Fantastic place for parties. Its really colorful inside, definitely play the video games and donkey Kong game in the foyer. A lot of the photos on the wall are from the original tenants, interesting stories behind them too.

Great non-profit comedy theater. They offer classes for those that are interested in getting involved in comedy. They also have a lot of shows in 2 separate rooms (downstairs and upstairs). Throughout the venue there are old arcade games that are free for the patrons to play. The comedy show I saw here was great and included several local comedians

Saw The Death Show. It was good, amusing- but not amazing or uproariously funny.Will definitely go back and see other shows- non-profit comedy deserves support.Went back on NYE, and was blown away by the show. It was hilarious. Very glad I returned!

The ensemble of seven actors did a fine job and the script was a lot of fun when still being meaningful. The male lead had a wonderful voice! A special treat at only $12 a ticket and the theater allows guests to BYOB!

Great long-form and short-form improv and very reasonably priced. This is a great institution for the downtown arts scene. They dont serve anything except a limited selection of snacks and water/soft drinks but they do a BYOB corking fee if you bring something from home or one of the many craft breweries Pittsburgh has to offer.

This is a great place to catch one of many different comedy shows. Great for family and friends or a date. BYOB. Tickets can be purchased online and I would recommend that as its a smaller venue and will sell out

Seen a very brash Night before Christmas, not the book story. Was good and funny. The elf was amazing.

We saw the Broad Squad last night and it was the funniest live comedy show I have ever seen. Each woman had a unique style but each was very funny. The venue was nice. We foumd parking on the street. There is a lot about a block away too. They have an elevator which is great because it is a multi-story building. They have a small but nice lobby and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that we tried to call and could only leave a message even 45 minutes before the show. Also just a note, the air conditioning was on full blast which I liked but my friend felt was too cold. If you get chilly, bring a light sweater.

A hidden gem. We live in the city and didnt know this existed. It a small venue but we were floored by the quality of performance, especially for the price. About 6 comedians in the stand-up show we went it, all very funny, not too vulgar that you wouldnt go with your kid. BYOB so cheap night. Pittsburgers, show these guys the love... they are a great addition to out city!

My wife and I go as often as we can. Its a great date night.

Got a few tickets last minute and was not disappointed! BYOB and some very funny comedians. I cant wait to go back the next time I am in town.

Went the night before Thanksgiving and watched some locals perform stand up. Had an excellent time and enjoyed each set!

We scheduled a private show for a high school theater club and boy did this place deliver! It was non stop laughs and great energy from all of the performers. Top notch improv! After the show they even sat down and talked with the kids about their experience and gave a behind the scenes look to those interested. Blown away by the experience and would recommend them to anyone interested in laughing until your sides ache.

A cheap and fun date night. BYOB adds a fun interactive element for the crowd and performers. The performances were diverse and exciting.

Ive been here twice now. The first show was a stand-up comedy and was pretty funny. The second was some kind of weird comedy skit that was just overall strange and not funny...probably one of the worst comedy shows Ive been to. The prices here are reasonable and they have a BYOB for $2/person. The stand-up show we went to had free beer that night from a beer company promoting their brand. The basement and top level each have 2 free arcade games in them. The lounge upstairs is really just a room with the two arcade games and windows, but its outside a theater, so you cant really lounge there while shows are going on. Other arcade games are by the bathroom. Seating is somewhat limited, so its best to buy tickets in advance and pick them up there. There arent really bad seats, but you might want to get there early if youre with a group that wants to sit together since there arent a ton of seats in the theaters. Even though the one show was bad, Im giving this 4 stars because I think the comedy place is good overall, but some shows are hit or miss. Parking is a little difficult to find in this area, so allow time for that before the show. There is metered street parking or ramps near by. The liquor store next door has limited hours and I dont think it sells beer, so dont rely on stopping there for BYOB for evening shows.

