We loved the hotel, the reason we gave it 3 stars was the professionalism of the lifeguards. There was no consistency as to what our kids were and were not allowed to do. Our children are very well behaved yet got yelled at and told no repeatedly by two certain lifeguards that they could not go on a certain slide, or even the lily pads, when they had been going on them all day. Our children were treated as if they were misbehaving and not following the rules by these two particular lifeguards and it made their experience at the waterpark miserable. We will not be back.

Had a great time today!! Not crowded and very clean. Lifeguards were all wearing mask so it was hard to understand them, but they did a nice job anyway.

So my family got a room at the Ingleside on a Sunday and when we checked in they told us the water park would be closed on Monday.. (You cant check in until 4pm, and then the water park closes at 7pm) I opted to cancel the room because the main reason was for our son and his friends was to use the waterpark and the hostess behind the desk said he could probably get us a discounted rate because of the issue... well he did and that was pretty awesome of him. 5 stars because the facility was clean, the life guards were professional, we didnt have a problem with anyone, the water was clean, the bathrooms were decent and the showers were also clean and well kept.

It was a great time spending here at the water park. The kids will love this area if you are just visiting here for the water park. If you are part of a school PTA int he area, you should definitely spend time here.

Always a good time to be had the kids loved it. Although the arcade had very misleading signs regarding a 90 minutes all you can play but thats OK arcade is always fun but the prices are overly priced very cheap and always a broke before you even make it out to the vehicle

Took our great nephews today, had such a great time we bought tickets for tomorrow! Very much worth the drive from Kenosha County, have already shared info with our neighbor! Lifeguards were kind and very alert! Snack bar was a tad slow but the food was good, we had done a prepaid lunch plan for today it was convenient and acceptable. Overall the experience was fantastic, highly recommend it!

Me an my kids really enjoyed ours selves. Check in was quick and easy. No hassle finding the pool room was nice and cool clean an sanitized rooms great job

The park itself was ok. But the food was just absolutely terrible. They have some 16 year old kid cooking who clearly doesnt know how to cook. Chicken tenders under cooked and both the original burger was a charred mess but then my replacement burger was no better. Hire a real cook. Not some part time kid.

My family had a great time here. One rather annoying thing was that the signage for the water slides was not very clear on the rules for tubes, so my daughter and I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs before being able to go down. There is a machine to bring the tubes up to the slides, but it apparently isnt in use, so you have to find and carry your own.

Had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and on top of things. Great place for all ages.

We bought day passes to break up the winter a little. The park was perfect for my son (kindergarten) as he was able to go on all the slides with me and enjoy all the water areas. Even through the parking lot was full and the waterpark was busy the wait for slides was never more than a few minutes and everyone had plenty of space to play. I purchased a snack while there which was reasonably priced given the proportions. Definitely heading back another day!

Very fun place wish there were a little more for toddlers and the water was soft in the rooms so it leaves that slimy feeling but otherwise it was not bad for the price

The locker rooms were clean, the pools appeared well maintained, and the little one had a lot of fun both in the 4-inch deep zero depth pool and the arcade. Theres a lazy river that was great for all of us to float through. Inside the pool area, there is a well supplied cafe which has pizza, burgers, and even brats. Great for a fun day out!

Not safe for single females traveling alone!! They will wake you up in the middle of the night, accuse you of things you were not involved in and remove you from the property with threats of arrest.

Took the boy for a afternoon swimming and water slides. Though I would give my wife a break and some me time. First time at the Springs water park. Wasnt real crowded and there was plenty for him to do. We bought a pizza for lunch at the snack bar. The afternoon flew by. The boy was wrinkly and smiling. He fell asleep after two minutes in the truck on the ride home. We will return.

Kids had a blast but son was up all night from high levels of chlorine burning his eyes. Otherwise room,staff,arcade and waterpark were great.

A waterpark nestled off of Hwy 94 in Waukesha. Its a good place to take the kids on a really, really hot day. It has three large water slides, one smaller slide for the kiddies, a lazy river, a large play pool, and a shallow play pool/ water play area for the kids. They also have a snack bar and a bar offering adult drinks after certain hours of the day. Overall it was fun, and you can tell they take safety seriously...lots of lifeguards!

Fun, clean, and well-staffed. The slides were great and we appreciated that there were elements of play that appeal to all ages. We had a great time, but Im thankful we went on a weekday when it wasnt really crowded.

