The staff is super friendly and the art classes for youth instruct/educate on an aspect of art and then let them apply the technique on a project. The price is great for the class.

It is okay. I wont stay at the apartments above the Center. The back street to get the apartments closes down way to often and with out notice. Also the big parking across the street is where the city stores it heavy equipment when doing road construction and it is where it dumps snow in the winter time so every night in the winter there are trucks dumping or taking snow. It is very noisy.
