Wow awesome place! We love children museums and this place is on the top that Iv been too, my 2year old had a blast, I did too!! Beware You do have to pay for anyone over 1 years old, Which is a little greedy of them if you ask me, at least a discount for someone under 2 would be more supportive of new parents. But worth the visit. Food cafe was reasonably price we got a turkey Panini (7.50$) and a spinach salad (6$) with a strawberry smoothie(3.50)

Great indoor playground, few exhibits, its not huge, but perfect for 0-5 for sure. Very large climbing structure thats very safe. Our door areas are very nice as well, small playground, and garden. They have a parking lot, but I can tell the earlier the better, but also ppl do leave frequently. WE visited on a Sunday, and there was a special, grand parents and grand kids free, I paid for my self ( Mom and Dads where $11.95) but check the website for tickets prices and events that they are having.

My kids had an absolute blast! There are tons of things to do and see. This kids favorites were the massive multistory jungle gym tower thing that they spent over an hour on! And my kids loved this pool noodle thing where they could play hide and seek. But I have to say that I was most surprised by the amazing staff who were all smiles and seemed to love working with kids!! Particularly one guy who was absolutely amazing his name was Matt! Hes the biggest reason I wanted to write this review, he had a whole swarm of kids around him and was playing games with the kids and had them going on scavenger hunts and telling jokes and encouraging them to play and have a wonderful experience! Thank you Matt and the whole staff for making this a great experience for the kids!

My boys really enjoyed themselves here. I would recommend kiddos age 3 and up, unless you wanna be chasing your one year old all over the place. But it was nice. They have a lot of different types of play structures. My guys loved the kitchen and grocery store the most. But keep in mind that they have a groupon from time to time, if you are looking to save some money.

We received a pass, good for one year for eight people, from WIC. Our first time with a pass. Wed gone before on free days and its so crowded and the kids tend to fight over the balls and hankerchiefs. Great time to visit, Thursday afternoon. Brought our own food and drinks to not have to pay anything. Had a blast with all my kids. Well be back many times this year.Had to add... The kids I brought today were ages 10, 7, and 2. They all had found something they loved.

The best Childrens museum we have visited. Parking is free, food is very reasonably priced and age appropriate. If you go around 1pm or later on a weekday youll miss the field trip crowds. There is a 3 story climbing structure that parents can do with the kids, a grocery store with carts and checkouts, a kitchen area with pizza oven, tons of STEM activities, tricycle rising course, noodle forest to walk through, puppet show/stage area, library, and more. We were there for 5.5 hours and I had to drag my kids out (4yo and 2yo). Anecdotally from what I saw, the kids about 7 and older seemed less engaged/interested.

This place is absolutely fantastic!!!! If you’re in the area with little ones, you have to go.Being that the weather wasn’t great on our vacation we needed to find some indoor activities for my toddler to keep her busy.We spent hours here (you could spend an entire day). All 3 levels were packed with fun stations that my 2.5 year old thoroughly enjoyed. Though it would be fantastic for any age. They even have a spot for younger children that is great too.Highly recommend!

Great place for the kids, lots of different activities for them to enjoy. You can easily spend 2 hours (or more) having the kids constantly engaged and busy the whole time. From a large climbing structure, to pretend kitchen with loading dock, wooden cars, pool noodle maze and a handful of other activities, it was a hit for our group.Highly recommended for visitors and locals.

I can’t believe how long it took me to bring my girls here! This place is incredible. Every floor has several interactive experience for kids of all ages, all of them in working order too! The staff were out of this world; friendly & attentive, beginning to end. I rarely feel these types of experiences are worth the money ($15 per person adds up quick with a big family!), however the Children’s Museum of Phoenix left me with the feeling that every penny of those tickets was well spent! I can’t recommend this place enough, and look forward to our next visit (and so are the kids!).

Weve been annual membership holders for two years now. Our kids are 3 and almost 2 at the moment and both of them love going to the museum. We like the usual exhibits they have plus the several things they change from time to time. My kids always want to climb on the big structure on the first floor, paint the robot, going through the car wash and going through the hanging pool noodles. The newish theater on the third floor is pretty cool too.Weve taken the kiddos to the kidchen events, the sand fest and the NYEs at noon those were a lot of fun. Definitely would recommend getting a membership to get the kids out of the house and have fun indoors during the summer.

I had been in this museum a number of times and it seems a bit stale now. The exhibits haven’t changed a lot, except the newer art room upstairs is fun. The maze/climbing gym on the first floor is the most entertainment for my short one, who loves to run and climb. There is a noodle area on an upper floor that is also fun to play in, plus a stage and puppet area. The little pretend store is cute for small fry though older kids (7) didn’t seem that interested. There was a sock slide area outside (like ice skating but you do it in socks). And there’s a small outdoor playground.

So much to do and for average age level, it was even fun for my husband and myself. They had classes you could put your kid in but it was extra and for a first visit I cant imagine how we would have had time. There was an art room, kitchen, grocery store, large jungle gym, maze, outdoor garden, theatre, and so much more. There is also a small area to breastfeed if you need to do so privately. We love the children’s museum (as do many other Phoenix parents). It’s the perfect place to go during the especially hot and long summer months. The museum is always doing something new and fun for the kids (like the bubble foam party). The membership is definitely the way to go especially if you plan on making many visits throughout the summer.Update: I just wanted to also share how great the employees are with the kids. Always a fabulous afternoon. Membership is affordable and so many creative ways to play. The museum is appropriate for children from crawling to tween with different ways to interact. The Mega Foam Madness during the summer is just brilliant, a cool alternative to the intense desert sun. Bring a swinsuit, towels, change of clothes and your favorite wet bag. The innovative art throughout the museum seems imagined through the eyes of a child, just spectacular. Tons of activities and areas of play to engage with kids.
