Nice place to be been there 11 years

This place is so dirty trashy and very run down. It is worst than section 8 or the projects. They need to do alot of clean up and repairs. They are making me give it a rating my rating is the dumps but i have to give it a star to post

Its a nice park just the crime rate has been on the rise

Nice place for elderly people to live and they have weekly activities to keep them occupied.. My mom been living there for over 8yrs

We love the food, great eating pizza. one of a kind, we will be back

Highland village was fine

Would not recommend this place to anyone!! Buyers and renters beware!!! I read all reviews and there are always disgruntled people so u take some reviews with a grain of salt but the negative reports are true!!! People speed through streets daily almost hitting anyone walking, active drug dealing in park, rude disrespectful residents who will not clean up after themselves and feel they can blast music whatever time of day it is. Kids from other neighborhoods use pool making it impossible for residents to swim. They are rude, disrespectful and have no problem telling adults off... All this reported to office numerous times and pictures sent nothing done! Once office closes it’s a free for all.. feel sorry for older residents that are stuck there..

It was a retired community - Now is a family park ( Sucks)- It was a nice park, clean. Now the people that move in that community doesnt care they leave toys all over, make additions to the homes there is kids in the pool fully dressed no bathing suit. maintenance person poor guy he is always picking up the trash from the residents, pool was open 7 days but people from other neighborhood was using it an a 14 year girl not from the community almost drawn ( stop complaining about the management because they enforce the rules) management tries hard to keep the park clean but the people here are nasty they dont care about it- . its our fault this place is now like this people drinking outside with loud music. other than than to the office employees and people that work here thank you for the hard work.

Office tries very hard to get people to follow the rules. The problem with this park started when they changed it from a nice clean and quiet retirement park to a low life, free for all family park. Im embarrassed to live here . I used to have friends over all the time but now I dont invite anyone over. I have heard from their sister park next door that the owner is sorry to have changed it. Dont be sorry. Fix the problem! Turn it back to the peaceful place it used to be. These pieces of s**t are destroying your property. Dont you even care?

The neighbors is friendly helpful and respectful.The office employees, is kind.I AGREE WITH OTHERS NEGATIVE COMMENTING.The Maintenance guy, #200!BASIC IN HIS OWN BEHAVIORS, SHOWS HIS DO NOT HAVE A GOOD TRAINING SKILLS TO EXERCISE HIS JOB RIGHT, OR HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH PEOPLES, IS NOT APPROPRIATE.BY LEGAL RIGHTS SND RESPONSIBILITIES.HOPE CHANGES HAPPENED.EVERY MEMBER IN THIS COMMUNITY NEEEDS TO FEELS HAPPY, SAFE AND RESPECTFUL; HELPING EACH OTHERS AS UNITED COMMUNITY.NO MORE SCREENINGS.TREATS.POWER ABUSE.DISCRIMINATION.

Not the best place to live. Ive lived here for a few years now and I have not been pleased. Manager harasses people, The pool is only opened on weekdays which is ridiculous because people work and kids go to school on weekends we would like to enjoy a day at the pool but we cant do that, so forget being able to use a pool. There are two gates on the side easier to get in and out for those who live in the back and manager refuses to open which is completely unfair to those who go to the high school right there and live all the way in the back which most kids in this neighborhood do. They all have to walk extra just to get to school because the gates are closed. I dont recommend this place.

So for Ive been leaving here for two years and Im hopping to spend many more because its a really chill place my only problem is not being able to ride mini bike, Atv, or go carts but otherwise its a really great places to have your children grow up in btw im 15...

There are not very many travel parks in boca area, so its a nice place. Loud amtrak train at times. Heated pool. Ez parking.

Dont move here if you dont have a car close bus is 0.9 Miles they keep the side gates locked so its one way in one way out

The community sucks its one way in one way out they have 3 ways to come in but keep the gates close and it confuse drivers, a lot of drunk drivers live over her I seen someone crash into someone trash can and stop sign at the same time that could have been a person they news speed bumps I walk everywhere I go so I see all the bad driving and running the stop sign kids are not safe to play, they need speed bumps at the stop sign on both sides and at the beginning of each block
