Great place to raise a family.

Partys all the time, my child cant sleep at night due to it. The kids are running around with no parents, to many drugs going around in this location, very bad place to stay....To picky about having things on porches. Told us we cant have a couch on our porch and a dog gate?? but other people can have TVs, couches, gates and junk on their porches??? They didnt tell the others they have to remove it?...very double standard. I dislike this place and very bad location. I have young kids come knocking on my windows at 12-3am while my 4 month old is trying to sleep. Guns shots at the same time behind my trailer, I have to call the police every night because of it, but it still continues. Im scared for my family and my 4 month year old. Definitely a place I cant wait to get out of soon. I hope my information helps someone who wants to move here because its not what you think. Very awful place.

Cottonwood grove was a great place at first but the last few years they have increased rent every year without improving their service to the community. Trash everywhere, loud parties at night, people arrested for drugs, animals running outside, the manager is never available and they haven’t fixed a sewer line after several attempts to contact them.

This place is terrible. I can never find a place to park due to the residents parking in spots that arent even their own! Constant loud music, parents let their kids run wild though out the homes with no supervision. Multiple stray dogs run around and try to bite any person getting near them. Also do not park along side the trailers, not even a few minutes. I parked outside a trailer to pick up some belongs and within 10 minutes the towed truck was called and my car was towed away. Beer bottles and cans are all over the place after Friday and Saturday nights. The list goes on and on.

Great little trailer park in east plano. Nice quite location with easy acess to plano pkwy and right by kroger grocery store.

These aprtments may not look like much from the inside but the outside is very nice amd most of them are renovated.

Everything is OK the problem is the parking spots people that live at the trailers actually have like 5 or 6 cars and then come and park at your private parking spaces!! Weve had to call the tow truck several times because we dont have a parking space just because someone decided to come and park in our # parking spaces! Aldo people have a lot of junk outside i dont know how the city of plano does not come and check them out they have really dirty outside even diapers with poop outside the parking spaces ewwwww!!!!!
