Jason was a major help assisting me in purchasing my first bow. I was super nervous and he made the process so smooth. He was very informative and made sure all my questions were answered. Honestly I cant express how amazing these guys are! I was recommended to Ross Outdoors by a good friend of mine and decided to go check them out for my next bow purchase. Due to work I was only able to get there about half an hour before closing but they still took all the time I needed to make my decision. They setup the 3 bows I was interested in and were wonderfully helpful in helping me make my decision. I ended up leaving with a new bow in hand and an excellent buying experience. Ross has been excellent for me from day one. As a newbie to archery the were calm and patient and helped me get into archery with an awesome set up. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about archery and their craftsmanship and always willing to offer advice and help somebody out. I live about 50 miles from this shop and I will not go anywhere else. This shop has got it down they are top notch

I cant recommend Ross Outdoors enough. I wish I could give them greater than 5 stars! They are hands down the best bow and optics shop to go to in the valley.As a brand new bow hunter everything is new to me and I dont know very much at all. I wanted to keep my business local so I thought I would find a local archery shop.I had been to another archery shop and I felt very out of place and no one was willing to help me. But everyone at Ross has been super understanding and has taken the time to explain any question I had or anything I didnt know. And best of all, they treat me very well and are incredibly patient with me.I had recently purchased a 70lb bow from Ross but was unable to draw it easily, even when it was toned down. They went out of their way and ordered a new set of limbs for me and swapped them out, free of charge. I mean, Ive never heard of this level of customer service. 10/10.Additional to this, they also took the time to set up several bows for me to try and had an entire wall of releases I was allowed to try. This was a big thing for me because how else are you supposed to know if you like something if youve never tried it?? I thought that this went above and beyond.I also bought a handful of optics from here and the prices were very fair, and significantly less than MSRP for Vortex products. I have now referred several of my friends here for any Vortex optic and anything to do with bows.Shout out to Josiah for being so attentive and helpful. And to the gentleman with the great beard - Im sorry I forgot your name- thank you for being so crazy helpful and patient with me!

This place without a doubt went above and beyond to help me out and i couldnt thank them enough. Cable on my bow somehow broke in the middle of archery deer season and they got it up and running within a few hours of bring it in. I called over 8 other archery stores that told me they needed 2 weeks for parts to come in but Ross Outdoors Archery made sure i left that store with a working bow that was even better than before. I went to Ross because I had heard great things and read so many great reviews. I have hunted Muzzle loader for years, but my nephews and friends have all converted over to bow hunting. Being left handed my options were pretty limited with what was available in house so I had to order my bow, which I had expected. I was pressing it for time a little with a hunt coming in January, but ordered a bow from Hoyt in late November. To make a long story short, the bow was not only late, it was not going to be built by Hoyt until February...which was not going to work. Josiah stepped up in a big way and made sure I got a comparable bow in right away. When I went to pick it up, Nate took his time and helped me dial it in. He gave me some great advice and some solid pointers as I am still getting used to shooting a bow. If you need a new bow or any gear for hunting...this is the place to go. I appreciate that they took a bad situation and made it right. Great to see a place that still cares about customers.

I am new to archery. I bought a used bow. Brian Young helped me set up my bow with a standard tune. I got new arrows cut. I also bought a new release and quiver. He was patient and super helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

Wow. The service I got was incredible. Im new to archery and they helped me tune my bow, gave me countless tips, and made sure I was set up for success. They exceeded my expectations by such a large amount. I usually dont review places but I was blown away by the amount they cared. If they continue this level of service, Ill never go anywhere else for this new hobby of mine. 100% recommend!

I cant recommend Ross enough. I stopped in last year to look at a set of Crispi boots, and the staff and shop were awesome. I ordered a set of boots and they were awesome. The staff was super helpful, and answered all my questions. I have returned several times and go out of my way to spend money here when I can. They are mostly focused on archery and have indoor ranges and a pro shop, but they also care other hunting and outdoor gear for a serious hunter.

I havent been able to find an archery range worth going to, let alone brag about. This place is awesome, incredibly knowledgeable staff and truly always trying to help. I will not be going to any other archery store and will be sending all my family their way

Outstanding gear, mechanic and shooting range. I would be in heaven if they could somehow swing a 50 yard lane but I still like it a lot. They carry the best of the best gear. Be careful how much cash you bring because you my walk out broke! LOL

It was my first trip in today and as a very novice/brand new bowhunter, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and intimidated by the choices and amount of information being thrown online at me. Not anymore. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of could make my own informed decision. I will be back again and again in the future.

Outfit me with my first bow and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. New to bow hunting and tried a couple other shops in town who were much closer to my house but could care less about making me feel welcome. This was the only one that genuinely cared about fitting me with the bow that I was comfortable with.Took back 10 months later to replace a string that had been damaged. Same great service.

Went in today looking for some traditional supplies like bow string materials and wood arrows. Although this shop is mostly geared towards compound archery I still found the lay out of the shop refreshing and his arrow selection is way better than cabelas. Talk to the guys for a few minutes and decided that this will be my new shop for compound supplies. Awesome place with tons of knowledge

If your looking for your first hunting bow, this is, hands down the place to goto in the valley. I live in chandler and ended up at ross outdoors after having horrible experiences with a shop close to me. Long story short the customer service here seems to be genuine and top notch! Seems they understand that at this day and age of the Internet, the only thing that keeps a retail store front open is customer service. The are willing to help out a newbie as I was. Two thumbs up to Dave for helping with purchase and Logan for getting it all setup!
