An excellent community resource. Great parks and recreation nearby, including bike rentals, a cafe, and beverage services. Walkable Fairmont park and water works makes for a great fair weather outing. 2 hour free parking available nearby with adequate spaces.

Lloyd Hall is a great meeting point (and bathroom) for thousands of runners, bikers, rowers, and other athletes, and has access to many of Philadelphias finest running/biking trails, including arguable the two best, Scuhylkill Banks Trail and Kelly Drive, which continues to Manyunk, the Forbidden Drive trail, and the Wissahickon. A nice café, and basketball court can be found in Lloyd Hall as well.

I remember what it was like at Fairmount Park before Lloyd Hall. There were no accessible restrooms outside the Art Museum. They are open to the public. The Café is a great place to grab a sandwich and dessert.

Well, I only go here to use the ladies while walking. Its a public bathroom on a public walk/bike path. It has its slow, nearly working hand dryer, but it has other amenities that park bathrooms dont have....running water and real toilets. So flush away my friends. Oh, if you have a doggie, theres also a dual water fountain on the front, for both of you.

We play a work volleyball league there on Friday nights. Employees always help set up and take down the net. Bathroom facilities are as good as can be expected for being open to the public. Locker rooms are always locked though and cant be used.

Nice gymnasium. I play here with my volleyball team sometimes, and I love that its got lodge-like architecture. The ceiling is really high, which means the balls dont hit it too much. The gym is really close to the river and is next to an enormous parking lot (good luck finding a spot on a nice day because its public access). The gyms windows face east-west, so if you are playing in late afternoon/early evening, the sun can get a little blinding. Ive also only ever seen the concession stand open once.
