Been going for a couple years now. Had our sons 9th birthday there and it was the best birthday party weve ever had. It was so easy. They took care of everything. The whole party went smooth, the kids and adults had a blast, and the cake was DELICIOUS. Ended up getting memberships to keep track of scores and levels and we usually go once a week now.

Headed to Laser Storm for a girls afternoon out. Was surprised at how much fun we had! Prices are great, and its definitely more of a workout than you might imagine.

Had a 9th Birthday party for our son, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The kids had a great time and always had plenty to do. It can be busy with several groups coming in, but they kept everything straight. Worth the drive from the South Hills.

This is most amazing Laser Tag joint in PA! They are extremely friendly and entertaining. The setup is amazing and interactive.Due to COVID-19, theres been an obvious strain on certain businesses, and regardless of the tough times, the employees here remain very kind and cautious of the players. 10/10 WOULD recommend. Very fun to do. our family loves lazer tag so we came here and although it was a different kind than we were used to, we had lots of fun. the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the members who were there were the same. this was a fun place to stop and i wish we had this place near our hometown so we could play more often!

Having my sons birthday party here could not have been easier. I reserved it online a few weeks ahead of time and just showed up and everything was taken care of. Great service and they went out of their way to help the younger kids that were a little intimidated by the arena to make sure everyone was able to participate and have a good time. The kids cant stop talking about it!

It was great for a group of people. We had 10 in our party and were able to play a few games all together. We also had a private party room and had fun at the arcade! Would definitely recommend.

Lots of fun. We took our 8 and 6 yr old daughters there and they had a blast, too. You get a decent amount of time in the arena for the price of each game. Id recommend purchasing at least 2 rounds, but price drops for each additional round you purchase.

Its therapeutic to go with your family, and tag your children. Weve brought many friends and family here over time, and its never disappointed. The maze changes to keep it fresh, and the staff and equipment have always been reliable.

Such an amazing place for a birthday!!! We had our 9 year olds birthday there and it was awesome! We pulled up to his name flashing on the sign outside. Then he and his friends got to play games in the arcade area (which isn’t busy and very clean). We had a very nice young man that was the coordinator. He was patient and the rest of the staff were very kind. The food was great!!! We will definitely be doing another party here!

Super friendly staff that thoroughly explains game, rules, locations, and answers questions.Battlefield is well designed, but could benefit from multiple levels and more clearly showing team boundaries. Guns are old, but work great, only 2 targets (head and gun) but again works great.Price is the best part, $13 per person for two 20 minutes games. I believe its only $18 for 3 games.

This was our first Lazer Tag experience and it was definitely a great one. Large well-organized laser tag arena. Helpful staff that explains everything with maps of the place and detailed instructions about how to play. We really had a great time. Also a nice-sized game room and food.

My friends and I have been coming here for years. We love the place so much, and even though we all live far apart, any time we meet back in Pittsburgh we always come here. The staff is super laid back, kind, and funny. I havent found a laser tag place I like quite as much as this one!!

Just had a great time. My in laws did a family game, well we did 3 games it was a blast. 8 adults and 2 kids. The person who was in charge of our party and our games was Sarah, she was amazing. She was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful to my 7 year old. She was helping her have a blast while we big kids had ours.Thanks Sarah for being awesome! You alone makes my family want to come back. Your services was 10/10.

They’re the absolute best!! Love this place, the Birthday party we had here for my 27 year old husband was an absolute score! All of our friends had so much fun, the day turned out super memorable! Our host was amazingly and nice aswell! We also come here often with friends just for a fun night out! Laser storm is our favorite!

Spent part of my bachelorette party here. The course is fun and the staff was friendly. We versed a kid and his big brothers and had a blast. The games last about 25 minutes (between putting on gear, directions, and game play). I love this place.

Come with a group. There are specials every day either weekday or based on time - need to check! There are also some games for kids other than laser storm.

This is very different from other laser tag places I’ve been to. The gear here is older, they dint have suits that light up. Instead you aim the players headset and guns. And guns need to be energized every now and then. The arena is flat instead of having levels, but we still had fun. The place was good and game was organized. They also have 2 birthday rooms available and a few arcade games. Overall experience was good.

I had a groupon to this place so my wife, son, nephew, and I went. We have done laser tag before, but this was a little different.To get someone you have to shoot their headset or their gun. If you get hit twice you have to energize, basically you go to a podium type thing and it energizes. The problem is you have essentially made a point for spawn camping. The other team just stands and awaits shooting you as soon as you become active. This may have been in part due to a lack of skill by my team, but the problem exist either way.Our groupon came with 50 tokens, but I would not get any otherwise. The games are few and over priced in my opinion.We will probably go back, but for laser tag only.

