Nice place to live is the name of our trailer park.

I just called to inquire about lot rent and spoke with Adrianna I believe her name was. She was extremely rude and cut me off while I was asking questions about renting there. Very bad first impression. So much so I’ll just look elsewhere. Customer Service is very important in any business encounter and she need to be re-educated in that fact.

Looks like they need to look at their image. The upkeep is lacking.

I am very happy with this RV parkThe Ladies in the office where both very nice and helpful.The park is set in the trees and is a comfortable place to stay. We extended our. You do hear hwy 75 but the park is peaceful and clean. The ratings made me wonder what the location was like.People in the park are friendly and respectful.Thank you for nice stay William 04/27/19

This place stays clean the people here are really great and the ladies in the office will do anything they can to help you out they also have men that come around and cut your trees and mow your yard its a very great place to be.

I been waiting a whole month for my application to go through. I was told it only takes less than a week for a credit/background check to clear. One particular woman working in the office is needs to be fired bc shes a liar and a thief for all this hassle Im going through.

Conveniently located between Dallas and freedom in the sky. It was heavenly...met so many diverse people in a such short time...one guy even washed my windshield. Despite my not really needing it, he was persistent and did the best job ever. Share your smile and come check this hot spot out!

This is a trailer and RV park on a major freeway - this is not about a vacation spot. If you need a place to stay with good access to the city this is fine. It is noisy and you are in the middle of a major city - you should take precautions and act accordingly.The staff is strict because they have to be. Once you know the way they do business and follow their procedures you will be fine. If you want to buck the system - they have all the cards. This is clearly a multimillion dollar business - and the girls in the office are just that - the girls in the office, they do not set policy. I ended up staying there about six months and things were fine - a little theft cause I did not have the extra propane tanks chained - easy enough to fix.If you do stay and need propane go to the farm supply type place on K street just south of Spring Creek (the road) - they are fair and have good prices. The convenience store just south of the trailer park will sell you about 2/3 of a tank for full price.

Neighbors are friendly. Barely anywhere to park and they tow cars CONSTANTLY.

Its not as bad as ive been reading on here. An they have put cameras up on the RV side to watch for vandalism.. The ladies in the office will work with u as long as you communicate with them.. Also kid friendly

Apparently mondays are for cleaning the pool but the pool sign said open. I just wanted to let the people in the office know. The woman was quick to cut me off before I can get a word in. Mutual respect was all I needed

Its in a great location, for travel working in the area. Right of the highway. Its a huge mobile home park thats being converted to allowing rvs. Not sure if there is a bathhouse. There is a pool. Not sure about laundry.

Nope, did not like this place. Too crowded and access extremely dangerous. Entrance on service road with heavy and fast moving traffic.

Didnt stay here, but reviews and requirements scared me off. Looking at the photos, not sure why they wanted this stuff, pretty well anyone with an rv less than 20 years old would have better looking rigs than whats pictured. Pay stubs? Bank statements? Yeah right. I dont trust credit agencies much less an rv park to have that kind of information.

Rude and dismissive. Explained how their property works coldly and shortly and clearly are sick of dealing with all people.

The homeless run the place from 6 pm till the office opens. In the day they boldly occupy the unoccupied sites picnic tables and shade. In the evening they enjoy the bathrooms and showers as their own. And the laundry room is their lounge. Management is afraid to intervene and have reached a comfortable pretend its not our responsibility attitude.The drug dealers like living here and their clientele enjoy the convenient location right off 75 Central Expressway. You know the minute they have a new batch of dope because the users drive through here and park till the dealers bike mules ride 300 feet to deliver their stuff. An Ambulance at their rigs symbolizes an overdose and an occasional death. I never knew someone be so intoxicated, but the drunk residents from the trailer park end stumble between the sites and may even urinate on a tree as they pass. The homeless and the indigents roam the place looking in car windows for what they can steal.They will cite you if you dont pick up other peoples McDonalds bags and trash off the street in front of your well-manicured rig, or if you leave your garden hose unfurled on the deck so you can rinse the drunk and druggies vomit off the street.Resident service here is defined as ignoring the significant homeless and druggie problems and acting like nothing is wrong while they harass the bill payers to pick up debris and trash from the communities properties.

Its good for a cheap place.RVs and mobile homes welcome.

I saw Willie Nelson runnin naykedd threw this place and a huge batch of spider monkeys swangin from the roof of uh broke down arrvee.. Man this place is like okla damn homa

This is a crowded yet nice sq footage for an RV living. It doesnt stink.

They deserve a negative rating horrible service dismissive and attempted to steal our $35 application fee this place should be shut down.

I dont recomend it,,, crowded and noisy, their website says Internet and wi fi and dont have them,,,the first place that I dont trust to leave my rv 100% secure, too many people live there...not clean at all, if you go to that town, stay somewhere else

Not really an RV park, its a trailer park with 1 or 2 spaces available on a day to day basis. Very crowded, right off busy expressway(one way) space very limited, but it is the ONLY park in Plano!

They put us in a spot that had trash the sewer cap was broken, the water was in a hand box that was full of water. Could not find the power tried to call with no answer. We went to the office for an emergency number with no posting. It was late so we call around to find a place that was clean with full hook ups we could use. I WOULD NOT RECOMNED STAYING HERE

Iam a worker from arizona have been staying here for the past six months. There are alot of dogs loose in the park, it seams that the mobilehomes are crowding out the rvers more and more each day. the park is run by Hispanic and 99percent of the mobilehomes are occupied by them . I have yet to meet a single. Rv,er that is Spanish. I have also been. Charged an extra 250$ deposit ontop. Of my first 250$ could not get a straight. Answer. From the staff as to why.all they had to say is, that the manager said to do it.not sure if that is even legal. I think it is a bunch of bullshit, A unhappy RV er.

This is a place for full time mobile home and RV dwellersThere are abandoned and decaying RVs everywhere. It basically is a slum for mobile homes and old RVsIf you are looking for the above, be sure to search it out .It will be just what you are lookingfor.$40 a night ? You cant be serious .You will regret that you wasted your time

Increasing rent each year without property improving. No after hours number of an emergency. Frequent power outages and water cut off. Poorly maintained showers and bath house.
