We have waited so long for ABT to reopen. We went tonight to see Home for the Holidays. It was great. Loved how one song lead to another. My favorite was O Holy Night by Jamie Parnell. And the group of them closed with Silent Night. The harmony brought tears to my eyes.The theater has done a wonderful job being Covid compliant.Thanks for a wonderful evening.

8 of us saw La Cage Aux Folles today. It was fabulous! The shows is wonderful, so much talent! Music, dancing, singing and live orchestra. The theater itself is beautiful. We didnt get the meals, but I heard the food was great. We will be back! If you even think you might be interested in seeing a production, do it!

Lexy Romano and Josh Condon are an excellent team. Their talents mix very well and they are certainly an entertaining couple and awesome performers.

Just returned home from the first concert in 7 months, tribute to Andrew Lloyd Weber, Music of the Night. The talented performers exuded energy and enthusiasm with the opportunity to perform for a live audience. What a perfect night out after our months of house arrest.

The chicken Marsala was juicy and well cooked. The mashed potatoes needed a tad bit more seasoning. The vegetables were a little undercooked. It was a great amount of food and overall was good. The dessert was a big disappointment. Just plane dry!

I concur with the review written by Donna Talley. I purchased 2 tickets January 8, 2020 for Flashdance and Happy Days for a total of $205.98. I have contacted them in writing July 24, August 11, and October 21. There has not been any response from them whatsoever. As a senior citizen I am not in a position to just donate my money for services I did not receive. It is very disappointing that they are treating customers like this. I will be contacting 3 On Your Side at 3TV to try and get some results. This has gone on way too long. I have not given ABT permission to keep my money.

In Feb., I purchased a ticket for a show in March. Paid over $100.00 cash. I understand that the virus caused many challenges and I understand why the shows were cancelled. That being said, Im appalled that when I called to request a refund, there was no person available to take my call, but instead, I was met with a voice mail message encouraging me to forfeit my ticket and donate the cost to the closed theater. Unfortunately, my business too is closed and nobody is donating to me. So I am desperate to receive my money back. As an unemployed person, I do not have $100+ dollars to donate. Especially since they are not providing a receipt for tax purposes. I have been leaving voice mail messages and sending email messages, kindly requesting a refund of my money. Nobody from the theater is so much as acknowledging receipt of my messages. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I support the arts whenever I am able and I resent that they are keeping my money without my consent and failing to be professional enough to speak to me. Imagine the interest they are cashing in on by holdng on to money from those to whom they have provided no service and no refund. Im sure I am only one of many $100+ tickets they have hijacked.Buyer beware! This organization is committing theft with absolutely no conscience about it. Its shameful.I tried to give a 0 star score, but was not allowed to leave less than 1.

Ive been here several times. The performances are great and the food has been consistently good.Im sad covid has had such a huge impact on the Arizona Broadway Theater and look forward to them re-opening.

Love this place but the last time I went I found out that my favorite server was no longer there for a few years now. He was a young, extremely handsome, Tall, strapping young man by the name Andrew. He was blonde and highly intelligent. Any woman would be lucky to have his presence. He by far made me laugh harder than any Dave Chappell show I have ever been to and made my experience wonderful. When I sleep I dream of him nearly every night and yearn for the warm bright smile and light green eyed angel of a man to grace my presence at least one last time. If there was ever a man that could reel in the moon and stars it would be him. Andrew H if you are out there please come to me and fulfill my dreams.

Been here many times. All shows have been great!! Awesome level of talent for each production. Food menu changes with the different productions. Dinner menu for Elf was not the best but still good. Desserts were AMAZING! Since each row is raised, visibility is good from all tables. Definitely recommend for a nice night out!!

Arizonas Best Kept Secret! I can not believe that this place has been here for nearly 15 years and I had no idea! You can purchase tickets online or inside. The food, service and show was absolutely fantastic! Everyone needs to know about this place!

