Great club from dancers to bar tenders. Replacing security a must. Not up to the standard of the rest of the place.

Loved the atmosphere here, great customer service from the moment you step in. At almost every other club in the area the security staff are rude. Not here they are very professional and seat you at a table. The woman where wonderful not all pushy for a dance very confident and sexy. Will definitely be back. Plus free popcorn and the beer is not horribly overpriced.

We have a guys trip at least once a year and this is a must go to on the trip. Girls are not pushy. If you are not ready for a dance they simply say ok and that they will come back later to check on you. All the girls have always been really hot. Was there this weekend and met Vanessa. She was amazing! Spent most of my money with her. The waitresses were super fast on bringing your drinks after ordering them. It is a must visit.

The best gentlemen club in PHX with great looking girls. Jordan, Sammie and Christina are awesome. The girls arent pushy when asking you if you want a dance and if you politely decline they treat you with respect. They have a 2 for 1 drink special before 7pm.

I went there couple months back and saw maybe 3 black girl and they were all beautiful I went there today nothing but white girls they straight out played the white girls not everyone likes vanilla basic!! just remember to run a business like that u need more Flavors then one because ever guys likes some thing different maybe more cash flows for the girl but it appears to me theres a racial issue with this club disappointed.

Dark place (just a red light) so you cant see those bored girls. Private cabines are one next to the other and the is no such as privacy. At the end I felt asleep there ...

Been to most of them and this is the best club of its kind within a hundred miles. It’s really super excessively dark, and I am not sure why because it’s got the best looking girls out of all the others combined. Day girls are hot, night girls are hot and it’s never been empty anytime I’ve gone in. The dancers have all been sweet with nice attitudes, the ladies room is connected to the dressing room and when I went to use the restroom there were a bunch of girls getting ready and they were all very friendly and sweet. They serve you popcorn with your drinks...Just a super classy nice place. Don’t let the location scare you this place is better than the ones in Scottsdale by leaps and bounds.Oh and um I see someone left a bad review for not paying drivers... .. if they don’t tip out Uber drivers for dropping off customers then GOOD FOR THEM. Any club that pays drivers to bring people there isn’t worth going to. One of the reasons I don’t work the front door at clubs in Scottsdale anymore is because I would flat out tell customers their $20 cover was going straight to the driver they already paid their fare to. I felt they deserved to know, plus when they walked out after two minutes wanting a refund because there were only two sub par dancers working...they weren’t getting a refund because the cab driver was paid their cover.

Kinda felt like I wasted my time coming here... I dont understand why women of color arent accepted here. Not every black woman is the same. Some come from horrible backgrounds and act like it, but there are most that no matter what bad past/background, environment etc. And still are beautiful classy woman. I fall easliy into the classy African American woman category. I thought I could have a chance to impress the boss by bringing in cash and showing off my beautiful, genuine personality to the customers but it never was the case. I danced half a song gave it my all (even though being a little nervous) and I showed some athleticism that I noticed black girls dont usually use when it comes down to the pole... I really dont know what on Earth I did wrong.. yes I forgot to take my top off but I was nervous and didnt really expect anything that was going to go down the way it did. Sorry if my nerves show on stage and thats part of my personality being shy but I open myself up and not afraid to show the world who I am. I really hope one day they give a chance cause Im a different breed. I still give three stars because I felt like everyone was still friendly including the clintele that walked in and out

Told me they were hiring when i called. When i got there. They told me they werent hiring. Didnt know what the problem was and had a lot of gentlemen saying it was because of my color. If this is the case, I wish these club managers would just save us the time by being blunt about the type of race they prefer and are looking for instead of having to lie to us. I can handle tge truth. Not all African women are the same some of us have nice jobs going to college and just need to respectfully make some extra earnings. But the club is still beautiful.

Called last week to see if they were hiring they said come in any day before 9pm to audition. Ive heard so much good about this club from customers they said Id be a good fit as a dancer. Just a little worried about a few reviews about mixed race girls.

