I liked the Moon Valley country club. Private and very well kept golf course. Conditions tend to be better than neighboring courses. Did a great job letting professionals prepare here before the tournament too. A little steep on the pricing of practice rounds though. Practice facility is phenomenal.

First time on this golf course for me. Enjoyed the round and managed to birdie a hole or two.

Good swim meets! We have attended a lot of swim meets with our son and we like Moon Valleys set up the best. The only complaint is the concession stand. The food isnt very healthy for the swimmers and the service is pretty slow.

I got married here 3/7/20 and would recommend this venue to everyone! We had the ceremony on the grass and it was beautiful with the pond and fountain in the background. Kathy was amazing at getting every detail right and being very helpful. Everybody cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was. We had the reception on the restaurant patio with amazing lighting for the dancing and we had 140 people with room for way more! This is must have venue for weddings!

Awesome facility. 120 of us met there for a 2 hour presentation with breakfast buffet in the room. Staff was amazing, courteous and prompt. Sound system was loud and clear. Excellent experience

Classic golf course. Superb greens. Tour quality. Super friendly.

Overpriced for a below-average course.Paid $150 for a course that has out dated facilities and poor upkeep. Literally 4 or 5 of the holes we were golfing on they were cutting the grass mid day.We also paid $8 for a hot dog that took 15 minutes to get at the turn.Not worth the money.

Honestly. This place is worth to visit. My dad works as the cooker and honestly, what they say about his food its worth it. I would recommend his food, since overall it is pretty good. With my experience with his co-workers, they are pretty nice to meet and get along with. Services is great good

A mid century classic secret tucked in Phoenixs best kept neighborhood. Their staff enjoys attending to the members care. Casual vibe, yet elegant details. The kitchen prepares burgers and pizza with as much skill as their fine dinning for evening dinners. I dont golf but I hear thats good too.

Loved this course. Everything was in great shape. Old school course with cute houses everywhere.

Friendly staff and great practice facility for hitting a bucket of balls, chipping and putting. Greens were rolling well and pace of play less than 4 hours with late morning tee off. Nice pro shop staff. I enjoyed sitting on the patio for a cold one and apps after the round. If I lived in the area Id seriously consider becoming a member.

Where I became a state level swimmer.

Had my prom there. They ran out of water so all the students didnt have water for about an hour and were all complaining and dehydrated. It was too small for prom. Good for weddings though.

Good service, offers bar and dining room seating. Bar is more casual, but the entire restaurant is family friendly. The country club has great facilities such as a fantastic pool and an easily accessed basement gym. I dont golf myself but have heard only good things about the course.

Went here for a friends wedding and its absolutely beautiful!! Really quite elegant and a lovely setup both inside and outside.

Before you join just know your monthly bill will likely have errors on it and it takes several days for them to get back to you. Other than that nice place and nice people.

Attended a reunion here. Had a great time. Very nice place.

Enjoyed following our grandson Jake in his tournament. We then enjoyed a great lunch in the bar lounge. We would eat there again. Only disappointment was the SERVICE TAX, so we adjusted our gratuity accordingly. First place weve seen this TAX. We always check our bill.

I attended a luncheon at MVCC today, not my first but definitely my last. What a total disappointment! The room was barren except for the attendees, not a single decoration or centerpiece. Bread was uncovered on the table and beginning to dry out. Id have taken some and put it on my bread plate, but I had no bread plate. There was no ice in the water glasses. It had long since melted. There was no spoon is my service, just a knife and fork wrapped in a napkin. You couldnt have bothered to SET the table?I went to the bar for a coke and an ice tea. Imagine paying $30.00 for the meal and being charged $6.00 for my non alcoholic drink!Following a salad we went to the buffet where half cooked potatoes were swimming in butter. The next dish was unrecognizable and unidentified. (After a smell test I determined it was fish.) So I chose the chicken, again swimming in melted butter. This is probably the greasiest meal I have ever consumed.Are you getting the picture? I will post this complaint on your website as it is my only recourse for a meal not worth the drive to Moon Valley let alone $30.00.

Course was in rough shape, greens and fairways had been recently punched, has to be done. Price was fair. From the white tees this is a very easy course.

This is a very nice place. Have been there on several occasions for business luncheons. Not only are there fabulous views of the beautiful green courses but the food was very good too!

Fun to visit, worth at least one visit to make your own judgement. Enjoyable though. Great time to visit during Christmas season.

My experience at Moon Valley Country Club was experience in itself it was nice quiet and very friendly the golf courses were really nice and green not crowded I would recommend if you want to come in your town would go to this country club and have a time of their life

Pool has large shaded area with benches. Tasty hot food snack bar. Pool bathrooms very clean.

After having been a member for the last 15 years, and putting my own money as well as lobbying for the club. It is pathetic. It is filthy, un kept, expensive, no wi fi, intermittent working equipment, no cart girl!!!!Course just ok. What a drag on the neighborhood!

Many of the reviews are blatantly unfair and out of date. The grass is NOT BROWN. Its lush green. During the Great Recession, the City of Moon Valley forced it into bankruptcy by increasing the water bill to over 1 million dollars annually (MV and other courses are building a pipeline to the AZ canal). The course was purchased by a interstate golf management company and recapitalized. It is now well maintained and kept up. Membership prices are reasonable and the amenities which include a Olympic size pool and a huge driving range area make this a club that really provide value to its membership.Try it out, play it youll be impressed.

This place is a dog track. I got what I thought was a reasonable rate on golf now for $44. That is a little more than what I like to pay for golf in May for a twilight rate, but there were other rates around the same time that were $100. The staff was unattentive, there were no range balls on the range as promised and the course was in lackluster condition. Not a bad layout, but the course is very flat. I would compare this course to the camelback golf club. NOT worth more than about $25 for a twilight rate in May.

Familial hub of Moon Valley. Family friendly golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, dining, and gyms.

Current Moon Valley resident, ex Moon Valley Country Club employee and MEMBER. Always rats in the kitchen, and yes Im not just saying this I have seen the traps sitting next to the food line, the flour and sugar bins, and by the plates. When they hear the health inspector coming they clean the place with straight bleach those days. The food is over priced for where you can get it 10-15$ cheaper at a nicer looking restaurant like Rusconis or pay for something that is worth it like Marcellino Ristorante that does not require an additional members fee.

Swim Neptune broke world record here in 2016

It is a flat cow-patch and not even worth $20/pp. There are multiple holes that share the putting green !!!. The course was in very bad shape when we were there in mid April 2015. There was lots of brown grass and exposed soil all over the place. I noticed cigarette and cigar butts on most greens.There was nothing lush about the course.
