I visit my Grandma a couple of times a week. Its a very nice place and I enjoy it there. The house I visit has my Uncle, Aunt, Grandma, and six cousins living there, and Its a very big place. I have decided to live there.Although, I do think the management should change those regulations and give people who are going to move a notice and at least 2 weeks to find a home fit for them. The 2 weeks they stay there should be FOR FREE. They want to help the community so that is what they should do.

I was visiting my aunt because of covid had to stay longer and the owner called her to kick us out. Simply ridiculous.

If I could only give 1/2 a star I would.. This park is under a new management that is so horrible, and the manager is very unprofessional and rude. There is a no parking ristriction on the road at all times... the owner drives around in her car calling Bens tow trucks from Pharr Tx,. The towing fee from the property is $300, so dont even think about having family over for a bbq because the cars will not be allowed.. They dont open the pool unless one of her children are present to watch the pool, which is about once a month... you must register for passes to use the pool and their is a limit of 2 passes per lot.. The childrens park is filled with animal fieses from the over population of cats that live under the trailers. Also, Each month they turn off the water for about a week with no excuse, so make sure you have a backup plan to bathe because you wont be able to shower in your own home. Lastly, if you EVER have a complaint about anything do not bother going to the owner because she will not answer you.. she is very unprofessional and deals with the problem by locking herself in her office.

Been here for one year. Seriously first a garbage increase, and now a $30 increase of lot within a year. I dont see why the increase in such a short time, I dont see an improvement in the neighborhood. Lots of loose dogs and stray cats. Water that stinks, and gets cut every other month. At least improve before raising price that much.
