Sad place to work for nobody gets raises they treat house keeping poorly. The managers are bipolar, the wacko gets mad for every little thing and takes privileges away from her employees to get even . These poor employees need to stand up for one another or find somewhere else where they are appreciated!!!!!

This place was very interesting we went to go help out this older women whos dig past away and she wanted us to dig up a hole to burry her dog. It was a Great Pyrenees she said he was an amazing dog who would bark form far away distances and she would have to look to see what he was barking he past away while she was gone for vacation so it was even more sadder

Amazing pools and hot tubs. Tennis courts, shuffle board, horse shoes, poker room...they have everything!

Texas Trails is a great place to call home, temporarily or permanently. Its surrounded by many interesting and enjoyable activities as well as those provided by the activities directors on site here. We would highly recommend this RV Resort.

Just visiting a friend, offers many calendar events - and bus to Thur. Eve. dinner at Patriot (former Lemon tree) RV park, a 40 year tradition! All you can eat (Low cost) pancake dinner. TT offers remote control dirt track racing. Hugh community center, with craft, meeting rooms. Cafe, pool, HTub

This was a nice RV park. It is open with wide roads and decent sized RV sites. The price is a little higher but it is a clean in a good area.

Have had the pleasure of staying here twice. Very well kept, very friendly, and great pools. Enjoyed both times . Would recommend visiting here very highly.

We stopped by here for a rummage sale in their small meeting area in the center of the trailer park. The winter Texans and retirees who live here were welcoming and very kind! The park is very clean, organized, and smelled lovely of orange blossoms. ️

Beautiful, clean park although some amenities could be updated. Most of the winter activities are geared towards the French speaking Canadians so I gave up trying to participate. Sorry I dont speak French. Would have been nice to be able to communicate and make some friends.

Best park in the Valley to live and play. Shuffleboard, two swimming pools, one inside, one outside, great RV racecar track, horseshoes, tennis, darts, large dance floor with bands performing every Friday night. Texas holdem and all sorts of cards games nightly. If you are bored with nothing to do its your own fault.

So nice and clean. The staff and residents are so friendly.

Have lived here since 2008. The park managers are really fixing the park. There are a lot of dog walks and they are working on their second dog park. Very secure and safe place to live. Friendly people.

Dont be swayed by the ones that live here full-time. I stayed 4mo. middle of Feb.and its only about half full, seems to be getting old and run down, some roads crumbling. Not dog friendly, do not pick up poop, a lot of dogs not on a leash, not following the dog rules. Age range looks to be from 75 to 92. Im 68 and they call me the baby? To old for me, wont be back.

Texas Trails is one of the few locations that stay open throughout the summer months. They are one of of the best places to dance, and an added bonus is their homemade icecream bars!

I was just there at the Sugar gate (due to construction on the Owassa Rd side)... Was treated EXTREMELY RUDELY by the gate attendant (the shack was labeled Welcome Center). I was interested in an RV/coach (located inside the Park near the corner of Sugar & Owassa) that displayed a For Sale sign on its window in very thin/light handwriting, not readable from Sugar Rd.I said, I need to see the phone number on that coach thats for sale, because its not readable from the road. He quickly replied, You caint! (pronounced that way). I was stunned by the abrupt response... His response directly implied that I was not allowed to have the phone number! Next, he picked up a manila pocket/folder, then gave me a small piece of paper with writing on it, and told me, you call the man first and THEN you can see it. (The entire time he had a grin on his face.)He might have said, Here is the information OR Just a moment please OR Let me help you OR I have that information for you OR a multitude of other things more appropriate.I thanked him for the paper, and stated that I had simply asked for the phone number to begin with. I also offered my services to help the owner of the RV to write the number thicker/darker on the For Sale sign. He chuckled.I had considered moving here (as I am planning to downsize), BUT I would not want to live in a place where employees reacted to guests that way. Also, I might never know how things really are inside, since I felt extremely UNWELCOME by the Welcome Center attendant.
