Visited this shop for the first time today and it is awesome! They have so many things theres something for everyone. Jewelry, tapestries, crystals, incense, statues, Dream catchers, bags, posters, tarot cards and oracle decks, kid toys and puzzles. So much more I probably missed. The staff was very kind to me and were always checking on me while I was there. All 3 employees spoke to me and gave me recommendations based on the items I was looking at. HIGHLY recommend this shop!

This has been, by far, the most beautiful store I’ve ever visited of its kind! It is well-staffed by genuinely friendly people. They have almost every god and goddess statue (even lesser heard of ones) we bought one to start a collection. The prices are fair and I think that there’s something for absolutely anyone! ️️️️️

Love the unique item selection and crystals. Great selection of tarot cards and tapestries. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes in the day, there is a shop dog that is there and he’s the cutest!

The woman who greeted us and helped us on the store floor was very kind and was willing to help. I read previous bad reviews but didnt think much of it. Has amazing stuff, even more stuff then the places near my home. Would have been a 5 star review if it wasnt for the man who yelled at me across the store.Very embarrassing and a little scary. Next time i suggest try walking up to someone if you think they are doing something against store policy. I understand how it looked like i was recording the store (I WASNT) and i would have gladly explained i was talking to a friend from the other side of the world who knows more about this stuff and has a hard time getting supplies.I have been in the same situation before but at an antique store and they had the courtesy to come up to me and pull me to the side and we talked about what is going on. Sad that a minor understand what good customer service is then an adult man.

I love this place. It is my sanctuary and I have been spending a lot more time here. The staff is great and so helpful. Paula, the Intuitive, is amazing and so accurate!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to go. Ken and Linda are amazing people and are always friendly. Prices are always reasonable and if they dont have something you are looking for they will surely find it for you. We love Enchantments.

Everyting really fairly priced

I really enjoy going to this shop! All of the staff have been super supportive in helping locate whatever Im looking for, even if I dont know myself They will check their inventory or try to find what your looking for online, then have it shipped to the store. They are also very knowledgeable, so if you have a question just ask. I highly recommend them.

Really enjoy this place. Lots of interesting stuff from figurines to stones, incense, essential oils, wall decor and more. Wish I could stop in more often.

Im a big fan of Enchantments. I have my daughter that visits there when she comes for visits, my cousin shops there. I have other friends that go there and enjoy it. Id love to work at Enchantments. Its one or my goals. Ken, the owner is awesome. Carlie, Kens right hand is a wonderful and knowledgeable lady.

Pretty awesome shop. They have really cool mythical, mid-evil, magic and much more. Friendliest people Ive met in a long time. Much put the 3D glasses on and look at the tapestries. I stopped in here after seeing it on Yelp whole staying at a near but casino hotel we got for free!

Enchantments is a VERY interesting shop to browse and really look around bc there is so much to look at it takes more then one visit every time we go back always intrigued and buying something from stones to jewelry you dont see in other stores very interesting knives and statues from anime to skulls to fantasy creatures highly recommend a browse and also 3D tapestries that are amazing (;

My girlfriend and i LOVED (past tense) this store and shopped here for years. we stopped after we had been accused of shoplifting multiple times. We’ve never stolen anything and have spent so much money here so you can see why that would be frustrating. Then the owner sought me out for my wirewraps and when i came down all he did was insult my art and also shove my necklaces in my girlfriends face. you can spend money wherever you want but i don’t recommend giving it to rude people when there’s a shop just like this across the street and you can get everything in there online for cheaper. cool shop. awful owner.

Wonderful place to find crystals, incense, tapestries, and all kinds of interesting jewlery. The staff/owners are very kind and welcoming, I enjoy my visit every time I come.

The store has amazing things, but the customer service is terrible. Love all the employees but the owner is rude and selfish. He doesnt care about customer satisfaction just making money. Id rather pay extra to order online than to buy in store. Even then, things are so overpriced in store I might be saving money Ording things on line anyways, and At least online I can get genuine things, Where in store theyre just trinkets and glass.

Such a fun shop with such a cool and interesting variety of products. They are reasonably priced and the staff is always so friendly everytime i go on there, sonetimes there is even a dog who is super cute and i always pet him when i see him there. Excellent place!

I really love this place and it has products you cannot get elsewhere in pocatello. However, Ken, who owns a store that is supposed to be a positive energetic place to be, brings a lot of negative energy. Additionally, if you dont want to be filmed for security cams and have them posted on the internet, dont go. (Its for theft, but Ive seen videos posted on Facebook that are not of theives, and the legality of that is sketchy.)

Im a native american visiting here my family & me enjoyed coming into this shop.Saturdays were my favorite day to go. Not anymore. The owner is awful. watches you like you are a shoplifter if you are dark skin. There was a russian woman with pretty blue eyes who went out of her way to help me one time looking for oracle cards. The place was chaotic &shedid everything she could to help me find a book on their mess of a bookshelf. She kept apologizing she was new. She called over another girl manager to help. This blue eyed woman with dark hair is a mukua biborin. I had my sister and son go back in later. They agree. she treated us like human not shoplifter. You have good product but the older staff ruin the energy. we will get product elsewhere at meeting. You steal our culture and sell it & dont even make us feel welcome.

Enchantments is an amazing and beautiful store.

Well this man has accused many people of theft unrightously especially the King of the Kalderasha Court and owner of Midnight Dreams a form of competition and blamed a worker Kurtis whom no proof could be found on camera or by police. He has slandered David Uhrlaud and Kurtis Feige badly and all because they sought to open a store of hand made pagan goods at a lower price with an apocathary and real stones and goods to provide a service for the pagans on a shoestring. He has threatened people that if they frequented Midnight Dreams that they would no longer be able to come into his store. This is not ethical business nor is right to do to people. He treats people like they are thieves and often talks behind his best customers back. While being friendly to their face. I myself a member of the Temple House Sahjaza was in there when two kids spoke to Ken about Midnight Dreams and he told them to leave and to tell David that he should watch his back and couldnt wait to find him in a dark alley. I will no longer spend money with enchantments and would advise others not to also as if that is the energy he has it spreads to his items you are buying into bigotry and what caused alot of us to go underground in the first place.
