A great spot in downtown area of Pomona, California! They have ample of space to sit down, and enjoy an evening! I have been here several times, and so far, I do not regret spending my free time in this establishment. Usually, I would come here and order craft beers, that they had available on tap. Without craft beers, they have a good choice of wines. Furthermore, from time to time, they had stand-up comedy nights. However, my main goal, by coming to this place, was to try out their craft beers!

Great place to hear great music and perform. Bathrooms are needing work, but great place all around.

I have been here several times! The ambiance is quite friendly. They have a good selection of craft beers and wines. In addition, they have good live music shows and stand-up comedy nights. I miss those nights going to this establishment and enjoying the live music. Next time, though, when I have more disposable cash, I will definitely visit this establishment again!

Chill place to hangout. Quiet atmosphere but you make it as loud as you want (the crowd in there when I went was going off). I rarely drink but I do stop by for an occasional drink when Im headed to a show around the corner, hence the 4 stars. Check it out for yourself.

Has a very good selection of beers and wines. The vibe is really casual, and they usually have a good selection of music. I enjoy coming in here for a quick drink and just relax. If you are in the area and just want some place to relax and have a drink amidst the partying crowd, this place is good.

The coolest place to be in the IE on the weekends. Great bands and cool vibe. Shout out to Erica and John for holding down the fort and keeping the drinks flowing. If you love wine, beer, and kick ass art --- this is the place to be.

The best place for a beer in Pomona hands down. The impressive selection of beer is on huge menu at the top of the bar. Staff is always great and interesting to talk to. Depending on the day theres entertainment later into the evening. If any questions about a beer or if you need a recommendation the bartender will gladly come to your aid. The crowd here is a more laid-back and chill than other spots in the downtown if youre trying to avoid the drama and fights at the clubs. You cant go wrong here.

I really loved my experience at dba256 Bar & Gallery! The combination of the funky decor, awesome food and drinks, and excellent servers makes dba256 Bar & Gallery a must visit spot in Pomona. I can imagine that this place can get really crowded on the weekends; it was packed on a random weekday evening. All the drinks we tried were excellent. They were all so unique and delicious. The toasted egg yolks were amazing. It was probably one of the most delicious bites I took during my visit to Pomona. Cant wait to come back for more!

Cool venue to watch live music but their bathrooms are horrid. Ive been here twice and the first time there was vomit on the floor of the ladies and the second someone had peed in the waste bin. Guess that what you expect from a bar though Haha. The staff was really nice though.

My review is quite dated, I have only been here several times in 2015. Whereas, I did not spend that much time. However, they had a quite selection of beers. Without beer, they had art shows and stand up comedy routines, that were entertaining. So, if you want to listen for live bands or stand up comedy, I would recommend a visit to this establishment!

A very comfortable & chill bar/Lounge with a diverse & interesting collection of Kraft Beer on tap & bottled. I went on a Thursday & there was a Rock Band as well as a DJ that spun everything from jazz to Hip Hop.

I have sang a couple songs here before no different than any other bar I have been in. This place has some different types of bands may be a bit type of a style I may not be interested playing myself. With a open mind you can enjoy any type of music. Im into the Hardcore underground ThrashMetal myself. Anyway enjoy. Very nice bar as far as I can see so far.

This is a super chill little spot with a bunch of amazing beers. From the fresh art on the wall to the cozy seating in the back of the house, this spot tucked away in Pomonas art district is worth checking out.

My friend played a show here and it was my first time at the place. I was very surprised at the wide selection of beer and wine they offer. I had a really nice time there. The atmosphere is good too.

Stopped by here late the other night with friends and I was not expecting the food and service to be ridiculously AMAZING here! Well portioned and delicious. I recommend ordering the prix fixe menu since you would want to try everything that they have and it makes more sense that way. Will definitely be back.

The staff is amazing and friendly. I actually worked here for over 2 years as security and barback. Shauna, Franky, Kris, and Heather deserve 5 stars and a raise. Franky and Shauna are the faces of this bar and deserve to be treated way better than they are and need to be promoted to management with the power to order beer and set up events.Good beer though!

Place is the best always my favorite place to get a beer and watch a good live show. I especially like when that band Brown Sugar Mountain plays they def make it a awesome experience makes me want to bring all my friends.

Great place to have a brew. Thursdays are my nights for take home the glass. Only downside is loud music on Thursday nights. If they started the music later (10pm) or not at all for a chiller vibe. Easier to talk to ppl without loud music.

Stopped by here for drinks - pricey at $20/each but whaddya expect from a nice place. Delicious cucumber gin drink. They muddle the basil which was a great touch. Great place for a formal date night and/or with friends who dont mind spending a bit more for well made drinks at a nice place.

I visit dba256 pretty often, whenever Im in the mood for a beer and live music. The venue acts as an art gallery as well, so the walls are always changing with new pieces from what I assume are local artists. The music varies depending on the night with weekends featuring local rock bands and djs. The beer list is great with rotating handles and fair prices. The vibe of the place is relaxes, so I always like stopping by and enjoying the scene.

Favorite local beer/wine bar. Their beer selection is great. Their rotating drafts dont dissapoint. Im not very knowledgeable on wine, but they have a vast selection. Something is usually going on, whether its open mic night or live music. They tend to have wicked art on the walls.
