Mc Coys Mobile Home Ranch

Hello. I have a ?.Does anyone roughly know how much rent is for a manufactured home lot here?Also is it age and pet restricted at all? Thank you very much. :}

My husband sold his home in McCoys in Peoria on July 15th. The new owner took legal possession of the home on July 17th, yet this joke of a company now has sent us a lot rent bill for August. Ummm... Hello, we dont live there anymore! I called and explained this to Danielle who acted surprised that we sold our home and even asked who lives there lol. WOW! We went through a realtor and everything was by the book and legal.We are not paying for a lot rent for a home we no longer own. Yet today I checked online on their payment website for rent and it still says we owe them money. Not happening! Before we moved the neighbor had a water leak since last fall, another neighbor had lots of weeds in his yard that were taller than me, and yet they couldnt wait to resurface the road, install security cameras and move in a bunch of new homes to start bringing in new tenants to screw over. Do yourself a favor and stay VERY far away from this place and every property they own. Our realtor said this was the worst park shes ever dealt with. Non responsive to my phone calls, emails sent to them bounce back as undeliverable and no one knows nothing or how to just answer simple questions. Im thrilled we are gone from that place for good.

Best RV park weve ever stayed at. My husband & I are full-time RVers & weve lived at this park for almost 3 years. Its the most affordable & the safest out of all other parks weve stayed at in the valley. Our neighbors are so friendly, we all watch out for each other; they are all like family!!!

New management bought park and is getting rid of RVs. The only reason we werent completely screwed is because we have a year lease. Very frustrating.

Im currently in a lot here and have been since October of last year. I was just told that the park has been bought by another company and the do not want any more RVs and is kicking everyone that has one out. I have to be out by end of January

I just visit friends here. Seems nice enough. The only issue as a visitor is parking. Also entering and exiting. People dont like you turning around in there drive ways but the other end us closed so its really hard to turn around. Your not supposed to park behind your friends cars or in front of their house. Yet the parking available is small and cramped and usually half full of residents cars.

As far as trailer parks go this one is well cared for and defi itely a better choice than some in the valley

Nice clean trailer home park.

They need to do something about the fleas in the yards and getting on everyone pets! Do something about the strays would be a great help.

Probably fine for RV community

Nice friendly stay lived there for 21/2 yrs.

Very nice park low cost. Not much crime if any.

A friend moved in there and her lot had nails, screws, bolts in yard, no gravel like promised, a leaky water source and had problems hooking up the electric source to her travel trailer.
