We held our December wedding, ceremony and reception at The Ingleside. They have made some great updates in their recent remodel. Bryan was our Ingleside event planner and he did a great job making our big day everything we imagined. The food was fabulous - we chose the higher end buffet option and our guests raved about the food and all had plenty to eat. We wanted simple so having our ceremony and reception at the same venue was key. Giving our guests the option to stay in one place rather than traveling out in the cold to get to another hotel was important for our winter wedding. There were plenty of food and drink options and Bryan even let us work off the menu a bit for a personalized appetizer and signature cocktails. There was a huge bridal suite for myself and closest family and girlfriends to get ready. Overall our wedding at The Ingleside was perfect and was within our budget which was important to us. The Ingleside is also pet friendly so we brought out dog along too!
This hotel has great amenities, very spacious rooms, wow Country Christmas with the lights, decor, the indoor pool, the great service and food. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I would recommend it for families in a heartbeat.
I would highly recommend the ingleside, very clean. The staff are very kind and willing to help. The life guards are top notch.
It was so much nicer when it was Country Springs. My family and I stayed there this weekend. The room was small, and no microwave in the room. The refrigerator was very small. We ordered pizza and could barely fit our leftovers in there. We took it out of the box and put it in smaller container but that’s all we could get in there a few bottles of water and a couple sodas. We also noticed that the employees were not wearing masks, some of them were but most of them or not. the waterpark was very crowded and nothing was being wiped down. People were sitting at tables that other people had just gotten up from. Nowhere did I see any employees wiping anything down. The hot tub was full of kids and no where to sit. The hot tub in the basement was closed. We use the regular pool a few times and again nothing was being wiped down. We will not be going there again. I did have a fun time with my family but there are plenty of other hotels and water parks.
I was here for a wedding venue and the hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was an abundance of parking and handicap spots as well. Only negative thing I have to say is that it was warm in the part of the building I was in. Also in the winter time near Christmas, they also have a light show where you can drive through and see a lot of lights and music
It was quite and the bed was soft!
Great and clean hotel. Fitness center and indoor pool was great. We came when the water park was closed so I can’t comment on the water park. Would definitely stay here again.
We just stayed at Ingleside and had a total blast! Our family spent hours in the waterpark and arcade where our 5 and 2 year old kids were smiling from ear to ear the entire time. We slept awesome and cant wait to return.
We upgraded to a suite and the room was not a suite, when we got there we had found multiple food items left from the previous people. The fridge was not a real mini fridge and wasnt working when we got there, but the maintenance workers were very timely and helpful. The housekeeping manager was very timely in dealing with ths situations we had.
The staff are very nice. Tried their hardest to get more available waterpark tickets, but couldnt. The normal pool and hot tub was awesome since waterpark tickets were sold out. We had a blast! The rooms are very clean, & the beds are very comfortable.
Avoid like the plaque. By far one of the worst hotel experiences. I don’t even know where to begin with how bad of an experience we have had. The water park has seen better days but that’s not as horrible as the women walking around in thong bathing suits. There was even someone walking around with an ankle bracelet on. The hotel rooms are decent but extremely small and no tub. The walls are paper thin to the point you feel you are in your neighbors conversation. People are running the halls at all hours of the night along with being loud outside in the parking lot. Never again, stay away and save your money. I regret staying here more than any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.
Great place and fun Waterpark. The kids had a blast! The supper club is outstanding and the service is top notch!Michael was our Waiter and provided 5 star service!!
Where to start.... between the fact that the water park is not included in stay or the ridiculous cost of the basic double queen room .. perhaps its becsuse I grew up in wisconsin dells ..but the fact that your water park is no longer included in stay and is now an extra fee for each person will stop us from ever staying there again . You are more expensive Wisconsin dells. By A lot . And do not offer the customer service or quality of stay
Children running wild with no supervision, screaming in the hallways and banging on doors until late hours of the night. Rude unprofessional staff will give you the ultimate experience in low budget, poor quality, hotel stay that you can only imagine in your worst nightmares. The sheets are even too small for the beds and have trouble staying on properly. I would recommend sleeping on the street like a homeless person over paying to stay here! Dont stay here, book anywhere else.
Excellent Hotel!! Has been for years! Have gone there since I was a kid, whether for a day trip to the water park or a weekend : )DONT LISTEN TO THE RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS, THESE PEOPLE ARE BLINDLY SUPPORTING A WOMAN MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST THE HOTEL.