Ordered a ten dollar dessert. Note how small compared to the salad fork and served on a small plate. Should have realized that the cracks on top and the hardened raspberry swosh meant that it had been sitting somewhere for a long, long time. The dessert tasted old and the fresh banana inside was rancid. You can see a close_up of a banana chunk. The whipped cream and berries were fresh and must have been added right before serving.The show tonight, Xanadu, was about as good as the dessert. We left during intermission. My stomach was upset after trying a bite or two of the dessert.

Having difficulty getting a refund for 20-21 season. We have had season tickets for many years, but need a refund for monies paid. Have called and emailed 4 times and no response. I know they are having difficulty, but so are we. We need a refund.

Good show and drinks were surprisingly affordable. I was not at all impressed with the meal selection that is included with your show tickets. Desert was Damn delicious though! My sister and me totally enjoyed the whole experience in all was pretty Awsome.

The Arizona Broadway Theatre is a smaller venue just east of the 101 exit for Bell Road. My approach was from the P83 area east on Paradise. Parking was conveniently adjacent to the entrance and well lit.You dont show your tickets when you enter the lobby and there youll find a bar, bathrooms, and ticket windows. There was only one bartender on duty the night I was there and the line for beverages was pretty long. The prices seemed in line with other venues.We elected to do the dinner prior to the show. Our seats were near the stage and we were seated by an usher. Im a big guy, 62 and 240 lbs and I found the ability to maneuver between our table the people seated at the table next to us to be difficult. Once the show started, this could be an issue.The servers were top notch, above average. dinner include soup or salad, plus an entry level entree. For additional funds, you could get an appetizer, desert, and an upgraded entree. We skipped the appetizers and ordered our meal. I selected the soup whilst my spouse selected the salad. Both looked good and I can say that my soup was excellent.My entree was salmon, which was very good. The vegetables were passable, but overcooked. My spouse said the chicken was very dry, which was echoed by friends at the table. We did get desert, which was served at intermission.The show was excellent and very professional. The staging and lighting were also great. My only issue was the closeness of the tables, which prevented me from being able to turn to see the stage fully. That aside, I wouldnt hesitate to return for more shows!

I booked the Encore Room for my wifes 50th Birthday party. I could not have asked for a better venue. The staff, the food, the management and the venue were all amazing, super accommodating and helpful. The price was beyond reasonable and I would have paid 2x as much for the experience.I highly recommend shopping around for a venue and you will quickly see how great the Encore Room at the AZ Broadway Theater would be for your event.

Can not recommend this theatre enough, from the desk help (in person or over the phone) to the wait staff (sit in Stuart’s section, he’s amazing) to the shows (the acting! The costumes! The sets!) there has never been a bad moment. The stellar customer service is just the tip of the amazing iceberg.

We have such a great time every time we come here. The food is great and the performance is even better! We absolutely love the kid events also!

Great venue. The quality of the productions is awesome. We are always happy with the shows and have been going for a few years now. We already have our tickets for next season.Addams Family was hilarious. We had a group of six, ages 23 to 83, and everyone enjoyed it. I would definitely see it again!

Good food and professional theater are a great mix. She had Mediterranean Chicken Breast with wild rice mix and broccoli. I had a fancy Baked Salmon steak. Jessica and Francisco took great care of us and we both enjoyed our dinner. But the highlight of the evening was the live play, this time it was Mamma Mia with a wonderful cast. Dinner theater makes for a special evening.

Elf was one of the best! The cast were all amazing. Buddy did such an awesome job. We were highly entertained. The waitstaff were on the ball. Thank you Az. Broadway Theater.

AZ Broadway Theater is your best hidden secret. This place is elegant, staffs are very friendly. I recommend this venue 100% to anyway who is looking for a cool place to host an event. My event was very successful, service was top-notch. Will definately use again and again.

Absolutely amazing. I got to see my favorite musical of all time there and they did it so much justice. I love this place.

