The worst place Ive lived, the maintenence staff and the office staff make me feel like a genius. Everything falls apart, would not recommend.

Great tenants that care about the community. I have seen tenants helping each other, checking on neighbors.

If you like looking at empty condemned trailers thats the place for you

Cant wait to move out of here I would never recommend this place to anyone. It seems like they pick and choose who has to follow the rules. I had a flat tire on my van and they waited until I left to go get something to fix it and the they put a sticker on my car. But yet another vehicle sat up on a jack for two days and parked on the street and they did nothing about it.

Horrible management. Absolutely rude. The worst place I’ve ever rented from. Lived there for close to three years . Continuously harassed for multiple things. The office lies and says that code enforcement is on them about things in peoples yards but when you call code enforcement they tell you otherwise. I’ve never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. How this business is still functioning is beyond me. I wouldn’t suggest this trailer park to my worst enemy !
