Very unfriendly staff. Would never go there again

Lacks funding, they make people freeze in the rain & snow waiting to get in and then kick them into the freezing cold at 6am

This business is closed.The few times I was here staff was rude to me. Additionally the Serenity House establishment is a joke that discriminates between its clients. An internal review should be done and shut this organization down.

OK, but selection is lacking and they dont get too much turnover in merchandise. Supports a good cause, but I never find much of interest here.