Good food, great friendly attentive wsit staff, fair prices! Will be back for more when possible.
Couldn’t be more happy with our three day stay at the hotel staff was very friendly building was very clean and comfortable enjoyed every moment beautiful area .
Thought it would be cleaner. Bed sheets were dirty when we got there. Called the Dir of Rooms for a question after our stay. Didn’t get a call back. Stayed in a room $117 a night with no water park. Paid in advance. Found out when we got there a $100 night deposit. YIKES. Had to pay another $80 for the water park passes. Seems a nickel and dime place every time you turned around.
Best hotel stay and service I’ve had in a really long time! I will definitely be back
The staff have always been friendly and the rooms have been comfortable whenever Ive stayed here
My fiance and I had an amazing 3rd floor room with a view...even in February it was gorgeous! The water passes were an awesome touch that made us feel like kids again, although there were plenty of areas in the water park for both adults and kids to have fun together! I am looking forward to my wedding here in September and so glad we were able to enjoy all The Ingleside has to offer since the renovations a few years ago! It is truly in my opinion a 5 star hotel, and I believe with a security deposit I could even have had our dog Dexter with us! I saw on a small chalkboard when checking in dog names next to a water dish. I do not know many places that accommodate pets. The romance package was also worth it with complimentary champagne delivered to the room, a movie of our choice to watch on the huge flat screen, and breakfast for 2 in the morning to wake up (which we picked out and ordered the night before) that arrived right on time! A wonderful Christmas present that was for New Years Eve, however the hotel had no issue with us changing to Saturday February 15th and 16th for Valentines Day getaway!
To the owners, your staff needs to learn that the service industry is about providing services regardless of ones political ideology. Your staff just assured you are on my do not use list. Not to mention dishonest staff! Kicking someone out of your hotel for doing nothing wrong and leaving them in the middle of the night in the middle of nowhere is never a good idea.
Reserved a block of rooms here for our wedding a few months back - and hosted a breakfast there the next morning. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. Our suite was extremely nice and spacious. Good location right off I-94 was nice for the many travelers we had coming in from out of town. Highly recommend.
Very clean and nice the staff was excellent I enjoyed them all
I have stayed at quite a few indoor water parks over the years. This one ranks on the bottom of that list. For the price we paid for the room it was an okay value but, weve definitely stayed at some better indoor water parks. My biggest complaint would be that housekeeping did not service our room during our stay and the water park ran out of towels, so we had to use the ones from our room our first day. We were out of the room for the majority of the day on our 2nd day, came back to our room expecting to find a clean fresh room. To our surprise housekeeping had not been there. The bags of trash I left by the door were still there, the pile of wet towels also there and all the beds were still unmade. When we called down to the front desk we were told due to covid-19 housekeeping is not cleaning stay overs unless requested. That would have been nice to know and definitely should have been mentioned at the time of checking in... Also, all of their bed sheets are too small and dont stay on the bed. It looks like they got some new extra thick mattresss (which were super comfy)! Although, they did not spring to replace their old sheets, so the old sheets didnt have the deep pockets and only cover the top 3 inches of the mattress which means when anyone sits or sleeps on the bed the bottom fitted sheet is coming off the mattress so that was super annoying. We solved the problem by requesting 4 flat sheets to make up the beds and those stayed on much better tucked under the mattress. Hats off to the maintenance man for doing housekeepings job and bringing us fresh towels, sheets, and collecting the garbage and pizza boxes from the room for us!
One day this place will be a very nice hotel. However, that time has not yet arrived. I understand that the hotel is staying open during construction; I think my room itself was still under construction. The bathroom was finished, and was very beautiful. But the bedroom portion was far from the pictures associated with the “premier” room I thought I was buying. See the attached pictures for reference. The lady who checked us in was also rude. We didn’t have any other issues with the hotel. The location is great and I do believe that once the construction is finished this place will be worth the $170 a night I was charged.
We had a wonderful reception for my daughters wedding in the Hearthside room this weekend. The hotel was FANTASTIC from beginning to end! The room was beautiful and spotless. The event coordinator was friendly, responsive and cared for every detail and request (even last minute) with efficiency and grace. When we arrived, the candles were lit and bartender and staff were ready to go. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We were originally working with The Golden Mast and were extremely dissatisfied with our experience there. The Ingleside came to the rescue in the 11th hour and the difference was night and day. Planning a wedding in the midst of Covid-19 was not only tricky, but it came with a lot of difficult and often stressful decisions. Working with the Ingleside was a joy. I highly recommend them!
THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! My brother and there one yr old daughter and his gf there 1st time staying here in room 229 on the 2nd floor found NOT one but 3 live roaches in there room also a broken shower! After calling the front desk at 1 am and explained to them they basically called them liers. So the next morning the brought a live ROACH in a cup and gave it to them. And they would only give them $30 back for there stay after a$215 say
The hotel is getting old but pretty well maintained. Check in wasnt the best we called to add a extra night and were told it was good to go but when we got there they didnt have the night on the books. The rate we were quoted was way lower than what they charged us. We had on choice but to pay what they wanted. No apology just pay the price or dont stay. Very disappointing!
I am writing this review in regards to a complaint that the staff kicked out a woman in the middle of the night for wearing a certain mask. This behaviour is very unprofessional and I think you need to identify which staff was responsible and fire them. Also you should give a sincere apology to this woman and reimburse her for the trouble you caused her. This is a very bad stain on this hotel if no action is taken you can rest assured that any person of any political ideology will feel unsafe to stay in this hotel. Also to make a false accusation against her is not going to work you have a choice hopefully you will do the right thing.
Rude management. Staff believes they can dictate what others say and wear under threat of eviction. If you are a Patriot who supports the President, they will harass you and treat you unfairly. Take your money elsewhere.
What a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean and cared for, the staff was professional and friendly, and the amenities were better than I expected. The rooms are very nice, and the pools and arcade area are neat and clean. My only suggestions are: a little more housekeeping in the restrooms in both pool areas, and a body dryer.Enforced quiet in the hallways at 10:30pm. Our children were able to sleep, but I had to go ask other people to quiet down after 11pm one night. They apologized and stopped being noisy quickly.
Went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago very nice place...
Love the place! Very nice receptionist. Jazzmin at the front desk was very helpful and polite, she didnt leave any detail out! Near home, it has all you need for a mini vacation; water park for the kids, very nice hot tub with a cool surprise, a lot a places to eat out. They have a nice breakfast buffet.. All the bacon you can eat!! Clean room and very close to the indoor water park. Only 2 little things I didnt enjoy that much:1) You can ear everything outside the door, specially in the morning or late at night.2) We ordered a waffle fry with inside the water park. And when we ordered we notice another fry sitting in the window and we waited for fresh fries. Instead we got the cold fries that were sitting in the window for who knows how long.Other than that our family had a blast. We definitely coming back.
I hear this hotel lied, harassed and throughout somebody, in the middle of the nightSimply because of their very open political affiliation. Not a hotel I would ever got to.How this Hotel is rated a 4.1out of 5, is a mystery to me.
It was nice and clean and the valet parking area was nice and large so they never rushed you in and out of your vehicle
We went to dinner at Didis Supper Club at the Ingleside Hotel (formerly Coppers Pub & Grill and Wildflowers at County Springs Hotel & Water Park) last Friday (9/18). If you havent been there since the change, you should check it out - the rooms and restaurant / bar area have been updated and modernized with open layouts and higher-end finishes and surfaces - we think theyve done a pretty nice job of putting a fresh face on a pretty out dated property. At Didis, we were seated promptly and, overall, the service was admirable considering there were only two servers covering the entire front dining room and bar service - these guys were on top of it. One thing we miss since the change is the 100 Bottles of Beer on the Wall Beer Club but, Didis has a small but adequately interesting tap and bottled beer selection. The food was good: All You Care to Eat Cod Fry - family style sides, served with fries and potato pancakes / Cuban Panini - which confusingly is usually served as a panini but came as a regular sandwich this time... / Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger - came out without the mushrooms. Our party wanted to swap the waffle fries served with the panini with the straight cut fries served with the fish fry and we wanted the mushrooms for the burger as ordered. The service staff handled our request and the kitchens mistake with humor and grace. In the end, good food & GREAT service in an updated space - well be back for sure.
Check in was fast and easy, was able to upgrade to water park passes due to a last minute change on my end. I called ahead and clarified the fee for incidentals. I opted to put a cash deposit instead of them charging it and releasing the dollar amount later depending on your bank. Check out was smooth as well, was hectic for the cashier and should provide additional help in the water park check in/out area. With it being a Saturday and all birthday parties arriving at the same time is a lot. I need my coffee in the morning and recommend they get better coffee or atleast better creamer in the room for the price you pay. All and all great stay
This can be a great hotel but not with the current staff. You dont feel at home and if you complain, they may lash out at you. I would stay away till they get new ownership.
