Honestly my favorite place weve visited in Sonoma. All the wines were delicious, the olive oil tasting with the jalapeno oil on popcorn was so fun. Couldnt recommend this idylliac location enough

Always a delightful tasting experience and under Covid conditions it is even better. Socially distant spacing on patio. Thoughtful food and wine pouring. Excellent staff. Felt like a bit of decadent normalcy in the midst of a global pandemic. Grateful to McEvoy.

We booked a picnic for 4 and had the most incredible experience. The staff are so kind and passionate about the ranch, and the food and wine were exceptional. Plus those creek views! A stunning backdrop for a great afternoon.

Lovely grounds, lovely service. The tasting fee includes some delicious local bites, which are really pleasant to enjoy on the patio, which faces a small pond and hillsides covered in vines and olive trees. We even spotted some wild turkey and baby deer on the way out. Truly a magical afternoon!

Phenomenal. The property is gorgeous and the wine is Tuscan style and wonderfully dry. Signed up for membership!

There are really two things I dislike in life, wasting money, and wasting time. When they both occur at the same time and place, its worth mentioning. I made a reservation to visit Mc Evoy Ranch with the wife for a weekend sit-down table tasting. So rather than just pile on, Ill start with the positive, its a nice setting, it really is. For $90 you got 5 olives, a smear of soft cheese, some bread, two pieces of cheese, some almonds, a bit of flavorless jam, a fig cut into quarters, two salsa samples and some rather old tasting olive oil which makes no sense at all. While it sounds like a ton of food, were talking very tiny, tiny portions. We were offered serval samples of local wines (never really happened), but after 90 minutes of sitting around wondering if it could get any worse, we chose to leave. I can promise you for $90 youre better off going to the winery of your choice and living large, but this isnt it! Let me be clear, I wasnt expecting a meal or a day of drinking, but I was expecting more of what we did have for NINETY DOLLARS!

I took the tour several years ago and was quite impressed with the beautiful grounds and the history of how the olive oil business came to be at McEvoy Ranch. Gather your friends and make arrangements to visit!