The show was amazing (Sweeney Todd) and the actors were fantastic. The time flew by, it was hard to believe the show was over two hours. I would easily go to another show again. The staff was great and enjoyed the drinks. As far as dinner, we had the upgraded entrees and werent that impressed. The food was decent, but not amazing enough for the price. Next time, Id probably skip dinner and stick to an appetizer and the drinks.

We saw Sweeney Todd. The show, actors and set seemed like they had a larger budget than what I would have expected. Theater has great ambiance. The food was just ok especially for the price. I didnt even eat the bread pudding because it was drier than it should be. Ill def be back for the exceptional shows but will prob just have drinks from now on.

Great venue. I dont think there is a bad seat in the house. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The chicken marsala was a bit chewy, but otherwise flavorful. Saw Elf and it was simply great.

I love love love the food that was served to us. I picked grilled salmon with apricot sauce with a side of wild rice and asparagus. Very delicious combinations I must say. The servers were just lovely as well. Very keen to our needs and the friendliest!The show that we watched was called, Guys and Dolls. Amazing actors! They all had a great voice and their acting was just very spot on. Will definitely watch another show and if you havent seen one from here, youre missing out.《Edit》Went to another play of theirs and once again it was magnificent! Great show, great food, and great service! (Addams Family and Xanadu)

LOVE. THIS. PLACE. !!!!!If you love musical theatre this is a MUST! If I lived in AZ, I would be a subscriber. We come when we visit. All shows have been amazing! Definitely a must on NYE! All family friendly.The productions are Broadway quality in every way! I love that they have youth and teen training programs.The food is fantastic. They were able and willing to accommodate my food allergies. And the cocktails are delicious!This is an easily accessible venue, if you have a wheelchair, walker or knee scooter.Be sure to put this on your “to do” list the next time you’re in AZ!

We went to see Shrek the Musical on the 17th of July. Staff are friendly and efficient, very accommodating. The actors did a really good job in the show. The music was amazing! I absolutely loved Fiona!The food of course was good as well with themed drinks and food. We did have dessert but I forgot to take pictures. I had the chocolate peanut butter mousse cake with a Kahlua coffee, my daughter had a chocolate cake off of the childrens menu, and my husband had the sugar free cheesecake. Good times were had by all.

The actors were good, but the show itself was mediocre. Dinner was just okay, and the price did not include a lot of things, like drinks, dessert, upgrades to the menu. Kind of pricey for what we got. I will go again, however, hoping to see a better show. We saw Xanadu.

Lovely place to spend 4 hours. We had a good lunch, followed by a wonderful production of Elf. Worth the money.

Dude... What a group of self important artists staff made no eye contact, sound was sooo quiet for the concert... Not play... The concert that I attended I could hear people whisper these guys sound great... So quiet that even the most enthusiastic audience member didnt feel comfortable making any noise for the band. Also... Not sure if theres a broken pipe but holy cow... Smelled like a festival toilet. Booo

My daughter and I just had dinner and saw Mamma Mia here. One of the best experiences weve had together for our mother daughter hang out time. The show was amazing! The food was really good. The wait staff was good. The actors were amazing. They even came out and danced in the audience at the end and did a meet and greet at the end. Very well done! Bravo!

Actually went here for a work office party and it was pretty amazing the bar staff was great as well as everyone else working the event. They also had the play Elf in another area next time I would like to see Elf.

Best place to see a show and enjoy amazing food! Staff has great customer service making it a special night out. The talent in every show Ive seen is just unbelievable, its definitely worth the drive!

Wonderful dinner. Wonderful play! Atmosphere is very nice.

We did the murder mystery dinner show where the audience was part of the show. The actors were good at engaging with the audience. They picked the perfect people from the audience to be a part of the play. And the actors themselves were very good actors. Not to mention, the food was delicious.

The show was excellent (Elf) and the food was delicious. We will definitely go again.

Extraordinary performances and casting. The food is usually excellent and the service is great. While the new seats are comfortable, they are bigger than the previous seats leaving not much room to move during dining and the show. This made it a little uncomfortable but the house manager accomodated us by allowing us to relocate. I expect in the case of a sold out performance this wouldnt be an option.

