We are new to this gym, been here since June of 2020 when Cortnee took over ownership. My daughter has been taking gymnastics with Cortnee for 5 years and loves her coaching style, so transitioning was necessary. Ive read some of the old reviews and those may be true for the previous staff and management, but all staff/owner/management is new and Ive had great experiences this far. The kids work hard and have wonderful bonds with their teammates and coaches.

My daughter had her birthday there today, the kids didnt have activities which I thought it was better because they just run free and burned off energy (they were the only ones in the gym, too), the three teens that assisted us were polite and efficient, I forgot to get a cupcake tower and they even provided that. I loved having the room ready to eat and sing happy bday!

They still refuse to give my $250 back, very DISHONEST PEOPLEFRAUD ALERT- IB is claiming there will be a vaccine for COVID19 in August to get people to enroll their kids.THIS IS A LIE no vaccine will be available to the public in August!Terrible accounting. They took a month fee after we had given 30 days noticed and it took me 2 months to get my money back last year. So when I enrolled my granddaughter again in February I pre-paid 4 months. She was only able to go for 1 month before COVID19. Now they are refusing to give my 3 month pre-paid money back. HORRIBLE customer service. I doubt they will clean enough once open to keep any child safe. I wouldnt trust them with any child.

My daughter loved her coach but unfortunately their business office is inept. We had 3 different billing issues even though my card was on auto debit. They randomly charged my sister for 5 months for my daughters class, then they dropped my auto debit and emailed me about a missed payment, which I handled, only to be charged for 3 months instead of 1 month like they had notified me about. Not once did I ever remove my cc from auto debit so it is absolutely insane that they couldnt keep track of my account. They charged me for a month of lessons after I had informed them we would no longer be attending gymnastics there anymore because of their inability to manage their business and they have yet to refund me or return my calls and emails. If you attend there beware of random charges and do not give them your credit card info.

I LOVE this place. Everyone is so kind. All coaches spend time working with each child, even if they are injured. And everyone there has on a smiling face. I would 100% recommend Infinite Bounds.

My daughter began attending tumbling at Infinite Bounds in October 2017 and attending through May 2018. Her instructor was great and wonderful with the kids. My daughter had the same the instructor for the eight months she attended, which was pleasant compared to the high turnover we experienced at other gyms we’ve dealt with. My only complaint about her class was they warmed up for first 30 minutes of the 60 minute class which was frustrating as a consumer to watch. On May 8, 2018, I informed the young man that was working at the front desk that we would not be returning after that month. He filled out a withdrawal form with my daughter’s information and reason for leaving, told me it would be forwarded to the accounting department, and said “you’re good to go”. On May 25, 2018, I noticed a payment for $75 pending on my account for the June tuition. I immediately contacted the gym and advised them of the error to which they apologized and instructed me to email the accounting department and inform them of the error. I emailed the accounting department the same day. The following week after I received no response from the accounting department I contacted the front desk again and spoke with the same young man who initially took my withdrawal information. He acknowledged he remembered taking down the information and stated he didn’t know why it wasn’t processed and promised to have accounting contact me.All in all, I have spoken to roughly five people answering the phone at the front desk, all apologizing, all taking my name and phone number and promising to get this matter resolved, however not one of them followed up or called back. One lady who answered the phone even lied and said, “Yes I remembered seeing your daughter’s name, it’s been submitted for a refund.” Finally on June 10, 2018 I received a response back from the accounting department to the email I sent on May 25, 2018 explaining my daughter would be dropped as of July 1, 2018 and I was welcome to come back and use the June classes I had paid for. They informed me they needed to receive written notice before May 15, 2018 in order to process the withdrawal for June. Even after I explained to them the withdrawal form was completed a week before the May 15, 2018 deadline, I received no response and no refund. After numerous failed attempts to resolve this directly with Infinite Bounds, I filed a dispute with my bank in hopes they will refund will account. Please note, this is the second time I have had to deal with the unprofessional business practices at Infinite Bounds. In December 2017 I was contacted regarding non-payment for December tuition and they attempted to assess a $25 late fee. I had to provide bank records just to prove the payment had already been auto-drafted from account on November 28, 2017. Please be aware before signing up with this gym. They have great instructors and my daughter loved her class but their business practices are beyond appalling.

The teenage instructors are a joke. They have no experience with younger children. I tried this gym for 1 month with 2 classes a week and I was not happy at all with the instructors. The actual gym is great (equipment). Its huge and has a great waiting room/ viewing room.

Infinite Bounds strives to provide unparalleled coaching expertise with a fun and exciting atmosphere for kids to train in. The athletes really seem to enjoy learning the sport of gymnastics at IB, because they are trained at their level and ability in a way that promotes positive image and that fosters friendly competition.

I would not recommend this gymnastics place. The staff looked and acted unprofessional. I expect if you are completing a trial class the coach or coaches that taught your children that day would speak to you after class. This did not happen. Also, the equipment and pads were very old and torn. I understand to expect a certain amount of smell from all the bare feet but the smell was overwhelming. I could barely breathe. The qym seemed dirty all around.
