This park is well maintained, landscaped beautifully and reasonably priced for the area. Being an over 55 community, its quiet and peaceful and feels very safe. The people who live here are pleasant and seem to be the kind of people that you would want as neighbors, they take pride in their homes so, all in all, its the kind of place you can call home

The current manager is discriminating against several residents, the condominium has 15 cases of inviction, it was very good to live there before the current manager.

I live in the park and i think there are alot of things that need fixing

Its an okay place, I was lucky to sell my place and get out of there, they didnt make it too easy. It was hard to find someone qualified that could afford the large lot rent that goes up every year. I didnt appreciate the nasty notices that were sent out telling everyone to fix their properties. Some of the property managers were nice, they seem to have a revolving door for them. They have rules that you have to follow but others dont like aggressive dog breeds and 2 families living in one home and some people being allowed to park on the street. I feel sorry for people trying to sell their homes for $40K that are 10 years old. It will never happen, unless they find a huge sucker. The lot rent costs almost as much as renting a one bedroom apartment. It doesnt include water and you have to mow your own lawn. and you have to pay property pass thru tax too for a rented lot. The nice things are the pool which I never used. Most of the people are nice and its pretty safe. One lady complained about a drug dealer that lived next to her and they did nothing about it. I suspected another person did the same because people would stop by that house and do a transaction. the community itself is nice and seems safe and there are some nice people, half are french Canadian snowbirds that are only there in the winter. The area is not the best outside and there is no gate, my car insurance rates went up when i moved there.

Decent place . Entrance is only place where sprinklers seem to work. Streets are sinking with deep holes? Lot rent is high for the look of the place.

Good place, clean and tidy everything.

Its basically a retirement community very friendly people easy access to the main roads