Very appealing place, does not look like the pictures what so ever! The pool area was mediocre to say the least. Whenever I asked for something, the staff got rude and aggressive towards me. Do not go there, one of the worst hotels ive been to.
If youre a single woman, travelling alone, you might want to give this hotel a miss. They have a tendency to evict women (for invented reasons) at 11.00 pm at night, for no good reason other than they might disagree with your politics. Sure, you can probably get compensated by filing a lawsuit, but thats not very helpful when youre sitting on the pavement at midnight with your luggage, scrambling to find a new hotel.Probably better giving this place a strong miss.
Hotel changes were sad. No safe in the rooms anymore. No more jacuzzi tubs in room, just a plain old bathtub. Our usual presidential sweet had no balcony anymore. If you are going just purchase the cheapest room they have because the presidential and executive suites are the same as the other rooms. Disappointing.
Started off fine until 11pm and after kids were screaming and running in the hallway. After calling in to let the front desk know . It was extremely loud until 2am and then in the morning I had kids knocking on my door and others around me . Also experienced very rude guest service even from the manger in housekeeping... I will never come here again. This was were all the ghetto people come together .
The staff are rude as hell most of them are prejudice. theyre absolutely willing to accept your money and then evict you not 20 minutes after you check in. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
No one was coming out to help as I stood there forever waiting for service. Employee was put out, when I had to call out, “Can I get some help, please?”Your stay may be better than mine. As for me, I’m done.
I had better motels in East Europe and they were way cheaper
Check for bed bugs and lice. Really dirty room. Hair on pillow. Dirty toilet seat. Way over priced
This was my first time staying since the remodel in 2018. The rooms are much more modern and remodeled. The double queen is perfect for a family of four. The room has a chair, desk and notepad if you need to work during your stay. The bathroom includes bath & body works shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and shower gel which was a major plus for me. The water park is perfect for a quick get-a-way. It includes a play area, lazy river, 2 water slides and an indoor/outdoor jacuzzi. The only issue I had in the water park was there were many unattended children in the lazy river that were swimming without an inner tube. The hotel also offers a pool if you want to relax without little ones around in another part of the hotel. I wasn’t super pleased with the breakfast. The breakfast buffet was a good price, $8 for adults & $6.95 for kids. It included small pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheesy hash browns & French toast. There wasn’t a waffle maker or cook to order eggs unless you paid extra. I understand this is Wisconsin but not everyone enjoys cheese on top of every food item. Again, I respect the dairy land state. We decided to order from the regular menu and the food was good. My daughter ordered the short stack and when they came, they were cooked with m&m’s in the batter. There wasn’t a description about m&m’s at all. So a family of 4 will spend about $50 for a regular breakfast and drinks. I would definitely come back, I would just have to find a great diner nearby before heading back home.
Security is very rude to people minding their own business. Childish when concerns are brought to them.
Excellent service. My family and I travel internationally and many changes were made to our bookings, including rooms. The staff at ingleside hotel were more than helpful. Definitely a place of high standards, great customer service, and clean spacious rooms. It also has a really nice vibe and we got to stay in a suite that had a balcony with a really nice view of the sunset. Thank you very much we will be back again for sure.
The rooms and the staff amazing but their keycards did not work I had to replace it twice. one part of the water park was closed the whole day. the one section that my kids wanted to play on of course. food takes a little while well more than a little while to get to you. overall $350 3 days 2 nights. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. water parks is close all day Saturday well the one section. its not okay. my opinion.
Good accommodation if you can afford it.
The place is very clean and fun place when its hot out.
Reserved for 2 nights. Room was dated and a bit beat up. Service was below average. I had an issue getting a complimentary shave kit. I do not recommend.
The newly remodeled ballrooms are just beautiful! As a professional and as a guest of a June 2019 wedding; the whole staff including Events Manager Brian were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure taking photographs in the renovated Oakton Ball room was amazing and turned out beautifully for the couple.I look forward to visiting again soon!
Unprofessional staff. Incredibly rude! I strongly urge you to go elsewhere.
Shocking shabby place. Staff extremely rude and rooms grubby. I would not recommend.
Just attended a conference at this hotel. Have not been here since it was renamed and upgraded. Boy did they do a beautiful job! The place is beautiful. The rooms are very nice, plus they have a great water park for the children. One annoying thing, there are no locks on the larger bathroom area that includes the shower. (there is a lock on the actual smaller room with the toilet.)Staff were very nice.
