This building is an amazing piece of history! My graduating class (2019) had our final senior exhibit here in May. The spaces that aren’t occupied with businesses yet are pretty sparse and industrial because the new owner gutted the entire building and got rid of the drop ceilings and gross carpet (yay!) They managed to save a lot of the original hexagon tiles on the floor which is amazing considering the building is literally 100 years old. There are several murals on the different floors of this building painted by various artists. The service elevator is kind of slow and sketch, and the flooring is a bit uneven because of the renovation.Parking is easiest in the US Bank building around the corner.
No air conditioning and uneven flooring but they gave the ASU design students a space for free so that was nice. The history of the building is interesting too.
