I spent 100 bucks at the slots, didn’t win a thing so as soon as I’m done I asked the waiter for a drink and he accused me of hanging around (not really playing I guess?) and refused to serve me! That totally killed my experience I was so angry

I only go there once in awhile, but I was just there and we were told we were not allowed to bring in are coffee anymore so we had to throw it away.Not only to say the servers on the floor suck we waited 2 hours before someone came around for drinks, after that you could die of thirst before someone came to your area for a drink, and that’s not the first time. I think it’s a disgrace the money people put in the machines and you cannot have good service.This is at the the Sugarhouse casino
