Ganesha Park is a small piece of Pomona Heritage pre COVID-19 days this park hosted several concerts and cultural events with a swimming pool for the summer months nice place to spend an afternoon

Great place for family get-togethers and BBQs good clean facilities all of the tables are covered with patios. Very nice place

The scenery and the whole set up is beautiful. BBQing is definitely available at this park. Big enough for Big events.

What used to be a 5 star park is now a 3 due to homeless chilling all day. Restrooms are not open last time I was there. Due to covid no pool. Trash littered thru out.

Was approached by two hispanic males and a female while napping in my hammock adjacent to the public building. Was asked if i’ve ever been lit on fire and then told to leave all my belongings there. Would not recommend as i was personally robbed there.

Great park, nice little trails and views.

Really great play area for kids, separate areas for younger kids and bigger kids. The park is kept clean. There are a lot of homeless people in some areas but they keep to themselves, I had no issues with anyone every time I went.

Took my daughter here on the weekends she loved the big slides. That was 6 years ago. Now, You got a lot of people hanging out there now.. Not a park to bring my daughter anymore.

It is a nice park . Very large and has lots of trees and wildlife. The city recently removed all 110v electrical power that was excess able for the public. They also tore out all of the bar-b-q pits throughout the whole park. They have butchered the hillsides and continue to remove trees and shrubs leaving the park appearance run down and ugly. They closed the bathrooms forcing the public to urinate and deficate outdoors. Watch your step you dont want to step in doo-doo.......!

Nice park unfortunately at night too many fkn crooks just trying to see what or who they can benefit from, this is a nice park with no safety or security at all, waste of time going there

There was homeless people in the park made it hard to feel safe .

Used to a neat place, but during the Summer the homeless and Mental hospital releases take it over. If you do want to have a decent time, plan ahead and reserve one of the gazebos ahead of time. Used to be walking trails, but dont walk alone.

Dogs people grass. What else can you ask for

I am disappointed at how the park is maintained I was there last Sunday and found lots of broken beer bottles on the path to the play ground and in the grass area. Lots of homeless people hanging around the park. Plus dog feces. The equipment is great but the maintenance is awful.

This Park has the most shade. A lot of transients, but they mind their own business for the most part. Nice place to park and eat some take out then go.

The park itself is very beautiful with the trees and many different walking paths. They even have a small amphitheater where orchestras play. There are many many homeless that live here though.

Nice park lots of grass and open areas, it has nice little hill trail to walk...some stares to do some good leg day... Didnt like the fact that had way too many homeless and crackhead around lingering around.

So big, so many different recreational opportunities.

I like Ganesha park for the trees, the carved trees art and the swimming pool, I spent many a day at that pool. Its unfortunate to see that the transient( no judgement on anyone) element, is now present in numbers there.

A nice clean park with good parking spaces. Trees were healthy and had a clean bathrooms. Perfect for picnics, BBQ or a walk.

Large beautiful park with plenty of area to run and bike. Downside is the restrooms and cleanliness of the picnic areas.

Ganesh Park is a fun place and The Cabin Forrest vibes are in because on how lovely the place is, despite the homeless people in one place and scattered its still a nice place, and in the summer the pool is good for that!

Way to many homeless hanging around. Not a real safe park. Its a nice looking park, they just need to do something about the homeless.

Great place for picnics, summer concerts

This is a beautiful park with a good pool right next to the Pomona fair complex. You must Reserve in advance if you would like to have a party at one of their bungalows. The restrooms are dirty make sure you bring your own toilet paper

Was a great and quiet place to hang out with friends

This OG place will always have a piece of my heart but the Truth is Homeless people have taken over. These people are violent, loud and dirty. They always asking for money and get mad if you dont give them any. It makes it uncomfortable and unsafe to bring your family because you dont know their Mental State of mind. Small children were playing when homeless began to fight among themselves over recycle in trash. They broke bottles on each other and we had to leave a homeless lady was throwing up all over table. It is horrible.

Its alright. A lot of transients. But it is a good place to work out up in the hills. There are some quiet spots in this park as well. But it is usually busy otherwise.

The pool is nice. Lifeguards do a great job keeping you safe. Lots of diffrent walk of life there. Safe for the most part. Always see police having a good presence.

Its a beatiful space and i live the water park its cheeo

Go there to skate super fast down the main hill. But the homeless and drug addicts make it less appealing . Occasionally find bullets and broken glass bottles sometimes.

When I was three and higher I went there all the time. It was so beautiful. Well when I was nine I stopped going because I moved to a different city. I used to go see the fireworks there too but now I go to a lake with my mom and cousins.Just last 4th of July I asked my mom if we should go after going to the lake. She wanted to go so when we went the park was ruined by that half the park had brown grass. They let the grass dry out. Now I still love the park its just I cant beleive it.

Bathrooms dont have any doors, weird people idk if theyre homeless or doing drugs, their was a man in the womens bathroom that wouldnt get out ..luckily the cops were already there questioning someone..they later took out the man from the ladies bathroom and questioned him. Other than that, I was able to play soccer with family .

It used to be a much nicer and larger park but they have blocked off a main road that goes to the upper tier of the park. Why? Governments are Always taking away beauty and fun

Could use some more health care, mental health care providers and HMO insurance providers and support non clinical but health support service jobs too. Such as licence Social workers. and certified / certificates social service worker Invite local hospitals from Glendora all the way from Rancho Cucamonga areas

The park is the oldest in Pomona. Its more of a historical landmark. It has plenty of shade. Most Thursdays Summer nights there is a free concert hosted by the Pomona Concert Band.Unfortunately there are always many vagrants at the park.

Its a beautiful Park, and it has a really fun playground. The main downfall is the amount of homelessness there. They didnt bother anyone but it was more than 2/3rds of the population. I didnt explore everywhere but I will go back... Just have to buddy up!
