I dropped off a signed Flyers Jersey on 12/06/2019 to be framed. Along with the Jersey was a Certificate of Authenticity. They were to frame the Jersey & make a pocket in the back of the frame. I specifically stated not to lose the Certificate or the Jersey wouldnt be worth anything. This was supposed to be completed on 12/13/2019. I returned to the store on 12/14/2019 & the framing wasnt completed because the tool to frame was broke & they had to order a new one. Again, I was told this would be completed on 12/18/2019. I returned to the store on 12/19/2019 & they still didnt have it completed. Again, I was told the Jersey would be ready on 12/20/2019. I also said again, please dont lose the Certificate. I returned on 12/21/2019, still not completed but it would be done by 9:30 that night. I had to have my friends husband go back & he had to wait while the owner finished. When he came back with the framed Jersey, no pocket was made in the back & no Certificate was attached. We called the store & was told they had it there. I went back on 12/22/2019 & now they cant find the Certificate. I called numerous times & was promised they would find it. After I called so many times, the owner wouldnt even call me back. One call he did make to me was he had someone in North Jersey who could get me a new Certificate. Not sure how when he didnt have the Certificate Number. I called him back to see how he would do that & again never a call back. The Jersey is now worthless. Today is 01/20/2020 and I have never heard back from the owner. Beware leaving anything of value with this store!!!

Great art store. Enjoyed looking around and talking with the owner yesterday. He was really friendly and helpful. Will be recommending to my friends.

They do such great work. I have a painting for 3 years and it still looks brand new and full of vivid color as if wad fresh.

I Really like the gallery because of the selection and Variety of artworks and the reasonable prices. You can spend a lot of time looking at and buying the large selection of originals and prints. And, they have prints of the originals that youll find there. It would be nice if they had an equal size gallery for sculptures. Overall, its a great place to get the art that you need for your home.

Great selection and prices for custom framing. Also good choices in stock for photographs and art pieces. Place is in business for anlong time, it means a lot especially in place like Franklin Mills where smaller stores appear and disappear on a regular basis.

Great for photo enhancements, enlargement and printing on different types of framed canvases to cups, cards, plates and etc. They perform at a high level of professionalism, staff is skilled in taking your ideas and turning them into works of art. I enjoyed working with them and recommend them for anyones special project or media reproduction.

Picked up a nice portrait of the Ben Franklin Bridge from Amaze at an art show in Ocean City, NJ a few weekends ago. The print looks great, and they were helpful in finding me the piece that was going to work best above our living room tv. Looking forward to checking out their gallery in the Franklin Mills mall

Truly had some awesome works especially of Philadelphias attractions. Only criticism is that the prices were not clearly marked.