Was here for a wedding. Nice hotel!!
Very noisy with unruly kids. We had our room moved to no avail. The manager told us they would process a refund
Water park and arcade were great, not too crowded. The room was decent. It needed more outlets to plug in electronics. They did have USB by the bed which was nice. The layout was great, as the TV was able to swivel to allow me to watch the football game while our youngest went to bed. The room was very clean. The fridge was on the small side as the container from the leftover dinner pizza did not fit easily. Service in the super club was abysmal, but that isnt really a knock on the hotel. The only other potential issue was the outer sliding bathroom door. It could not be locked from the inside, and there was a small gap on one side or the other. This either allowed view of the shower, or the nice large mirror of the shower.Overall we were happy and would go back.
Hotel is beautiful. You will enjoy it. Nice pool. Clean rooms staff is great.
Very nice hotel. Lots of family activities and the waterpark is great! Not too far from many great attractions.
I was renovated very nice and the water park was fun also try the restaurant at the hotel I was good .
Love the experience and my room was very nice
The Ingleside Hotel is a very nice place. (It was previously Country Inn and Suites). We were there for Autumn Elegance, a dance showcase event, so did not stay overnight. Our dinner was excellent and they had great coffee too. Beautiful for special events.
Excellent location, very clean room, and very friendly staff. The Starbucks on the lobby it’s a plus.
I have attended events held here & a wedding. They always have great food and have excellent service. I highly recommend this place!
There was no room service. Staff even refused to take out the trash. When I told them that their competitors were doing daily housekeeping. They suggested I leave. Not happy at all with their service or the way they respond to questions. Will Definitely not recommend this place.
It has lots of stuff for kids to love like every 4th of July they do a water balloon war and so much other things like a water park and a pool, and in my opinion is the best thing there is the hot tub!
Stay far away from this place. Dont waste a dime.
Very lovely setting! Friendly staff
Great lights to drive through
This hotel is unsafe without working security cameras and unprofessional security.
If I could give this hotel a zero star, I would. THE END
Very happy with our stay at Ingleside hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating especially Ben at the front desk. Clean and very nice updated rooms. The waterpark wasn’t that big but did the trick for the kids.
Love this hotel/waterpark. They have an awesome New Years Eve package if you want something fun to do with the whole damn family. Amazing New Year breakfast buffet, also! Comfy place.
Great really nice had fun but the food and the bar need to step up
Dirty disgusting hotel don’t waste your money.
Sorry so long...I called a few places before deciding to book here. I had specific questions pertaining to room cleanliness, how many guest rooms, day passes and social distancing. I was completely misled. I was told they were only booking out 125 rooms. I was told that guests of the hotel had first priority to the waterpark and would be allowed in every morning before they would decide how many day passes to sell for that day. Given what I was being told, I assumed that there would be a timed system, staggered entry times, guest only hours...I assumed they would have a better handle on how to keep people safe. I was wrong. When we arrived, check in was great. There were signs on the floor about social distancing, plexiglass and the employees wearing face masks. The girl at the counter was very polite and explained waterpark times and proximity to our room. I still had no idea how terrible it was going to be. I went to the room to pre-clean for my family. With the exception of a pillow (not pillowcase, the actual pillow, so those are not being changed out or washed) that had blood on it which I stuck in the closet, the room was actually very clean and comfy. Housekeepers were in and out of other rooms cleaning, wearing masks, face shields and gloves. So far I was very happy with what I was seeing. Then things started to get crazy. The waterpark was swamped. The pool not only had people using the basketball hoops but had at least 100 people in it. It looked like a mosh pit. We decided to go to the room, watch some tv, get some dinner in the restaurant (pork was terrible, tasted like it was well past its expiration, no normal fries, cold veggie wraps like from a gas station and kids meals dont include drinks- OH and our server had her mask down at the bar w patrons and off her nose each time she approached us. We waited 15 min AFTER she brought a box for leftovers before she brought the bill) and then go back to the waterpark the last two hours it was open (7 to 9). When we got back to the room, I called down to the front desk because I was concerned about how many people I saw in the water park area. I asked if there was ever any downtime. Not only was I told no, but I was told they are booking out 150 rooms, not 125, and that usually they sell over 300 day passes a day so it’s “way less than what we usually have“. I asked how hotel guests are getting priority and I was told that it’s simply a guess on how many guests are in the 150 rooms and then they book day passes on top of that so all those people could be in there at once; It’s not big enough for that! She said that most of the day pass people were there by noon so it should be filtering out soon. It didn’t filter out till 8. Then they shut the waterslides down early. People were everywhere. Tables are not socially distanced. They really can’t be because they move so people move them and group them together. It was a legit pandemic nightmare. The next day, we tried to go to the waterpark 3 different times. Walked all the way down there with the kids in suits and turned back around with upset kids. It didn’t look safe, it didn’t feel safe. It wasn’t safe. At one point, two workers were in our hallway hanging all over each other. Snuggled into each other, hugging each other, telling each other how good the other one smelled. 15 minutes later, we try to go to the indoor pool (also a no go, at least 15 people in a tiny pool) and I saw the same guy in a room with another worker, hugging all over her too- very unprofessional. Finally on day 3 were at the doors for the waterpark first thing hoping for safer conditions. They didn’t open our doors till 10:05 and day pass people were already in there. It was slow for about an hour. At about 8pm, the hallway and courtyard chaos started. We called down to the desk from the room and my cell 6x and they didn’t answer. They didn’t answer the next morning to ask about checkout either so I guess they were just done with us.