Beautiful women; I have seen so many untrue reviews, I had to do a review. First, the girls are ALWAYS amazing; doesn’t matter day or night. This is the ONLY club that truly does have a hiring criteria and there are certain women the owner doesn’t want to hire because maybe they don’t take care of themselves, or maybe he feels they don’t fit this particular demographic, or maybe he doesn’t want the problems some girls could bring into the club. Thank goodness there is a club that after all these years, stays true to it’s roots, ALWAYS keeps the same standards, and expects EVERYONE who works there to stay within the guidelines of what is expected of a performer at Bourbon Street. I know there are girls out there who cannot understand why they can’t come on in, just like most of the clubs in the valley; in reality, maybe you wouldn’t even be happy here. This club isn’t for everybody; no one is allowed to fight or argue, the owner doesn’t play favorites, everyone behaves like a lady and parks their baggage at the door. If you don’t, you’re out; doesn’t matter you had a bad night, you broke up with your significant other, etc. Your just out. This club is for girls, women, who take this industry seriously and treat it as a job. Simple. Bourbon Street only receives negative reviews, for the most part, because either a girl was turned away, (not because she didn’t have fake breasts, I see this popular excuse all the time), or because a customer has issues he or she walked in the door with before anyone said or did anything and their own behavior was called out. Bourbon Street has a good clean reputation and an expectation of AMAZING women; although I have personally not been there in years, I know it remains the same great business it has always been due to a constant and consistent attention to the details; the owner never stopped caring.

If your curvy they will not hire you. Also if your black and curvy your definitely not getting hired. Club seemed out dated anyway. If you like skinny girls with cheap $1.99 lingerie thongs walmart bras and amateurs this is the perfect place for you.

While I cant share this rating based on my own physical experience, I can attest to the greatness of this establishment based on the feedback of some of my closest acquaintances. They told me all about it and gave me so many details that I felt like I was there, but I cant say I was actually in there. I mean, I know exactly what its like, and its great.

This place is dark, it smells really really bad, the employees are all sad as this place is truly depressing. The clientele coming here looks uneducated and cheap I was afraid even to pull out cash in front of those people. They probably have lame jobs considering the lame cars they drive! Probably the low light helps them to trying on covering up the dirty environment. Do they ever clean in this place? I doubt considering they serve greasy pop corn that sit there for weeks and they have a female manager that also works as a waitress lol... Do they have seriously money issue to afford 2 people working 2 separate jobs? At night time things are even worst as a really depressed looking old male manager with greasy hair works there and literally looks like he is mad at everyone. He never smiles. He also smells nasty. If you work in contact with the public you may consider washing yourself and smile a little. Just save your money and go to Vegas in the week-end! Christy Cabaret in Tempe is the only clean option around. The girls are pretty and they all seems happy. Clubs in Phoenix Metro Area look depressing and dirty especially this one. The girls here at Bourbon have no idea on how to entertain. They share drama stories to beg you for money instead of giving you a lough. Vegas is the Mecca but I was aspecting something a little better from a city like Phoenix. This place has so many reviews on other websites and so I tought it to be a decent spot. Then I realized that the reason why there were so many reviews is because it used to be really good! I met a beautiful Dancer in Vegas that used to work here in this club many years ago and did really really well. The club maybe have been sold so now is truly pathetic.

Best stripclub in Phoenix easily. Everyones cool here bouncers bartenders waitresses dancers everybody. And the ladies omg some of the most beautiful women Ive ever seen and not just in phx but comparing them to strippers in cities like Vegas LA Miami & San Diego the Bourbon Street ladies come out on top. The best dancers here in my opinion, and see em here quick before they get discovered and signed to major modeling contracts, are Princess Sammi & Adrienne.

An update from my initial review:Very sorry to see this place on such a fast decline. I was also sorry to hear that Sapphire and Audrey no longer work at Bourbon, along with now a good number of other beautiful dancers that made this place better than Babes in Toyland... Also there seems not to be a whole lot of money coming through the club, the little clientele I have seen there the last couple times Ive been lately looks and smells more like rotten vagrancy than success... when there are actual customers, its so dead. My advice to the girls, get out while u still can. Theres a dozen other clubs thatll at least make sure to kick bums out when they arent spending money or shorting u girls on $ from dances (Hi-Liter). To the potential customers with money to spend: well, you wouldnt want to embarass yourself coming to spend it in this place. Beware!------------------------------------------------------------I stopped in on a Tuesday not expecting to stay for longer than a drink, which are great prices by the way. Comfy seating, and the GIRLS. Beautiful, demure, yet a commanding presence and SEXY!!!!!!!! If ever stopping by on a Tuesday, I highly recommend the gorgeous Sapphire. My favorite girl of the night. All I will say is WOW. I definitely recommend this club to anyone. Thanks again!

No thanks, I would rather not be watched & babysat. So so so odd. I left The Candy Store (they had no problem letting me in) spent a stack & wanted to end my night at Bourbon Street. The cashier & the bouncer made it SO AWKWARD & uncomfortable. I felt discriminated against because of my sex. I honestly wanted to watch the woman, get dances & make it rain. Ive been here before and never had a problem getting in but I guess Im usually with a group of guys. Ill make sure the next time all the guys & I go out...that well take our business elsewhere.
