GREAT store! FAIR prices! LARGE selection of EVERYTHING! EXCELLENT staff who are ALWAYS willing to help & very friendly. Neighborhood is not the best but its doable.

I will never return to this location I’m not sure if your employees just judge everyone but not only did they not Id me after walking in (part of the job) your employees starred at me for several minutes watching where I went and what I did they felt the need to ask to take my bag because it was “kind of large and empty”. Mind you I have an average size purse not a duffle bag just an over the shoulder medium size bag. Your employees did not make me feel welcomed they didn’t make me feel like I had a right to just walk into the store and aimlessly look around. So except to be judged and receive poor customer service if you’re a minority and carry a purse.Just go to a fascinations they’re always so nice!

Instead of greeting my husband and I with a welcome, the young female abruptly approached us and asked me to leave my “bag” (medium size, zipped up and shouldered purse) in my car or she would take it and store it at the register. 1st mistake and I’m not handing a stranger my purse. Went out to my vehicle, where someone was at this point LEANING AGAINST THE DRIVER’S SIDE DOOR. Strike two!Felt super secure *sarcasm* about this choice... tried not to judge the place by its location but everything about our experience was sketchy at best. Would NOT recommend.

I went to the store today 05/26 and even though it says open on the website and on their marquee in big letters, all the door were closed with metal rolling doors. No way to get in. I spent my money in another location.

Hours of operation are not correct and need to be updated. Friday night 2am closed says open until 3am.

So, I completely understand why most items in this store are non refundable. No one wants used toys or panties. Seasonal, clearance come on thats retail 101. However, I came to you with an opened tarot deck. For your clerk to not even check the merchandise or offer any solution beside NO is unacceptable. One more tip on your customer service. It is also totally unacceptable to answer the phone, walk away from, (ANY customer that is physically in your store) to tell the person on the phone about something you didnt have in stock.This seasoned marketing professional with 10 plus years in customer service cautions its your repeat customers that keep you in business and you certainly did not earn my repeat. Ive never been to your store or any Castle before on that note.

Driver took me here by accident. Simple address mix-up due to translation issues. I missed my health insurance appointment but I feel I still came out on top with my new flogger.

Horrible customer service. I purchased hosiery, as well as some expensive toys and clothes, at a different Castle nearby, but my husband informed me he just ordered me a bunch online. I went to return the hose at this Castle near my house, less than one hour later. They stated since this was a “boxed” item, they refused to accept the return ONE HOUR AFTER PURCHASE, despite obviously being brand new, packages in perfect shape. I returned the items to the first Castle, no problems. I will never return to this location.

I am not sure what type of hypocrisy or government ran Castle’s for lovers this is, but I have never been asked to leave my purse with the store clerk while I shopped, as a grown adult. This is crazy and feels like discrimination And the rude response we were given once questioning the validity of this rule actually applying to the general public or just the ones they discriminate against? But this is unacceptable. Maybe you should have your stores in better neighborhoods and you wouldn’t have to insult your long term paying customers.

Terrible. I went in here to buy something for my significant other... The store clerk apparently was in a rush so she quickly checked my item and scooted me out the door.. upon returning the next day after finding out that the item was not working I found out that there was a no return policy... And not only that but theres a no exchange policy. The only reason I could think of a company doing that is they know theyre selling faulty equipment... Do not trust this place!!

I have been here before with my ex-husband. I went today with my best friend....we had fun. The young lady who waited on us knew her product and acted in the most professional manner until we made her laugh! She was cool. We were out the door when we noticed the parking lot had customers waiting...not for the mega store. The oldest profession in the world set up shop in a space out back! Only in Phoenix.

Terrible service! If you buy something online thats defective forget about being able to return it.

First time coming in here, I admit, a little nervous, it was my first time in, the outside but the staff there was helpful, not pushy or trying to pile up stuff in my arms. I asked a few questions on some stuff. There DVD selection was great, nicely organized. Crystal was very helpful to me, she was very knowledgeable at her job and was very polite. Definitely will be going back to get some more stuff!

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely rude. First and last time. We drove to tempe and spent our money at another store. They absolutely do not care if they have your business or not. So fine, not.

My husband and I went into castle megastore and was just looking around. Heather the manger there was quick to help us and gave us lots of information on different products. She was very friendly but professional. We loved Heather! We will differently be going back!

Lady was rude. They dont allow parents to bring their newborn infants into the store. We cant leave a newborn anywhere alone guys. You lost my business. Plus an month old baby doesnt know where he is not understand it.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.. bought lingerie that was cute but bought tights to go with it which they would not let me return or refund me for even though they don’t stay on what so ever. They just roll down your leg and are awful quality. Don’t buy anything from this store that you doesn’t know 100% fits, because no one will help you or give your money back.

Decent selection but one of the store attendants demanded that she hold on to our items rather than let us walk around the store with them. She was rude and disingenous. I understand they want to prevent theft but my wife and I were still in the process of shopping when she literally took the items out of my hand. Instead of spending 200 dollars at their store we just left. The service is intrusive and rude.

I went there this evening with my boyfriend and 3 steps into the door an employee yells from the counter “let me see your ID’s” while helping another customer. She continues making smart a$$ remarks because it took me a minute to pull out me ID because I didn’t expect to get carded after being a customer here for a while! I got frustrated so I handed my ID to my boyfriend to give to her and she tells him “thank you for actually walking up here to bring it to me” and gives me a dirty look . I blew this all off because I wasn’t going to stoop to her level and as we walk away because she hands him back our IDs SHE YELLS AT ME AND MY BOYFRIEND ACROSS THE STORE SAYING “CALM DOWN YOU WERE BORN IN 99’!!” This was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with an employee in my entire life. I am disrespected as ever and I will never go back here she should be fired I can’t believe castle would hire people like that. I never said 1 word to her and we walked straight out after she yelled that because it was humiliating and I refuse to be treated like that especially by an employee. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

Never coming back again. I have been coming to this location for years without problems but tonight I was so surprised by one of the workers so much so that after being there for five minutes we left. We were checking out the clothes and this woman comes up and says that they have more plus sizes in the back area. Because yes I am a big girl, I do wear plus size but it just came off so wrong. Its one thing if I were to ask for plus size but based on her just looking at me and automatically saying okay this girl is big so she should be looking in the plus size section. And then she just watched us from the counter. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life.

The hours listed currently on Google are incorrect. My love and I deove across town only to be extremely disappointed that becuase the unclear nature of the hours - we were not able to visit the store at all.

Very horrible I got a gift from valentines day with out the receipt I was unable to return or exchange the item due to it being inside a stupid box. I could have paid the difference or got the same exact item just bigger but very unprofessional the way it was taken care of