Awesome performances, (love the dancing) along with lunch/dinner, dessert and drinks. Wait staff are great with attention to detail! They even refrigerate your leftovers. The lime dessert was amazing!

The caliber of performance, detailed set pieces and lighting, and a live orchestra takes this theater to the next level. Highly recommend for Broadway fans and a great introduction for newbies.

Elf the musical was fabulously fun! Talented cast and food was yummy.

The show was great. Staff was good, but the food was not good. I ordered roast beef, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The broccoli looked aweful. It was all brown and yellow. Not the kind of quality we are used to. After dinner had an upset stomach and ran to the restroom. Not a good night.

Show was fantastic as usual. What wasnt usual was the food. Chicken marsala with vegetables was blasted with pepper. The childrens food was dry and stale. The desert was inedible.for all four of us. My wife sent her chicken back. I unfortunately should have done the same thing. Her replacement, salmon was so so. This is not our first experience with ABT. Seen many shows, Adams family, Camelot, to name just two. We took our granddaughters for the experience and even they were disappointed. Probably wont be going for dinner anytime soon. Dont even get me started on what our waitress said.

We love this place! Great food, great service, great shows... Whats not to like? Great place for a special event, or just an evening out. They put on great concerts too.

I came to watch Xanadu with a friend. During the show my son was injured at a football game and had to be taken to the hospital. I had to leave the show abruptly. I felt bad because I was sitting front row and I know it must have been a bit of a distraction. They were so kind and offered to bring me back for a show only tickets.

Great scenery, outstanding music and performers were excellent.

Always entertaining, Friday-nights are the best as you get an additional show by the cast. Food is good, servers are great and the bartender was friendly. Been there several times and HIGHLY recommend the experience for a different kind of evening out.

Went to see Mamma Mia. The show was spectacular. I would have given 5 stars but I was extremely disappointed with my meal. I upgraded to the filet mignon kabobs. The marinade was overpowering to the point that the meat was almost inedible. All of the vegetables tasted of burnt oil. I am sure we will do a show there again but for the price we will eat dinner off-premise ahead of time and come only for the show

Loved the Mama Mia show. So well done and fun. There is so much talent in your cast. I would have given 5 stars( wish there was 4.5) but our meals were lacking this time. The Greek chicken was ok, the broccoli was very peppery and the wild rice was lacking seasonings. That being said we have seen several shows in the past and had excellent meals.

We always enjoy the show and the food here! The coffee is actually pretty good and the desserts are always great. I almost never upgrade because the food thats included is so good. The shows are excellent quality and if you stick around afterwards you will have a good chance at meeting some of the characters. I recommend an extra bathroom break because theresb no sneaking in or out and youll miss a good portion of the show. Every seat in the house is good but I like somewhere around row 3-4 center. Parking is easy and the traffic is so easy to work with afterwards compared to gammage. The cost is reasonable too especially if you book early.

Another night at ABT, last time I had the salmon with a salad, this time I had the roasted vegetables on orzo. Neither disappointed. Both were very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful but service was a bit slow. Guess trying to serve about 400 guest at one time is a bit daunting. I will be back.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed Mary Poppins at Arizona Broadway Theatre. The performance was outstanding with talent to support it.Our meal was very good. The shepherds pie was flavorful without being too salty. The best dessert at our table was the Penguin Cake with chocolate, cheesecake and more chocolate.The servers were pleasant and courteous tending to our every need. Our evening was delightful from start to finish.

La Cage was an excellent show with fantastic singing, loved it !

Arizona Broadway Theatre is a really cool way to see a number of musicals throughout the year. The food is typically pretty good quality and the shows are almost always excellent. I just say the Addams family which is playing until July 6th, 2019 (I think). It was brilliant. Throughout the show, the audience laughed at all the best parts. This is typical at this theatre. Though it is a bit on the expensive side, for what you receive, it is worth it.
