Good place

Worst place to ever live at. Crooked management. They lie and change the rules so you cant win with them no matter what. And heaven forbid your tire is touching the grass while parked in your driveway even a tiny bit or theyll will tow your car and charge you $200+ to get it back. If you cut your own grass they will lie and say their lawn guy cut it and charge you $40. No lie. Do yourself a favor a find another mobile home community to live at.

Your able to locate where you are just in case you misplaced or lost something valuable.

This place has been around forever and a day. I lived here as a kid. To see it now is really nice. New trees, sporting courts.

I used to live in this area. I rented a trailer there. The management was great and the neighborhood was great as well. Nothing bad ever occurred there. You’d see people walking and running. Kids playing at the play ground. People respected their differences. It was a nice place. Didn’t have problems there.

Used to live here. Visiting my best friend for a week.

Very nice little trailer park! Clean and neat!

The speed bumps will tear up your car and your back. There used to be nice walking paths and greenbelt but now they are cramming in 10 extra trailers. Some people have to pay $650, while some other families pay half that. I wish it was fair for all. They closed up the jacuzzi. That could be so therapeutic for seniors. Pool hours are very limited. To rent the banquet hall is very expensive. I got broken into one month after I moved in. The police did nothing. The neighbors play very loud music on the weekend once the office is closed. Dogs run around and mess in my yard. I’ve stepped in it by accident, yuck. Skunks hang out under the trailers; you can only imagine. Buyer beware.

Nice neighborhood but neighbors are so mean.

They raise the lot fee VERY often here and the management is rude. The new trash collection company sucks.There has been a few break ins to some vehicles in the guest parking lot near my home...they really need better lighting in parking lot areas Oh and the tow truck company will come tow your car right away even if they see the guest parking lot is full and there are no other parking options available. On the plus side my neighbors are cool and mind their own.

Over populated

Terrible. Tried emailing and calling several times and never heard back. Went in and was given attitude the whole way. Was told their online prices were all wrong, one can only guess intentionally so to get people in. Then proceeded to show homes that were falling apart. Sinkholes throughout, possible flooding damage from a broken dishwasher. Broken cabinets. Just everything bandaged well enough to get you to buy it. The guy that was showing had a lot of attitude and most answers were I dont know. Asked many times about why the information he was giving was completely different than the info his manager had given us and that was met with more I dont knows.The only good thing about this place was the people that live there are friendly and so quiet. One of the quietest communities Ive ever been in. But cant get past the managements attitude. Wouldnt be able to work with him on a regular basis so no thanks.

Parking is very limited, and the speed bumps are horrid! I drive a pickup and its still awful...management is very rude

Stay far, far away!!!My wife went to get some items she found on offer up, and she only got off her car to meet the person she was buying the items from and out of no where a guy comes out and puts a boot on her car!!! And requested $100 for it to come off.

Very nice area and seems like they have good amenities.

Large speed bumps great for stopping speeders bad for small cars. Easily bottomed out in a car even going super slow

If my mother didnt live there, Id avoid it altogether. No street parking or youll be towed. Be prepared to pay over $200 to get your vehicle back.

My sister-in-law & children live in this trailer park. Theyve been living here for many years & are happy there.

Nice community, office people are nice, clean and safe.NOW HERE COMES THE BAD PART they came out with this stupid rule about not parking on the streets. (I understand its ok and i agree with it) you only have 2 parking spaces in your house. So if you have 3 cars 1 has to park in the visitors. If you get here late there is no way you are going to find a parking spot. So where do you park? Well I got home at 3 am parked outside my house (on street) MY CAR GOT TOWED, is it my fault ? Well for the office people it is. Is it my fault that there is no more parking? For the office people it is!!! So where in the world do i supposed to park if the property can not make any more parking spots. THEY SAY I HAVE TO FIND A PARKING SPOT OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. Guess what if you park outside you will be towed. So where do you park ?STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 2 CARS !!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. ONLY YOUR MONEY

Pretty rundown. What one would think when you say mobile home park. Front office not very friendly or very helpful.

There is NEVER a manager available to handle issues, Office hours apparently begin an hour later that posted - but you still cant talk to management. Pool has been closed most of the summer, parking rules are grossly unfair and trying to reach corporate office is just as futile as trying to catch a manager on site. Awful, awful management!

I love living here! My neighbors are friendly but not nosy. The office folks are helpful and easy to work with. They went out of thier way to accommodate my home. Would have gived five stars if the pool was open year round
