The food is absolutely AMAZING OMG!! Salmon Alfredo. Salmon, mac and cheese and spinach. All too good!! And the drinks are strong and perfect, Im going back tonight. Theyre on UberEats too!!

This bar is literally a roll of the dice! I can come one night have a great time. Come another night and be annoyed. Tonight was the side of annoyance! They have social media where they post their specials for the night. Tonight (Friday) was posted ladies free until 10p with $3 top shelf shots. When I arrived at 9:30 I was told was $10 to get in. I was confused because why would they post its free. When I get inside to order my slushy drink she tried to hand me a Melted slushy obviously the machine wasn’t working. Why would you try and serve that. I order a whisky & ginger. Was told they have no ginger-ale only sprite. At this point I’m irritated. I cannot stand any business that is not well equipped & or stocked. Ordered my food was told a 10min wait. Took half hour. Dozen shrimp & fries was $19. The shrimp had no flavor & was more breading than anything. The amount of fries I received was a joke as well. If I return here it will definitely be on someone else’s dime!

Place should be shut down. Female security went under my wife’s bra (pat down) and told her “she feels firm for her age”. Definitely filing a civil case. Never felt more disgusted in my life.

Went there for happy hour. Was turned off by guy at the door was nasty and rude. The rules he was trying to implement was stupid. No rat tail comb plastic, or cigarettes. Which I know u cant smoke inside. Im a old head, that is why I came to happy hour. Not a young girl and fell as though he needs to learn to respect his elders. Will not be going back and telling my mature crowd not to either. Sorry not sorry as the youngins say!

Would never see me step foot in there again. Paid to get in at like 1145pm, walked to the bar and told the bartender what I wanted to drink, stood there for 30 minutes and no service. They catered to the ppl that was sitting at the bar while 20 of us stand up waiting to be served. Never again.

This Bar is just too much they open up when they want to the lady that manager on tuesdays is very sarcastic. I asked her a question about a drink and she was obnoxious. The only good thing i can say was the food was amazing and it came out as fast as it was ordered great hospitality from the chef that made my food he was an gentleman. Which is the only reason i have this place to stars.

The bartender was good but the food takes way too long people who came in after me got their food before I did.

The food was the worse. My fish and fries came out cold after waiting forever, then once recooked it was chewy. The batter from the shrimp is rubbery and stretchy. I through it ALL in the trash. Not to mention the waitress walked pass our table several times after we asked to order and she went to help people that just came in.

I went there for a fund raiser(youth b-ball) which was def a good thing for the kids...the FOOD(CHICKEN OVER YELLOW RICE) WAS BURNT AND RICE WAS COLD HORRIBLE I WOULDNT GIVE IT TO MY DOG!! NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO WAIT TWO HOURS FOR IT...THE MUSIC WAS GOODTHE DJ THAT NITE GETS MAD PROPS FROM ME, THE BAR SERVICE WAS OK...THEY SHOULDA DID A TABLE SET UP (STERNO/STEAM) FOR THE FUND RAISER AND SET THAT SEPERATE FROM THE HORRIBLE KITCHEN...will always pay for the kids every year BUT THEY CAN KEEP THAT FOOD.....U FILL IN THE BLANKS!!!SMDH!!!!

I ordered food from here through Uber eats this evening for my mother and I......awful experience. I placed the order at 7:32pm, it arrived at 8:45pm. My mother ordered the beef ribs, mac & yams. I ordered the curry jerk wings and spicy cabbage. 10mins after I placed the order they called and said they ran out of beef ribs, we replaced it with the salmon. Fast forward to the arrival of the food, my order was fries and some kind if popcorn chicken. I then physically went there and the young lady behind the counter said that they ran out of jerk wings and somebody was supposed to call me, but didn’t. And she told me they still had cabbage but just didn’t give me any. Then she said they put the curry jerk sauce on the little popcorn chicken. So she gave me my cabbage and the kitchen threw in a piece of cake and I came back home. Only to find that the sauce on the chicken was actually some kind of hunny bbq and the cabbage was oily and over cooked. And rewind back to the beef ribs switch for the salmon part, the beef ribs are 18$ and the salmon is $14, we had to reach out to uber for the price adjustment bc 5th st surely didn’t change that. just throw the whole place away!

Food was nasty but the servers and bartenders were super sexy and super friendly

Tuesday was my last day going to this bar it’s slowley dieing it wasn’t a crowed worst time ever it’s even more cramped in there since they added tables to restaurant food. I Heard my boy Jaylin not in the kitchen no more that explains why no one was eating when I was there. They started off the New Years very Bad no one what’s restaurant food at a bar looks like I’ll be going to Charlie B’s for my food from now on. R.I.P 5th Street Lounge y’all got rid of the only thing that was keeping y’all business going which was Jaylins Kitchen