A couple of my friends asked me to go to a comedy show (Jerome and Justin) on a whim. It was a nice little venue, comfortable seating. It is very intimate and allows for the performers to engage with the audience very easily. Outside of the main venue, they also have some arcade games around the building while you wait and relatively cheaply priced snacks for the show! It is a BYOB type institution which is nice for those who like to bring a beverage to the shows!

Had the privilege of seeing the fantastic BabyGrand last night. It was very good. I know this is not convincing in the slightest, but if youre thinking about it, do it. From one anonymous stranger to another, trust me.

Insanely fun place! We saw a stand up show with about 5 local comedians. They had free beer to drink, ticket prices were super reasonable, and the show was hilarious. If Im ever back in town, Ill make sure to swing by again.

I had such a good time. Saw the smallest show in town. The performers were engaging as well as entertaining. Their interaction with the audience added a very nice dimension to the show. I lucked out and won one of the raffle prizes. I am definitely going to check out other shows and performances.

A wonderful little theater to experience all the best comedy Pittsburgh had to offer. A little improv, a smattering of stand-up, some sketch comedy, and a ton more all in downtown Pittsburgh. Theres a little something for everyone and its all very good.

We came here for the first time as a date night and we had a great time! Tickets are affordable and they have reasonably priced snacks and drinks. I also saw that it is BYOB! While we waited for the show to start we played Mrs. Pac Man and Centipede for free. The show itself was genius- Ive never been to an improv show before but I was in tears by the end of it. We are definitely coming back here for dates again!

As with any local comedy it all depends on who you get on the night as to how many laughs youll have!Its run well and there is a wide variety of shows so definitely worth a visit for some low key casual laughs.Can park on the street if you are lucky otherwise there is a lot right near by.You can BYO booze in to the theatre (so we were told).

This place has amazing improv, great local standup, great unique shows, and fun classes! They are BYOB and sometimes have a pop up bar. There are also Saturday afternoon shows for kids. This place has something for everyone!

Highly recommend! I have only gone to their improv show but its pretty cheap and really funny. They have 2 theaters and the shows overlap in time so its not possible to do back to back shows. It is BYOB for $5 per person or cheaper if you buy your tickets online. On the website theyll show you local places where you can buy to bring.

The Arcade offers an assortment of comedy shows. The atmosphere is low-key and welcoming. The interior is bright, exciting and creative. Its definitely worth visiting if theres a particular show that grabs your attention.

Wow, I was pretty oblivious to the Comedy Scene in Pittsburgh until I stopped by here! Pretty impressive place, komfy, kozy and fun environment. They did a very nice job of creating such an inviting venue.

I really enjoy the improv and affordable so a great interactive fun fun time downtown. Four stars in instead of five because the troupe needs to ditch that final sketch Sex with me is like... Ugh. No matter what I always get creeped out by it and its the last sketch so kind of ruins the other funnies.

The new theater is very nice. A little weird they send you upstairs to wait and then bring you back down when the show starts. Beware that BYOB costs $2 per person.

We go to see the Knights of the Arcade. They recently moved to this new building, and it is much nicer than the last. The stadium seating has movable chairs, and with the way they try to pack the theater full, you must be chummy with your neighbor. They almost always sell out the show.

Great spot for comedy in the city. Lots of established and up and coming acts. Highly recommend it for a great way to spend your night downtown.

Ive been to a few shows here and had a great time each time. HoweverI think they need to buy a few more arcade machines to justify the name.

Non profit!!! Comedy club with classes & skits for all ages, genres, formats and various stages of talant & skill level. From children to mature adults, Comedy to drama, skits, shows, operas… they do it all! Teaching, viewing or participate. BYOB too.

New, roomier theater w/ hilarious acts that are geared more toward the younger audience. Only drawback: less than comfortable chairs, which probably is unnoticed by the younger set, lol.

Interesting place, will definitely keep checking back.

I so badly wanted this to be a fun date night spot. But sadly it wasnt funny at all. They had to place people in the crowd to laugh to get everyone else to laugh. I would not recommend it.
