Delicious port, very reasonable prices, accepts reservations, cute & quiet outdoor seating, very friendly & knowledgeable staff.
Had a great time here! What an amazing company. Instead of having you pay for the tastings they offer the option of donating to an organization to pair your wine with cheese. This was just the start of a great experience. The lady let us try so many port wines and was cheerful and kind along the way. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Petaluma, even for just 30 minutes or so!
I had a great experience.
Great place with friendly service. We are now club members and are enjoying the events.
My favorite ports hands down. Amazing!
Bill was fantastic and knowledgeable. Walked us through the differences between each port and what to look for. Obviously he knows what hes doing because the wine was phenomenal! And I swear that almost vinegar is going to change the way I eat
Bill was our port tasting guide and did not disappoint. Lots of passion and knowledge about the craft. Very generous complimentary tastings that will for sure entice you into buying a bottle or two. Make sure to try the Sonomic red and gold, very unique flavor and a nice addition for several cooking dishes.
Outstanding experience! Learned a lot about Port. Everything I tasted was wonderful. Almost Vinegars are so good. Highly recommend
Very friendly staff, low key and not pushy. The port wines were excellent. Would highly recommend. I signed up as member
Had a great time tasting Ports and hearing stories of how they got into the business. Caryn was fun, kind and generous with her time and knowledge . She told us about the Cheese tour, which we hadnt heard of yet and incorporated a few of her recommendations into our exploration of the area. Happy to say, Im in the port club now and will be enjoying these products for many years to come.
There are a lot of wine tasting rooms in Sonoma County, but only one that I know of that specializes in ports and other yummy flavorful things you probably havent tried before. They also make cooking vinegars that are tasty in their own right. Good people, great products.
Bill and Karen will welcome you as If if you were part of their family. All the ports were devilishly delicious, but I really liked the varietal selections, especially the Petit verdot, and Petit sirah. The Maduro and cask selection were both wonderful also. Well worth a visit!
I like these folks there no pressure theyre for real
A worthwhile stop, have some rich chocolate port, and drink your dessert.Bill and the rest of the staff are genuinely nice and incredibly knowledgeable. Im glad we made the random stop here en route to Oregon. While their focus is on ports, they have a number of other dessert wines and a delicious cabernet almost vinegar that Im excited to use as a glaze on steaks. The bottles are all fairly affordable ($20-40), and are discounted further with larger purchase sizes:- 15% off for 2-3 bottles- 20% off for 4-7 bottles- 25% off for 8+ bottles
The Port is/was fantastic. Shipped it back home for us with no issues and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Andy was great!
Some of the nicest people Ive ever met
Very rare place, I tasted port wine, sherry and grappa same time.
Love this place!
Delicious!
Worth the stop to try some grappa or port wine.
