Cute park, great for sunny hot days! Lots of shade and a splash pad on those hot hot days. (Summer time you must check hours of summer camps if you want to use the splash pad!)

This is a great place to take your kids, from ages 1 - 10ish. It has got a playground for the bigs and littles. AND it also has a splash park on those hot days when the kiddos need to burn some energy outside.

Shissler is truly a gem. Ms. Deven and the rest of the staff have a genuine love and respect for children. Kiddos are very happy there, and very well cared for. The City should give this wonderful facility more funds and attention. The rubber floor of the outdoor playground needs replacement, and the gym/basketball court could use an update as there is peeling paint.

Gym sitting needs to be cleaned but play ground is ok ans field is good

Love what they did to the place. But have fond memories of it when u was a kid had the biggest jungle jim ever huge slides . Back then it wasnt all about safety was more about fun.

Affordable and caring day camp for kids. My daughter attends the summer sports camp here, it keeps her active and she loves it! They have a really nice playground with sprinklers that the kids love to play in. Staff is excellent.

It has soooooo many beers and Beatles its scary. Fun place for little kids kids 7+ there is not much to do outside for them no swings just a jungle gym. Small water park indoor activities are for the summer camp not other kids passion g by

Good feild for soccer

So, Shissler is our local park. And it’s ok. It feels dingy and dated in the play area-the foam underneath the play areas is deteriorating and there’s often graffiti and overflowing trash cans, but my kids don’t notice that. My issue is that the area for small kids has multiple entrances, and with two small kids, it’s super hard to keep them contained with so many possible exits. Spray park is pretty awesome.

Very nice but small Playground. In the summer the Lil water park/sprinkler system is awesome. The kids have a ball Everytime we go.

Daycare was amazing. Nice play to takes the kids in the summer. Clean sprinkler area.

Shissler tots program is the best around. Deven, Vicky and Brooke are the best teachers. My daughter loves it there.

Rec center in Fishtown Philly! Parking and navigating the neighborhood can be difficult, but plenty of activities and amenities!
