Love, love, love this place!! They’ve done some wiring for us before on our RZR (our stereo and chase lights) They always do an excellent job and are very reasonable on their pricing! But today they went above and beyond! We were getting ready to head up north and we’ve had some problems with the wiring for the lights on our trailer that we haul the RZR. Today they wouldn’t come on at all! Even though we weren’t sure this was the type of thing they would do we knew they were excellent at wiring so we figured what the heck we’ll give them a call. They told us to come in and they found the problem and fixed it right away!! We were on the road on time and so happy that we called them and got it taken care of!

Felt like I was at a flea market. Had an appointment to have system wired and they were overbooked. If they didnt have time to do it all they had to do with say so I had other options. The place I want up going to was amazing. Everything was being done inside. These guys were doing instals in the parking lot. I will not be going back for anything.

Ive been coming to RKST for quite some time now. Their customer service is always superb. Ive had 2 way remote start/alarms installed here for multiple vehicles, a dash camera system and an HID Headlight/Fog lights installed here. After the install the tech will show you the basics and give you a rundown of what was installed and how it works which is very nice. One of the things I enjoy most is that RKST is also very swift at responding to messages via Facebook even if its just a quick question or quote. I would highly recommend RKST for all of your car electronic needs. They also do Marine Audio.

To be honest, I dont think I would go anywhere else for my audio needs. I came here to have a subwoofer and amp installed a couple months ago and it was done within a couple hours; you wouldnt even have guessed anyone was in my vehicle! Besides the swift installation, I think its awesome how much Dave and everyone here value their customers and how passionate they are about what they do and that it gets done correctly. This place knows their stuff! I walked in without an appointment and they still were able to do the nav radio install while I waited. I don’t promise that for everyone but it shows how great they are! Henry knew exactly what would work with my Jeep Wrangler electronics. I got a great price and the install pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place!!

Great place and great service. A Christian owned company, they have a small section in their store with Christian books and visor clips with Bible verses on them. I highly recommend using these guys for your remote starter or stereo.

Amazing Service! They are actually ear openees! I knew my car had a good sound system but I felt that there was a rattle from the door subwoofer. Apparently the two door subwoofers were mounted incorrectly with bad speaker plate. The guys here took care of that in about an hour. Honestly, I got in the car and played some . This is the best my ears have ever heard!! They definitely know there stuff, and it was definitely worth the money... Would come back if I ever needed my speakers serviced!

Best place to go for mobile electronics. They have a great selection and they carry several different brands. The majority of it is actually stocked right there, rather than having to order what you need and wait for it to come in. Installers really know what theyre doing as well. Always clean installs and done to perfection. Wouldve given 5 stars if they were more flexible on their pricing. Most other retailers and car audio shops will work with you on that if you just ask, or even hesitate because of the price. They may offer to price match, Im not really sure... But either way I shouldnt have to research and know about a better deal somewhere else before theyll give it to me. The markup on car audio equipment and mobile electronics is very high compared to cost, so its not like they would be losing money. They pretty much sell everything at MSRP, which might as well be max price.

Great place to go if you need anything audio for your car. They upgraded my cars speakers and added a subwoofer. Everything looks factory but the sound is anything but.

Radio Knobs Speakers and Things are in my opinion the most professional staffed audio installers I have done business with . When it comes to your car, Motorhomes, Motorcycles ext. I wouldnt have any other business install my sound system . They install more than stereo systems . They have an excellent showroom with back up camera and dash cams to give you the protection from a who caused anything that happened in an accident . Have driven past this business probably hundreds of time. Have watched the building morph to what it is now from a small building. Todays visit was only the second time I went inside. The first time they couldnt help me, as I recall. Today someone addressed me when I entered the door. I need to purchase some generic automotive speakers to replace OEM speakers which are no longer available. The counter person seemed knowledgeable and brought out a set of speakers from his back room stock which he said should work fine. He said they could be returned if they didnt work. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes.

Im very impressed with RKST. I was treated with great respect, and they did a fantastic job. The instillation looks very professional. It looks like it was meant to be there from the beginning. They sold me what I wanted, rather than what they wanted to sell, even going to the back to dig and find the things I wanted. It will have been so much easier for them to upsell me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

All I can say is wow, what an incredible staff and facility. These guys really know how important customer service is. Very knowledgeable, very honest, they really are good businessmen. I had vehicle diagnosed free of charge, then scheduled to have a ballast replaced and they made sure to tell me that it was not a necessary fix and didnt charge me for the extra time. The staff there is so friendly and professional. I went in because my key phob stopped working. They tried to program it then tried a new one. After 20 min they Then noticed the remote a cable was un hook at the windshield. Put it together, fixed... Wouldnt take any money for their time. Best place Ever!!

Not sure hope this place stays open. The hours suck, and the last time I was there I was the only customer. Im guessing they do internet sales? Idk. I was able to check out the radio I wanted to buy for a much lower price on Crutchfield which I ended up buying at Best buy of all places because of price matching. They were trying to upsell me on an expensive wrong wiring harness and modules I didnt need.

Real good service and helpful

I took my truck in to get a 12 sub, an amp and a head unit installed. I made the appointment about a week prior and told them my budget. They stayed within my budget and were done about a half hour before they said they were going to be. The install is super clean and professional. The wiring and placement for everything is top notch. I am a bit OCD, and they answered all of my questions even though I am sure they were annoyed by the time they finished with me haha. I am going to be replacing my factory door speakers within a week or two and this is the only place I will go even though it is a half an hour drive and I have to wait for the work to be done...it is well worth it.

Only giving a star because 0 isnt an option. Not only did they somehow not run my card (but still gave me a receipt) when I purchased a radio, they connected it wrong. The DVD screen in the back didnt work, it played on the main front screen. Then when my husband RETURNS the radio they charged again? Never going to this place again.

I asked them for a wire harness for my 2008 impala and he told me that thats not what I need and told me I needed $100 part for a Bose system which I do not have so I called cartoons and they was happy to sell me the wire harness that I asked for
