The manager is very friendly and accommodating. We bought a mobile home to be moved elsewhere and she treated us just as if we were going to live there!

My Daddy, Travis Mann, lived here for 13 years, before I moved him next to me, so I could care for him, in his golden years. He has nothing but good stories to tell me about this park, he misses his friends he made while living there, Pam keeps him up to date, though. Very happy, well kept park, you will appreciate the quiet, and nice people.

This is a retirement community. If you want to be active there are lots of things for people to do if you want to be by yourself you can do that also. Its a very very nice retirement community.

Full Disclosure: Ive done a few roofs there for residents and they all seem to love this place. Theres always some sort of cool activities happening and the staff is very friendly. Theres even a great golf course about 5 minutes away. If you are a winter Texan this is definitely a place to check out.

Nice place with nice friendly people. Plenty of activities planned. We rented 162 to visit with family. It was quiet and nice. They were responsive to any needs quite quickly. I do think perhaps a new mattress is in order. It was kinda flat and needed to be replaced. I assume that management just hadnt tried to sleep on it....lol.

Excellent well kept and well equipped mobile home and rv resort for snowbirds wanting to avoid harsh winters in Texas. Pam runs a great park!

First time in a mobile community. Was visiting a friend of a friend. everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for having us at your New Years festivities.

Awesome place for winter texans and ppl over 50. great sense of community here. I have family who live here and they LOVE it. Is always a pleasure to come visit.