Love this place. If your ever looking for something to do on a Friday or Saturday night come play. You get 2 hours for $17 from 10pm-12am

Staff was so nice and accommodating! It gets really crowded in there, but its worth it. Nothing like dominating some 10 year olds in laser tag.

I went here Saturday night with my son husband and nephew.. it was all of our 1st time and my son is young (3). The staff was amazing!! They were great with walking us throug everything and helping us understand what to do. They were also super awesome with my young son and helping him even during the game!! We had a birthday party for my 9-year-old daughter. The guests ranged from 6 up to 12, plus a few parents. We had an amazing time. The staff members were enthusiastic and attentive. Plus, seriously, laser tag is just a lot of fun! The facility is bright and clean. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future parties and events!

My husband and I took a group of 16 high school seniors to experience the team building option at Laser Storm. It was such a great experience! The students had an opportunity to learn about communication, strategy, and leadership while having a blast! We cant say enough about the staff as well. They were so helpful and attentive and passionate about what they do! We highly recommend Laser Storm and look forward to returning soon!

Everyone at my granddaughters birthday party had a great time this past weekend! The staff was first-rate and laser tag was enjoyed by all. Just a word of advice; when parking, try to avoid parking along Laser Storms building next to Starbucks. It took me 15 minutes to get out of my parking space; two of Starbucks drive-thru customers blocked me from moving out of my space. Thankfully, the person behind them let me out.

We brought our kiddo in to celebrate his First Holy Communion (with Grandma in tow) and everyone was AMAZING! Oliver went above and beyond giving us newbies ideas and even snapped a silly photo for us all suited up. They helped us build memories today, and we cant wait to come back to make more!

This was the BEST, EASIEST birthday party we have EVER had. Nick was a wonderful server and party concierge to thirteen high energy 6 year olds. The party was so simple for me as a mom -- all I did was send an evite, bring my son, and pay the bill. Laser Storm took care of everything else, from the cake to the pizza, to the arcade tokens, to serving the food to gift bags. Awesome experience. If anyone is on the edge of booking - do not hesitate and look no further - book NOW! We have no complaints. Only hint though, for younger children plan to have two adults suit up to help them navigate.

Its okay. Its pretty nice if youre on the red team when you do laser tag, but if youre on the green team, you wont be able to regenerate when you die. Foods pretty nice for a laser tag place, and its a convenient location, too. If you come from the West coast, however, the laser tag style is a bit different.

Fun time for staff team building!

We rented the facility out for a special Easter Weekend event for our family. We had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was well kept...and Oh Yeah the games were awesome! I highly recommend Laser Storm for any family event.

I have had two birthday parties at Laser Storm and it continues to be the easiest birthday party out there. The staff was very attentive and took care of every aspect of the party. The kids loved the laser tag and there are just enough arcade games to keep the kids busy for the duration of the party. I would highly recommend Laser Storm.

We hosted a birthday party for 12 on a Friday evening. The staff was great in accommodating our group and making sure that the drinks, pizza, cake, games and arcade time was enjoyable. The facility was clean and well organized but could use a few arcade and tag supply updates. Overall great experience.

Awesome place for laser tag, and Im an adult! As long as you bring enough friends (at least 8) it would be a solid game. This location has unique rules for laser tag that makes the game more fun. One problem is the food stand there... so expensive!

We held my little brothers birthday party here, and it was fantastic. Sarah was the staff member assigned to his party, and she was incredibly attentive and professional. She helped with cake and presents and made sure all of the kids had a great time. Wonderful experience overall!

My daughter had her birthday party here and it was fantastic! Our hostess, Sarah, was very friendly and kept things moving along. They were very accommodating to any last-minute changes and all of the kids had a blast!

Have been there a few times for my churchs youth group. Every single time we have gone, the people working are amazingly nice, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The actual laser tagging game there is so much fun. Various targets such as the centuries or bases, and sometimes the centuries fire back at you! Its such a blast every time I have been there.

We had my daughters 8th birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon, and it was a good experience. Matt was super friendly and helpful behind the counter, and our host, Connor, ran the party like a pro. Things were running a little late, both on our end and theirs, but he kept us informed and the arcade games kept the girls happy in the meantime. It is a rather small place, which I liked, to keep track of the kids in our party and it was easier to round them up for the laser tag, which all 11 of the little girls loved! My hubby was skeptical that it would be fun for them, but they had a blast! We did end up spending extra for tokens, but the girls were thrilled with all the tickets they won and the prizes they got to pick. All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back!

Took my son and his friend on a week night. They guys were very noce and kept giving me tips on what package to buy the kids to maximize game time and arcade. They even hooked us up with tickets at the end, so the kids got the prizes they wanted. Great experience. Two kids played 4 games of lasertag, and played arcade for $50; (2-3 hours of entertainment).
