I love coming to this Michaels. Theres always great deals! coming here relaxes me and I love all the seasonal decor items! My only complaint is its hard to find an associate if I actually need to look for something specific.

This store gives me so many ideas. I love Michaels. This one had a great staff that were helpful and kind. Not to mention 60% off a lot of Christmas items!

Michaels is a wonderful store and their items are such reasonable prices. I love the Christmas decorations they have right now and almost everything is 30% to 40% off. I especially like their Christmas garlands.

I didnt find a customer service person and first. Im rating 5 starts, because it took me only 1 min to find a customer person and she was great. She showed us what we were looking for and gain recommendations. I apologize I dont remember the ladies name. Thanks for being so helpful.

Quiet big store with lots of options

I specialize in helping adults with disabilities obtain jobs. Sometimes I have to assess their skill in multiple settings. The manager told me he would have to check to make sure he wasnt breaking any laws and told me no.

Michaels has a multitude of art supplies to the point were you could find anything you need... and by anything I mean anything. The only section I could think people would expect to be in the store but isnt is a fabric selection, but nevertheless they have endless sewing supplies. Also, its great that the company supports the LGBTQ+ with pride gear every June!

They had exactly what I needed. The other store I visited thats similar (different name) did not have them even though they said they had three in stock online.

We visited the Michaels here in Plano because it is much larger than our Michaels in the Old Town in the Village (Dallas). The selection is larger and they had what we were looking for.

Great selection, staff was very helpful and friendly. I shopped at Hobby Lobby before going to Michaels and the difference was obvious. The store was fully stocked and full of merchandise, I didnt feel like I was at a going out of business sale as I did at HL.

Always have erasable markers for cheap, I donate them to our nurses and great for homeschooling children.

I hate to give them only 3 stars, but at this location, there was hardly any merchandise! And the young woman who checked me out was rude

Store has ONE employee working the entire store with a good amount of people shopping when I was there today. Super long line, one cashier and phone ringing off the hook. Cashier was frantically answering the phone and trying to check people out at the same time. Really looooong time in line to buy just one item. Shelves poorly stocked

Normally pretty well stocked. COVID-19 has impacted some of the supplies being in stock.

Ordered online and picked up my purchase by 1pm that day! The manager was so nice. The associates- not so much - no customer service. I am so glad the manager stepped in she did a great job.

The items original new price wasnt updated in their system and the cashier was reluctant to check when I pointed it out. Had to go to the shelf and get a picture of them price tag to show the cashier

Good place, Ive found interesting things and theres always discounts. Use the app for coupons and you will save some money.

A great craft store, I can find all I need for my projects and there are always good sales or a good coupon. They take competitors coupons as well which is helpful. The staff is friendly and the store is well kept!

Didnt have bamboo that they showed in inventory. It was maddening going to four different Michaels to find one that did. One store had the bamboo polls I was looking for but they were all cracked. Another had only one and it was cracked but their POS said 14. The staff was helpful, but come on guys I spent two hours trying to find something that should have taken 12 minutes.

Candyland to crafters and artists!As a child I couldnt wait for the Christmas wish book. I would go through it and circle everything that I wanted for Christmas. Michaels is like walking into your own personal Christmas wish book! They have everything that you need for all of your crafts. The sales people are always helpful and the customers are friendly and willing to help one another and offer advice.

Decent selection of things, and its always super easy if I need to return or exchange something.

Best store for seasonal crafts. Theres always good deals on most of the products!

If you are into arts and crafts as well as finding cool things to decorate your home during the seasons then youll definitely want to come check this place out. I can say that this store is similar to Hobby Lobby innocence as well as Jo-Anns Fabrics. However Michaels in my opinion is more focused on decor. Definitely worth checking out though and also become a member of their frequent Shopper program to coupons and other stuff through the mail & their app.

The store was huge! The staff was very pleased and asked us if we needed help several times. The cashier let me know about additional discounts and helped me save even more money. The store was very neat and organized and it was very easy to find the items I was looking for. With the discounts the prices were very reasonable and better quality than the cheap stuff at other stores.

The folks working there were very professional and helpful!

I always felt this place was overpriced but didnt really appreciate the true difference until I went in to buy clay for my daughter. They were selling the tub for$25. I did a price comparison with Wal-Mart online and found exact same product for$6.57, and they sent it to my house. I can understand a few dollars difference to have the convenience of buying right away but not worth the near 400% markup.Michaels, if youre reading this, I like your store but I fear you will eventually be out competed if you dont become more competitive on your pricing.

Interested. You are an inside the box hobbies this place is for you. They have a large inventory of quality products. Service could be better. Its hard to find people who know where items are. Also check out is not fun.Unless your hoppy is high end or exotic this is the place.

We were able to find everything we needed for several projects the few times we have been in. Typically have pretty good stock. Unfortunately there is never anyone around to help if you cant find something.

Only reason I put three stars is there are none close to me. There Hobby Lobby’s near but I like Michaels so much better.

Michaels is a pretty good arts and crafts store. Prices are nice, if you are signed up to get the emails with coupons. This location is usually stocked well & clean, with helpful staff.

I enjoyed shopping through the store to see what all they carry now. Its been a while since Ive visited this store. They had some good sales but overall I wasnt too impressed. Their prices have really gone up! I didnt see any furniture. I did notice that they have several isles dedicated to fake flowers, etc!? I also noticed that they want way more for making jewelry than Hobby Lobby, which is right across the street. They seem to cater to the artist more than anything, which is great if you are an artist. If you are really in to any kind of crafts (any kind) I suggest Hobby Lobby. Their selection is enormous and they are cheaper too.

The staff was very helpful! I was surprised to see how many employees they had working for their black Friday sale! It was great! They made sure customers got what they needed and didnt have to wait in a horrendous line.
