Esprit Decor Gallery did a fabulous job with my framing. I had a custom painting done of my late boyfriend and the woman who painted it was from the UK, so the measurements were different. It took about 5 weeks to frame the painting but it looks beautiful and I wouldnt want it any other way. If you want beautiful framing done and good service, I would recommend here.

WOW! Thats the best way to describe Pat and his team. A spectacular artist friend of mine died. She was in the middle of a creation for me which did not get finished. Her family offered me some of her other artwork. The ones I loved were not available. So Pat was able to take a photo of two paintings (on an iPhone 6 no less) and use his magic to make them into stunning prints on canvas. His mastery is second to none! Add to that the high level of customer service you receive from this team and there is nowhere else to go for your art needs.

Esprit Decor has framed several large pastel artworks with museum glass for me over the last several years. The results have always been wonderful and they have shown great care with the artwork. I brought Esprit Décor Gallery a plexiglass with art etched on. The back had an attached wood frame that was flimsy, so I was unable to hang it. Robert was very pleasant and took his time in showing me an array of frames to choose from - the options are endless. Robert and Pat were very friendly and professional when we brought in 2 framed canvasses that needed touch up on the frames. These were 2 original paintings and the artist had painted the wood frames. We only wanted the dirt/marks covered/removed & Ron did an excellent job matching the paint color. We cannot see where he did the touch-up. We were nervous leaving our paintings there but with the reputation of a family run 30 year old business and reassurance from Robert we were confident and pleased with the outcome.

Nice people. When I first went to pick up my framed artwork, the matting was the wrong color. They acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and then said they would set to work to correct it. They called me back a few days later. This time it was perfect. In my book, the way they handled the mistake was just as good as if it had been right the first time. I brought in four artist numbered and signed prints and a painted canvas to discuss getting them framed so they could be enjoyed in my home. I had not had good fortune with other frame shop experiences so I was worried, but I had no justification for that here. With each print Robert took all the time necessary to balance out matte options and pop frame corners from their vast selections until I decided which options were perfect. We discussed where in the home they would be displayed and how that would impact the frames. Pat came out and shook hands and complimented the pieces Id brought in. My spouse played fetch with the shop dog. It was relaxing and not rushed at all. In 10 days I would have completed work.I was anxious as 2 prints were a gift and I needed to do an install, so I called to check. All but one piece was ready early, but it was one of the gift pieces that needed more time. They had it done before close of the next day. How wonderful was that? Not as wonderful as coming in and seeing the finished product. Just beautiful. I thought I was as happy as I would get, but actually when my daughter got her gifted art she was blown away by the gorgeous frames and perfectly balanced mattes. The huge smile on her face was priceless.As for the canvas, the painting was done by a good friend who had passed away, and it had been rolled up and unseen since her passing. Now it is framed in a way the evokes even more of her personality. I shared a picture of the completed piece with her family and it brought tears. She will always be in my heart but now her art is in my home with honor. Esprit Decor treated all the work professionally and with fair price and friendly service. . I wont go anywhere else.
