By far one of the best EDM night clubs there is in downtown. Downside is their mix drinks arent that great barely taste the alcohol in them. And it can get pretty hot on the dance floor. But other than that great EDM place to go to.

The Social Club is part of the Academy of Social Dance, which is where my husband and I used a Groupon for lessons. The instructors are talented dancers, but if you want helpful, beginner lessons in a fun, relaxed environment, this is NOT the place. We are currently taking classes through Ballroom Philly, and the contrast could NOT be more noticeable! The Academy of Social Dance instructors do not have the skills to teach beginner students. That doesnt make them bad dancers, but theyre intensity and instruction are definitely directed at more experienced dance students. In one lesson at Ballroom Philly - 45 minutes - we learned more than we had with 9 private and semi-private classes at the Academy! My husband - who always left the Academy angry and frustrated - left that first class smiling, excited, and willing to come back for more fun. Overall, teaching is a skill in itself, and the instructors at the Academy of Social Dance to not have the proper skills to reach and communicate with beginners.
