Decent prices and great service... We enjoyed our outing here. Must try the 5D or virtual reality game, along with laser tag! Epic!

Very nice establishment, very poor customer service. Food and drinks are equally poor. Go for the bowling, games, laser tag and pool but come on a full stomach.

Bowling was a great time! Nice beer selection. Cute arcade area. Nice menu selection. The pool tables are in very rough shape and some balls are missing and there are no replacements. Would return!

This is the best place to have a fun night of pool bowling and beer in the savannah/Hilton Head area. Fries are great. The beer selection is fantastic the pool is cheap and the staff are friendly and kind. If you need a fun activity to do with the kids this is the place. But to be fair is the perfect place for a date night as well. I love it. And Ill be back again.

We had our sons 8th birthday party here. We bought the Bowling Birthday package and it was totally worth it. The party host was amazing. She served the boys pizza and ice cream, lit the cake, cut the cake, set up, cleaned up, entered bowling names, helped with our lanes, passed out treat bags, you name it. Worth every penny & all we had to do was show up. I highly recommend Frames n Games!

Since all this Rona stuffs happened it feels great being back here! Staff is always friendly, everything is sterilized immediately after someone uses a lane, the house balls are cleaned thoroughly as well are the shoes. Every other lane is blocked off so you have enough space to enjoy yourself.Would recommend people to head out here

I have been going to this bowling alley since I was a kid. It may just be nostalgia but I really enjoy this bowling alley and the fact that it has a fun lazer tag course and a pretty good arcade just sweetens the deal!

We all had a great time, excellent host and other staff. But when we set up a lane to bowl it ruined the entire experience. After spending close to $600 on this whole party thing, a manager or something comes up and says, “your time has already started.” Like we were too slow to start bowling or something and he wanted us out of the way so he could cash in his next set of people. Low customer service on this guy. Terrible. Would never recommend.Don’t know what happened to customer service. It’s gone out the window.

Awesome staff! Very friendly and helpful. Great food.....we had chicken wings and chicken fingers, fries and drinks. They were great. Bowling is fun when ya win!

Arcade, bowling, pool tables and bar had a blast most definitely plan on going back!

I celebrated my birthday there this weekend. Stephen Lee is a sales associate at this establishment. He went above and beyond to show us this facility even though certain parts such as laser tag were not open because we were there on a Monday he took the time to show us everything this place had to offer. He even offered to start it up for us he informed us it would be a 15-minute wait. of course we did not want him to have to do that for us so we are going to return at a later date to play laser tag but I felt that his customer service was amazing. I like to give credit where credit is due and I will be a return customer. Thank you Stephen for taking the time to show us around and personalized our experience we appreciate you.

Great bowling alley for the whole family, especially for kids. They have pretty decent food as far as bowling alley food goes. The arcade is a big hit with the younger kids, but the teenagers were not impressed. This place has always been clean and felt like a safe atmosphere every time Ive went. I recommend going there and grabbing a few drinks and having a great time at a reasonable cost.

Lots of games in the arcade were not working, teens were about to fight, way crowded. Not sure I will be going back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If it werent for the owner (or so he say he is) this place would be perfect for a family outing. We will NEVER be back. I actually allocated to spend over $500 for my sons birthday. They will never get another penny from me or my friends and family. Its clear when your kind isnt welcome.

We had a great time. As it was my daughters first bowling experience and my first experience that wasnt with candlepin bowling I had no idea if I could even manage but theres a large selection of different weighted balls and the staff was super friendly. Didnt care for the $30 per hour price tag as we only got in one game. Seemed like it should have been a little cheaper but still felt worth it to me because I never get out. If you have back, neck, or shoulder problems I would suggest asking for a lightweight ball thats kept behind the counter. And maybe a 1/2 size smaller on the shoes from what you regularly wear day to day. Loved that I didnt need to learn how to keep score, the machines do it automatically. The arcade area looked a little small but fun. After our hour bowling was up we checked the time and had to leave for other reservations so we didnt play any of the games. Will definitely make it back to do that at some point though

Good family fun, on the pricy side but the food is good and so is the service. Some of the staff lack personality but thats their problem, not mine.

It was our first time found and we really enjoyed ourselves. Upstairs had a pub and downstairs was the games and bowling, our grandkids had a fun time.

A lot of things were broken. The people were nice. But a lot of games and sinks .

If I could rate a 0 or less, I would! I took my son here for his birthday tonight. He and his friends (about 7 of them) wanted to play in the arcade. My husband and I sat on the couch in the front because I have a fractured ankle and couldnt participate in anything. They went and purchased food at the counter and ate (about 20-30 minutes) before going into the arcade area. After being there for about an hour and a half my son (14 today) comes and says that the owner told him and his that they had to leave because they were standing around too long! The owner then comes running over saying well they didnt do anything wrong but they cant just stand around! Really?!?! We just spent money in your establishment and even though were not doing anything wrong we have to leave! Im the last person to play the race card but what we saw tonight was a prime example of stereotyping. He saw a group of young black boys and automatically assumed that they must be up to no good. It breaks my heart as a mother that they had to experience that encounter! I will never patronize this business again and Ill advise everyone that I know to do the same!

