The cuttiest skatepark Ive ever been to, in the best way possible. Forces you to get creative. Can get crowded though, not the type of place where you want to stay all day.
Pops has a wonderful group of neighbors and visitors that help to make this space positive and welcoming.
So fun to test out my vintage quad skates!
I don’t like that there is no shaded areas to hide from the flames of the sun. In my opinion it is too small and it gets crowded easily. I feel like it’s more adequate for the older skaters and bikers with more experience. My boys are just taking skating serious and this park is not the right fit for them to learn.
Perfect for beginners or even seasoned skaters. If you go at the right Times, the park is empty. The park isnt very big, but its in a quiet area.
I’m an old head, the layout is nice and the ramps aren’t to big so they are easy to ride.Cool park!!!
Sort of a weird lay out with rough ground all around. It could have used a few flat bars. Just an average park. There are no bathrooms close so make sure you go before you get there.
This park is closer to the fishtown/ northern liberties section of the city. It features some obstacles you wont find in any other park in the city like flat gaps and a wave box. I really like that the gate is always open but be mindful that it is on a residential street so 2am sessions might annoy the locals or scare some dogs that live near by
Pops is a great practice park. Nothing over 4 foot but you can work on the basics and technical stuff. The layout is nice enough to give you multiple run options. Never really crowded so the smaller size doesn’t become an issue.
They merr to make aplayground for all the kids
Definitely more for skateboards than bikes. Understandable. Doesn’t totally flow and most of the features are too small or steep. Some of the transitions are rough. Some missing coping. Lots of people standing around.
Great for beginners & best of all peace and quiet
It was awesome I loved it and u can ride anything there and nobody will judge u its awesome
I love pops park. I usually skate fdr and tranny which pops is like a mini version with a little more street vibes. Watching some of the locals reminds me of what is possible on the little transitions at pops. Impressive to say the least.
The skate park is nice but the playground itself most definitely needs some repairs there is no swings the concrete is all coming up there is big ditches somewhat clean
Pops local, small vert and boxes alot of stuff to do here. Good to practice and skate. Peeps are dope and friendly towards all skaters at different levels.
Fun for any age

Graffiti and trash everywhere, and the kids looked like they would jump anyone who gets in their way.
