Pricing of hardware is good. Staff was fantastic with recommendations. Only reason this isnt a higher rating is I opted to pick up protection while in store as a convenience and ended up paying triple price. I was expecting maybe double price (which i was probably okay with) but not triple. And the sales person didnt confirm pricing on the add-on before totaling me out. When I heard the total I assumed I had just misread the price on my hardware but i was sorely mistaken. Will come back for hardware but all other needs will be met elsewhere.

This store in Plano off 75 is excellent! She is so helpful and sweet. So good you wanna spend every penny here and come back for more. This is the only one Ill be spending my money at. She does a great job. Offers suggestions and help w sizes . excellent.

Awesome. The manager, Suzie, is great. I walked in, she immediately greeted me and asked if she could help me find anything. I told her what I needed and she walked me straight to it. She offered suggestions and let me know about other products that might be of interest to me. Ill definitely be back.

I sincerely appreciate the maturity and tact your staff exhibits when answering embarrassing regarding medical issues and providing solutions that are EXACTLY on target. I also appreciate when a clerk tells be he does not know. It communicates that he is honest and ALWAYS refers me to my physicians. Your staff NEVER counsel outside their expertise. You cannot imagine how I appreciate it. Only complaint: Some kids were in the dressing rooms giggling and carrying on. Can I bark at them next time and encourage them to leave? I would only do it if they are under age, undressed, having sex, or being generally disruptive. The staff were assisting other clients. So, I do not fault them. Thoughts?

Excellent place to shop!I went there on my lunch break to pick up some surprise gifts for my girl. I was pleasantly surprised and I cant tell you how comfortable the staff and atmosphere made me feel.Even as a guy in a female oriented store.Ive felt less comfortable in a Victorias Secret!The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.The atmosphere made me feel more like I was in a high class female clothing store vs. some seedy novelty shop like some other places *caugh-NewFineArts-caugh*.The options were of high quality and enough selection to fit any budget, taste or even fetish.Grab your girl and go shopping... Just have an open schedule for the rest of the evening.
