Jill in the office is very pleasant and goes the extra mile to make you are happy with your end results.I found it to be one of the better transaction in my life.

The new manager, Jill, has been wonderful! If there is an issue, she has been wonderful to work with. She jeeps on top of things until they are right! Thank you Jill! You are much appreciated!!

This is one of the best parks I’ve been in! They are making all kinds of improvements form new trailers to high speed internet! The office staff is very helpful and alway smiling! This is a great community with storage on-site! I would highly recommend checking them out!

This is a great place and the living is so great for my kids. The only problem is the pot holes I wish they would fix that instead of spending so much money on the wifi that half the tenets dont even want

The stars are for the park, the new office staff are really great !! This didnt get in condition its in overnight & it wont get fixed overnight ! So, everyone cut them some slack about things improving overnight & quit whining about everything .

Visited a friend over by Redwood trailer court was very nice

The things I had in my storage unit was broken into. I lost a lot of my stuff.

We are still new to the area, but from what we experienced with the old manager i would had to rate it in the negative. But under this new management she is honesty tying to get the job done.

My son and his girlfriend n daughter live in the Redwood Trailer Park nearby.

Watery, muddy roads. Also full of holes.

This place is falling apart. The streets are full of pot holes that are so numerous, at times its impossible to avoid them. Redwood has been sold once again, so maybe there is hope for this once beautiful trailer park.

I have been trying to get in contact with ANYONE at the office, all the numbers listed have been disconnected, and the only good one is the one on the sign on the corner of Redwood road and 116- Unfortunately I had to drive from Bloomington to get the number! Rent check has still not been deposited and its been 16 days! Left several messages and no return calls. Called Vermillian estates office because I was told they were owned by the same company, and was advised to call the Redwood office. The back row of trailers didnt get their trash picked up for two weeks, and other tenants were leaving furniture and mattresses out on the side of the roads. The roads are so horrible that you could loose your car in them and the building that used to house the laundry matt is empty and vandalized. Some upkeep is desperately needed, and yes I did notice that they have cut down a lot of trees throughout the court. Please start returning phone calls, please deposit the rent checks in a timely manner, and PLEASE update the phone number on all the websites that still have the disconnected number!

This place has gone down hill. Lawns need mowing, vacant trailers, junk trailers etc.

On or about April of 2017 a new company call R.v. horizons took over our community since then we have had 7 different park managers none of them did their job they just hired the 8th we are now on 11th. Be careful about making the current community manager mad or she will threaten to write u up for things that are not in the lease. As the gentleman below said it did not happen over night but they have ran the park for almost 3 years nowAnd have only improved on things that they could charge us more for and it now cost over $120.00 more a month to live here then it did when they took over it will cost over $1000.00 with water and trash and sewer a month to lease one of the new homes they have put in. The streets are in such poor conditions that you almost need a SUV to drive through the park so you dont scratch the chassi on the ground even at 5 miles and hr. I wish I could leave zero stars! Also a home that has exposed insulation that has sat there for more then 2 months possibly 3 that can cause respiratory problems for all but worse for people with asthma.

The office work is never there not even during business hours, they will not work with you, and of your late paying rent twice they kick you out and want your trailer and for you to pay for everything.

Beautiful homes a must see

Unpleasant to say the least, be wary of the $60 a person background check/application fee!!!