I’ve given this place several chances and I just give up. This place is pretty dumpy and the water park is overpriced and overrated. It may have been a nice hotel at one point but has gone down hill. I went last weekend for the last time. I felt the water park was way overcrowded which poses a huge safety risk. A lot of parents lounge in the seating area drinking their cocktails while their children run rampant through the water park. It’s kind of sad that they trust the teenage lifeguards to watch their kids. Especially when it’s clearly overcrowded. While we were there over the weekend the kids got hungry so I went to the snack bar. I noticed a few other people waiting for food, didn’t seem like a lot so I thought nothing of it. I ordered and the gal was very pleasant. Then I stood and waited I noticed she kept wiping her nose with her hands and playing with her hair. (Cringe) She was handling people’s food. After 20 minutes of waiting another family said they’ve been waiting for almost an hour. I figured I only ordered mozzarella sticks and fries I wouldn’t have to wait that long. At the 40 minute mark, I walked up to the counter and asked about my food. They looked for my ticket only to tell me they lost it...then proceeded to ignore me and ask the cook about a pepperoni pizza...In the interim of all this the (what I thought was the manager) came in and threw some receipts around and said “this place is a disaster” and walked away. I immediately felt bad for staff if that’s who trained them.Long story short...this place is overcrowded, overpriced and understaffed.
The best Christmas gift ever. The staff was amazing.
No. Bad service dont go here! You will get harassed for no reason and no proof
Beware that waterpark is closed Monday and Tuesdays. Planned staycation with kids. I have stayed here before Sunday/Monday and waterpark is opened. Also, if you book 3rd party you pay for waterpark additional. Really disappointing.
They had recently remodeled the htel and tge new look was amazing. Beds were comfy. Staff very helpful.
Easy check in and clean room.
Such a wonderful Christmas experience! The drive through light displays were great, the train layout was neat and the Bethlehem village was gorgeous with the life size Fontanini pieces.
Was originally highly dissatisfied with my experience. The management reached out to us, and heard our concerns. Where we felt ignored and disregarded during the stay as concerns arose. The attitude was a 180° experience as I began to explain what I felt was a hideous short fall. I have added stars back for the reconciliation. We have, also, conveyed intentions to call this a mulligan, and try again as soon a restrictions lift. I hope to be back soon, editing to a ☆☆☆☆☆ review. Thank Ms. Woodward for hearing our concerns.
Me And My Family Enjoyed That Stay In 2019 And we had a blast their and i hope we go their soon so everybody come check it out
Beautiful. The staff was so nice and willing to help.
I stayed there this past weekend for a conference. The staff were all extremely polite, the room service was fast, the food was good and my room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Unprofessional, untrained staff, RUDE manager & full of getho people, no noise ordinance or rules, the security people are a joke! & make sure u get the 100$ hold they place on ur credit card.
Hotel was beautiful, updated and very good customer service
Bad. Next time learn how to speak do your customers! Bye!!!
Very clean, large. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Very modern rooms
Would have given 5 stars but food was terrible both days and snack bar girl was less than pleasant.
. I wouldnt stay here again if it was the only hotel in the state. Rudest bunch of people Ive ever met!
