I would like to put in a good word for Miranda, she deserves 5 stars. shes a hard worker understanding caring compassionate just an altogether wonderful woman.

I have lived here for 3 years and counting and couldnt be happier! Besides the great community, the views off the all sports lake are beautiful year round.

Since the young lady in the office took over the issues in the park its completely different. shes very sweet and is truly concerned with the tenants need. My mother is elderly and stays in the park and the young lady at the office makes sure to check on her every other day if not daily even before this virus outbreak. The park has also delivered food to the tenants who are struggling right now. Even though i dont live here and my mother does she even helped me sign up for unemployment while im out of work right now! Also the guys that go around and fix things in the park always makes sure her porch and side walk were shovled and the leaves were bagged up for her. i can honestly say this park does take care of their elders! great job A+ to you guys!

Its awesome I just with it wasnt so squished we almost couldnt find a place to park but we did and had an awesome time with my family that lives there

Signs outside for rent NOT u go there and they tell u 3 wks to a month take down for rent sign then

I would give less stars but cant If you like drugs this is the place to be not to mention the drunks, crack heads and pill heads. their are a couple of good people around but seems to be weeded out.

I cant say much about this particular park...it does need a good cleaning an up dates

Sylvan lk estates has been my home almost 4 years the park has made a 180 percent turn around Im proud to live in this wonderful community they run contests year round they care about there tennants the park is improving everyday

This year marks 16 years! Love my little home nestled by the water! Home sweet home!

Don’t allow registered service dogs WITH issued paperwork from the state and a licensed therapist. Which it’s illegal but that’s ok I’ll take my money else where.

This place is ok, it does have a great view and some people here are good people, but if your someone whos not into drugs, this isnt the place for you, and youll be treated poorly. Its ok to start out but I would not suggest it being a permanent residence.

This place has improved greatly over the past years, there have been changes in management that have really cleaned up the place, I have family and friends that live here, and theyre happy with the many changes.
