen and Canadian. Great sports and nicely up kept. Visited friends and would consider living here when older.

Gated retirement/golf community with some rental opportunity.

Complete, well run retirement community. Good looking manufactured homes close together.

Talk about an active community. Do these folks ever sit still.

No pets!! A little pricey 30 + year old mobile homes. Other than that a nice park

If you don’t live in this community don’t waste your money. Unwelcoming residents and unorganized. Restaurant chef is cranky and rude as well

4 pools and a golf course! Hard to beat.

Is the best! Plenty of activities for residents. Always impeccable. And to the person that said no dogs ever... An owner living in the outermost ring of houses may keep an approved pet. Most dog breeds are approved.

Great community of people and activities that is warm and welcoming.

Nice for an executive course. Has around 8 par fours. Fun to play, yet forgiving enough for new players.

Filthy kitchen, chef is cranky. Servers are poorly trained and someqhat apathetic.

Good executive golf course, but sometimes over crowded

This community was and is set up for Canadians, evident in the large Canadian flag flying shoulder to shoulder with the USA stars and stripes. Lots of activities and a HUGE community.