The refrigerator didnt work, the hotel people offered a name for pizza delivery; it was the worst dry pizza ever, it cost over $60 for 1 topping only14in (2) with the saltyous Ive ever had bread sticks. Unable 2 eat it, I tried there vending machine it was broken our money just kept coming out. Back to the room. A room equipped for 5-6 people we only received 2 big towels along with 2 face towels. My room came with the indoors water park I had NO idea an additional fee was to be paid to get to the outside pool that connects by just a door to the inside swim area wow. $179+taxes and that was a deal wow. The couch was so worn down you can feel the actual frame when sitting. They have the nerve to charge a $100 fee they say its in case you charge something to your room. I know its in case you brake something. You pay at therere restaurant at the time you order. I gave them 2 stars because my grandson stated I had a good time the 1st 2hrs then it was a bore. If you dont come with a lot of kids to play together in the pool your child wont like it by the end of the 1st day.

This is a perfect layout for our 5 grandchildren ages 3-6. However, it was cold--cold air, cold water. Mentioned it to 3 life guards who pretty much shrugged us off. Small compensation from the manager. Disappointing since this was our gift to them and is a great set up.

Awful experience with family. Don’t spend you money here it’s a waste of time and money.

Reserved a birthday party for my 4 year old on Jan 12, 2020. Before changing name it used to be called country springs. I loved it then so it’s the reason why I decided to book a party with them again. Well I’m very disappointed, for 1. The front desk employee Axel was very rude to myself & my guest. 2. The lazy river has no current so we had to walk through it & push each other. 3. The water tube that fits 3 people well the machine was broken so we had to carry our own tubes up the stairs. I will say I will never book a birthday party here ever again. With the amount of money I spent & my guest was not worth it.

Our family had a fantastic time! Definitely coming back again. Lots of fun and safe areas for a family with a toddler. We especially appreciated dedication of the lifeguards there: professional, vigilant, friendly, and courteous.Having access to essentially a free locker was a nice touch, as well. You have to turn in a $10 deposit, but you receive it back upon the return of the key.

My son had fun and thats the most important thing! Towels should be free. Arent you concerned about people bringing in dirty towels with bed bugs or roaches on them?

Great time for family and kids. We stayed in a Exec Suite, basically had the 2 queen beds behind a door, while pullout out was in an actual living area. Had a lower level room with a deck. Ever stay again will request same room #. Beware they want $100.00 per night, per night of stay for a deposit. We stayed 3 nights. Totally did Not expect a $300 deposit for our stay.

Always a great time at the indoor water park and the rooms have always been nice as clean. This time we got the presidential suite which was a great room with a huge bathroom and a big soaker tub. Highly recommended hotel and family fun center rolled into one.

Just called and their staff member Stacey needs to learn to actively listen to the customer.

Loved this place! Lots to do! Lifeguards are awesome! Always moving always watching. Kids are safe with them on duty.

Super attentive life guards. Plenty to do. A smaller park but was great for a toddler. Very clean and well maintained. Short to no lines.

The Triple Dog Dare had a malfunction during our visit, but they permitted everyone to use other tubes rather than the rafts. I did have some concerns with two of the lifeguards monitoring the slides, and after speaking with a manager, they were reassigned which resolved the issue. All the other staff were wonderful and attentive, including two lifeguards who checked when our young son slipped. (It does get slippery but its a waterpark, so its wet! ) We also had other lifeguards be genuinely nice, assisting us and others to make sure getting off tubes was safe and making sure they were having fun.

Been there several times, always fun, safe & sanitary.

Remodeling is very nice, the staff was nice but the security walked around harassing people of color.

Awesome slides, the lifeguards are serious about their job. There is a section for each and all ages.: raft slides; splash pad; small open slides; single person tube slide; pool; etc.Would recommend.

Some of the parents dont watch there kids so the kids are running around doing whatever they want. The current pool kids were just standing there and didnt take there inner tubes out so there was way more than there should have been in there. The lifeguards try to say something but the kids just dont care. You can tell it was people who only got day passes. I think day passes should only be allowed a certain time because I paid a lot of money to stay there.

They wanted a $5 cover charge for guests to a kids birthday party. Shouldnt be charging guests when parents have already paid.