Amazing place to come and have fun with family! Amazing food and an overall amazing experience. Great place to bowl and just hang out. There is also a bar for adults wanting to get away from the world. Constantly restocking games.

This location is off by itself away from the busy Pooler traffic. The staff was attentive and busily working. We did however have a problem on our lane and it took a moment for someone to realize it. The food station appeared clean however their health score was a 73. Restrooms were neat and clean. We had a really good time.

Fun game room and laser tag.

Bowled a total of four games. I was with one other and first started with two games but extended by two more. After the first few rounds the lights went out but that was the only malfunction we came across. I also thought it was interesting that we get an F for foul on the game board if your foot passes into the bowling lane area. It was annoying for my partner. First time seeing this at a bowling alley, but that’s okay! After our third game for some reason we had to contact the front desk to get our fourth game since it was not automatically applied. I felt like the gentleman that helped us did not understood we wanted to extend by two more games. Needless to say the chicken honey musterwrap was delicious and the strawberry daiquiri! If you’re coming here with two or even three people I recommend buying by the hour.

Bowling was enjoyable but there were few to no games worked in the play re and the girl handing out shoes gave me a 4.5 when I asked her for a 7 in kids and told me there was a difference in size from women and men. Yes clearly a 4.5 is way smaller.

The place place to have a birthday party. The best wings and fries. Good enough to take home even if youre not staying to bowl.

Wonderful place for an afternoon of family fun. Tons of lanes for bowling. Pool hall, arcade, laser tag, all decently priced. Has a bar and food court, which is slightly expensive but completely optional. Clean facility, easy to find location, friendly staff.

My grandson went here recently for laser tag with friends and loved it. He’s six so the gun and armor was a little big for him and his friends..but he still had a great time. Employees were nice and helpful.

The Lanes DO NOT FUNCTION. Twice we waited for the machine to be reset. Just to find that the tech had to lift the hood and fix our lane. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WONT EXTEND MY TIME OR REFUND MONEY even though the meter is essentially running. Zero Stars!

Brought my son and his friends for his birthday. They had a great time except for the young lady who served them between 2 & 4 on 6/25/19. My sons friend said they made an order for drinks and when they got their order the young lady threw their change at them. They didnt say anything else to her, but I think it was very disrespectful. You would have gotten a score of 5 if it were not for her.

Wanted to come a few times before posting a review! You should DEFINITELY go on a week day before 5pm. They have great deals and a lot more space to enjoy without it being so congnested with people.The food was surprisingly AMAZING — I suggest their buffalo wings! They are addicting.Great and friendly staff, clean facilities, and overall just a great place to hang out and bowl!

Games are too high $5.00 and $4.00 to place the games for .75 which are like two total in the gaming area sucked. Then the claw machines are rigged!!! Wont waste my money again in this place

Half price lanes on Sunday. We came in with a larger group of 15 and needed multiple lanes around 8pm. They were helpful and got us bowling quickly. Food is good cafe food considering and if youre celebrating you can bring your own cake in.

This is a very well maintained and organised bowling alley

Lanes were so covered in oil, that a dry towel wouldnt even help. I had to clean my ball with a cleaner after each throw, which isnt technically legal to do in the middle of a game per league rules. The lanes are synthetic which means there is no slide with your approach. I talked to management and the response was your not supposed to slide, and I said that defeats the whole purpose of bowling shoes. My shoes were clean, so it is definitely the synthetic lanes. All in all worst experience I ever had bowling. Would reccomend AMF Lanes over this alley.

Love going here. I love taking my kids. this time I went with a friend and the bowling experience was awesome. machines are easy to use and the staff helps whenever you need them. the food is good. just an all-around good place to take your family or a date.

Not a bad place.Cons:Lane 13 definitely pulls left. Was using bumpers and the ramp for my four year old son. Set up ramp far right, square to the lane and the ball always ended up far left.They also dont pay per game on the weekend which i didnt like.Many arcade games are over pricedPros: very clean, clean shoes, clean balls and clean areaVery friendly staff

Fun for the entire family!

Bowling was great, everything worked properly. Bar right there next to the lanes so you can get a good drink while youre playing. Arcade is fun and easily accessible...good bit to choose from as far as games. Staff was super curteous and very fast. 2 thumbs up and five stars.

1 star for the food! Maybe Im just used to good food but the food here isnt that great. The pizza is cardboard and taste like it gas..the wings were soggy but the drinks were excellent. Put a little more effort into the food...kids arent the only one who eats it

Very fun for friends & family. When I went there, I went to bowl and it was a blast. I would recommend to play by hour if u have a smaller group and by game for a large group.

Its tame enough for the kids, but just chill enough to keep my attention. The bar has 3 pool tables and cold beer. But the cues need some love.

Always good family outing. But the games are sometimes out of order. As well as they need to invest in a new selection of games. Bowling is good and fun. But also add more interest to laser tag. Overall good family experience.

My family loves to come here for family time. My only suggestion would be make an extra laser tag area as the wait times are long but definitely worth it!

Nice facility but never received service when button pressed at lane. The place had very few customers and the desk attendants were not friendly at all!

Frames n Games made for some good family fun, as we took our 4 year old bowling for the first time. The place was clean and the employees were pretty friendly. We will definitely return!
