Very fun place for the community. Extremely entertaining soccer tournaments on Sundays. Im proud to be a team photographer.

Great Place For Kids To Go.

My kids enjoy this playground.

Vare is kind of dirty and gross, but the rec center is awesome and the field is big and clear. Its lit up at night time, which I think is a plus. The playground could use some TLC. The public pool seems pretty popular in the summer, however its disorganized and always overloaded. I see a lot of soccer games going on here.

I have been Vare Recreation Center most of my life

My son enjoyed swimming but kids were using foul language during the whole time I was there . If the center can make rules on no running, hitting or jumping they can make rules on not allowing the kids use foul language. Its very unsettling.

This is one of most favourite youth center to go to the children there want more for there self then just learning how to rap these children want more

They offer great after school activities

Currently under construction / renovation so there are still construction fences. There are 2 basketball courts, pool, large field, and park as well as indoor activities.

Great place for Chess Club on Saturday mornings with CHAMPIONS!

This rec is so very awesome for the kids after school programs

It was a place to keep kids of the street from the time they got out of school. Somewhere for them to go when school is off for the summer.

Great place for my son & his friends to play ball.

They had COCKROACHES in the boys and girls bathrooms! Its very dirty! The janitor is so mean and doesnt do her job! Overall Vare Recreation Center is a dirty nasty place