The kids had a blast

Went to the hospital water park for a girl scout troop outing. It wasnt too crowded and there was plenty of lifeguards. Lifeguards are very attentive. Even saw one jump in and grab a kiddo who was going under. Good job to him! Pizza wasnt very good but when you have limited options it got the job done.

Very fun. The only negative thing was the one slide broke down a couple times. The staff was extra helpful and went above and beyond. There was a situation and it was handled candidly and they made it right!!

Workers were very rude only one lady at the front desk was polite and the lifeguards were awful and i was asked about my age 5 times and i’m 17. The food was also super super expensive it was ridiculous. The lifeguards ruined the water park

Stayed overnight with my kids ages 9 and 6. Had a blast with them. Awesome family time. Prices are reasonable. Definitely would go back.

Small, but cute. If you stay in the hotel, you have access to the water park that day and the day of checkout. You also have access to a small pool, its open later than the water park. Theres a nice courtyard you can use to get from one side of the building to the other. Or to sit and eat if its nice out. I lowered the rating because my husband got very sick the day we left, we spent a couple hours at the water park, went home, and by that evening he was ill. The water park was the only out of the ordinary thing we did.

Springs water park in the Ingleside hotel Peewaukee, WI, individually owned. Really nice water park, likes: not too big like some, easier to keep track of ones age 5yr & under. Pool guards are terrific, ever canvassing the area, hot tub extends inside & outside, very refreshing on a cool october evening, best time to go is Sunday, crowd is manageable, in fact there are no crowds usually that day.if you stay at hotel, try their homemade pizza, it is so delicious, take one to go if just visiting for the day 12, 16 available.

This place was awesome. The kids swam until they were water-logged. I love the effort to keep life guards on their toes.

Enjoyed it immensely. Especially my children..only downside was the attitude of a lifeguard who wanted to give my daughter a broken life jacket and then had to say we have lots of kids that use it.well not mine..

Fun staycation locale. Lifeguards are very helpful and cheery. Lots of attractions for the price. Highly recommend doing the hotel package to maximize enjoyment, save costs, and to give your a home base to crash back to.Knocking a star off due to the cacophony. I understand it’s all hard surfaces, indoors, with tons of pumps, noise, rushing water, etc. Must a non-stop of ‘80s rock, on CD (it was skipping), blaring, be added to the din? If I hear any Bon Jovi again, it’ll be too soon.

If you like your friends and family DO NOT get them a Springs waterpark giftcard. You cannot use the giftcard to buy passes online. AND you cannot use the giftcard in person to purchase your waterpark passes the day before your visit. Managers, Sarah and Tiffany, are completely useless employees and have no idea how to put the customer first. Worst experience ever!!I was attempting to buy 5 full day passes. Nowhere on the giftcard is a code to enter online. And the staff told me in person that I could not use the giftcard online or purchase tickets the day before the visit. You should take ownership of your lack of good customer service and poor online services!

A little pricey but a lot of fun

Not crazy hot and humid inside park. Kids had a blast ty.

The life guard kept letting people skip in line without saying anything to them, only saving grace was how nice the gameroom and snack bar employees were.

Always a favorite waterpark for our family. Reasonable prices on concessions, good value on rooms, fun and games, real clean and well run. We go there at least once a year and always have a great time. We wish they had a later checkout time. We were a bit upset this year that they put a $100 security deposit on our credit card and then took 4 days to take it off. We will definately return though. Much better than the over crowded waterparks in the Dells.

We visited for their Christmas light display and throughly enjoyed it.

Nice place for families with young kids. Not overly crowded. Lots of lifeguards constantly walking around and checking for possible accidents.

Awesome venue! Today was national waterpark day and they had a special buy one day pass get the second free! Specials are always posted on their site! Its a great day trip if you dont want to drive all the way to the Dells. They have a swim area with 4 basketball hoops, a Lily pad rope course, 2 tube slides, 1 body slide, a lazy river, hot tub and a large splash pad type play area. Snack shack was reasonably priced and everyone seemed super friendly! They have life jackets for the little ones and towels if you forget one. Womens bathroom was clean and well maintained. They have lockers (we knew to bring our own lock) and warm showers and foam soap to get cleaned afterwards. This is definetly an Indoor Waterpark only. Really a very nice establishment for all ages!

A fair price and not long lines. We got our moneys worth. We will be back.
